Found a car online I really liked , called up talk...

Found a car online I really liked , called up talked with a woman about the vehicle , made an apt. for the very next day , called her the day of to let her know I was running late due to traffic as I live 1 hour away , she stated she would let the gm know and they were waiting for me , Got there, sat there for about 20 mins , guy comes out to tell me they sold the vehicle the night before!!!!! After I just called and she said they were waiting on me , now you don't have the vehicle after I just drove 2 hour round trip!!!! The sales guy tried to put me in vehicles that were out of my price ranger after I told him what I can and cant do, gave me prices but on their website was 2-3k lower than what he told me , I would not trust them

My middle of the road review is based on the nontechnical aspect of the trip. I am mostly satisfied with the actual service provided by the dealership. I say mostly because of this one element. I have a 2018 diesel Equinox. I requested that the DEF fluid be filled. When I received my bill I looked at it and it did not show any DEF fluid on it. I asked the manager to check on it. The manager did a good job in handling this situation. He discovered that they didn t fill it up and filled it up himself.

My complaint stems from the extra service they provided. My vehicle s service was going to take several hours. They told me they offered a shuttle service so I signed up to go to the mall that was 8 minutes away. 40 minutes later I was taken to the mall. I was there for a couple hours and received a call from a service department person that said my car was done and to call back. I missed the call but called back in 8 minutes. After calling back I was told that it would be over an hour and maybe longer before I could be picked up. After an 35 minutes of calls back and forth, several of which I was put to voice machine after being transferred to the proper personnel, I was told that someone else would come get me. I waited for 20 minutes, no driver, I called back and was told it would be 40 minutes. I told them that was not going to work and I finally had it and got an Uber to go back the dealership for my 8-minute ride. GET THIS: I had been in the Uber for 2 minutes and got a call from someone at the dealership saying they would be there in a few minutes to pick me up. I told them it wasn t necessary. My Uber cost a little under $13 with tip to get me back.

Don t take the shuttle if you choose this dealership!!!!! This part of my trip was not handled well by the manager in MHO. On a side note, when I was purchasing my 2018 Equinox I shopped at Boniface. I was interested in one there but it was a new loaner and they told me they would get back to me. A 10 days later I heard nothing and went 2 hours away to Dade City to buy my new Equinox where I was treated great!

I showed up on Saturday and test drove a 2012 Silverado. Was very interested in making a deal. By the time we went back and forth the banks were closed and the application was not approved. I was told that I would be contacted today with an offer. I called at 1230 and was told it was being worked on. Called back at 330 and was told they were busy with customers. I m highly dissatisfied with the customer service I am receiving. All I wanted to do was purchase the truck and trade in my Tacoma. Now I am being ignored. I ve called several times to only be passed around. This is terrible customer service no call back can t even get ahold of a manager. A giant waste of my time I would highly recommend not dealing with this dealership if you value your time because they do not value yours.
**update** Two days after this I went and secured my own auto loan for the deal amount. Called talked to the sales manager said he would contact me back, and again NO REPLY. I have begged to give this dealership the price agreed upon and they can t not, they refuse to communicate. I m not haggling the price we re not in disagreement on the deal. They just simply refuse to do business. I also contacted customer service and they were no help as well. I would not waste my time here ever again. Good luck if you decide to go here.

Love the free lifetime oil change that I got when I bought my car. Rosner Chevrolet offered it and Boniface-Heirs is honoring the agreement. I like that they also provide a free car wash when my car is serviced. Didn't try to sell me other items when I came in for oil change only.

Going to Boniface Hiers Chevrolet was one the best decisions I ve ever made. Roman took time to not only to listen to my preferences, but knew exactly the kind of vehicle I would love. Even being upside down on my previous vehicle, him and his fellow teammates work hard to make sure that not only did I get a car that I love, but at a price that didn t break the bank and kept me in the green. My Chevy Trax not only rides smooth, but definitely has a sound system that makes my favorite rock tunes nice and clear. And with the all the hand free options, I never have to worry about taking my eyes off the road.

No Problem on the Service of my 2014 Corvette. However, the problem is I am missing multiple Shell Gift Cards and Maui Jim Sunglasses from my Center Console. (BEWARE) I just recently purchased a truck from this dealership, more specifically, I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. I was aware before purchasing/physically seeing the truck that the truck was previously a rental truck. I made sure to inspect the truck and the truck had MANY interior/exterior flaws (dents/scratches on the roof, heavily scratched rims, paint overflow on the truck paint, two cigarette burn holes on the backseat interior, etc.). Following inspection, I told the dealership that I was not comfortable paying the current listing price due to the truck's flaws and the personal money I would have to put out to have them fixed. It seemed that the dealership was not keen on lowering the listing price by much and I was ready to head to another dealership to explore my options. Shortly after, I was approached by Andrea (who is in charge of the CalTex warranty offered through the dealership) and I was told about CalTex; CalTex is a warranty that covers specific interior/exterior issues for either twenty dollars a month (basic) or twenty-seven dollars a month (includes digs and dents). I was quickly assured that if we signed up/paid for CalTex (CalTex is factored into the loan) that she could file a claim in thirty days, all covered by the warranty, and have the cigarette burn holes fixed and the car detailed. In fact, the discussion eased my mind and I felt way better about the listing price with the assurance that the upholstery/cigarette burns could be fixed. Following the discussion, Andrea sat and explained the ins/outs of the warranty and I agreed to have it factored into my loan. More specifically, I signed the CalTex document (explaining interior/exterior coverage) and I moved into the finance office to talk about additional warranties and the truck's monthly payment. I left this dealership feeling great/under the assumption I had the CalTex warranty, an extended warranty that I purchased, and the lifetime powertrain warranty offered by the dealership. It has been over a month/thirty days and I reached out to the dealership (Andrea) about filling a claim to get the cigarette burns taken care of. I was told by the dealership (I spoke to Andrea, Brian, another individual in the finance department, and the GM), after many AVOIDED callbacks, that I didn't pay or signup for the CalTex warranty and I'm basically SOL. More specifically, because of a MISCOMMUNICATION between the dealership's employees (no one will take responsibility for this) my signed CalTex paperwork and my verbal approval resulted in the fact that I have to now pay for all of this out of pocket (also, it isn't cheap to fix the burn holes along with the many other flaws). I was told by the dealership that I could pay eight hundred dollars for the warranty (who has eight hundred dollars to throw at a warranty that should have been factored into the loan in the first place). The dealership made a mistake they won't own up to BUT since I didn't actually pay for it I shouldn't be mad. I WANTED TO PAY FOR IT AND I WANTED TO FIX ALL THE ISSUES THEY SAID COULD BE FIXED WITH THE WARRANTY OR I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE TRUCK IN THE FIRST PLACE (I was originally on my way to a different dealership and stopped here in passing). Also, I will be calling CalTex to let them know that Boniface Heirs Chevrolet was going to have their warranty cover damage that did not occur while it was in our hands but was there previous to purchase. I initially loved my experience but now I will make sure to share my review with every individual and website possible.

If your going to promise me a truck for 25000, be sure it's 25000 one hour later when I walk in your doors, not 30000....and my trade ins should be worth the same, whether it's a (discounted price on the truck or not) Boniface Hiers shouldn't be in business when they can't even be honest with it's customers. I bought a new Silverado thinking that i would have no large maintenance expenses!! Well i took my new truck in for my free oil change and was informed that my truck with only 43,000 miles on it required the transmission serviced, my differential serviced, my brake system serviced, my fuel system serviced for the second time (every 15,000 miles), and my cabin air filters changed, and my engine air filter changed!!! Costing upward to $800 and more! With the technology today and the new oils and lubricants, you shouldn't require all these done at such low mileage!! Very sad!!

Popped into my local Chevy dealer to see what my options were as my lease was about to expire. Romann Micciche greeted me and asked what I was looking to do and what features I wanted. We got straight to the point. I knew what car I wanted, trim level, price, and mileage for the lease. He quickly went had the numbers run for me and listened to concerns. It was the most straightforward car buying experience I've ever had and this is my 5th lease and 4th GMC vehicle. I'm very happy with my new 2020 Chevy Traverse!

Received a nasty massage from Jimmie the service director, his facts are all wrong, and he still refuses to call. Its no wonder this place has failed so many times. Hopefully when this place changes names again, they hire a competent staff to run the service department.

Very happy with Service Dept. Bobby Sternberg (our service writer ) is very efficient and cares for his customer. He has been our service writer for quite some time and we always ask for him when we need any service on our GS corvette. Great communicator and always helpful.
The same holds true for vette tech Will White, a very knowledgeable and efficient tech. We ask for him also, because we know the job gets done right when he services our car.

Had an issue with my 2008 Chevy HHR. It s my wife s car and she lost power steering while driving and was very concerned. We own a mechanic shop together so I figured out what the problem was. This was all after I just replaced her timing chain. Turns out my power assist motor and rack and pinion went out. Not an easy or an inexpensive repair. I found out it was covered under special conditions warranty. Called and made an appointment and dropped my car off, was taken care of by Cliff in service, he had it done in just a few hours and he was an absolute professional. I sincerely appreciate the timely manner of my repair and the courteous service. This is the second time we ve had this experience, this time I decided to share. Thank you!

Had no issues the sales guy at Acura was so attentive . Understood my situation and did his job accordingly. The staff alone was amazing even their finance team. Chevy you guys have a lot of work to do. Customer service needs a lot of work. Despite the person situation if your hungry for a sale you are going to do what you gotta do to get the sale. Never bought a car from this dealership and never will again, did hear some stories about this dealership and not good ones. I regret buying my vehicle from them. i had asked specifically for satellite radio, I was told, oh yeah the car has it. NO SATELLITE RADIO!!! HAVE TO INSTALL IT. THE FINANCE LADY
JOY CERTAINLY WAS NOT. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON MY LOAN SHE CURTLY SAID" WELL DID YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE". That was not the response I would have expected. The salesman ( Mosses )just handed me the owners manual and basically sent me on my way. Had no inspection of vehicle,no orientation as to the features of the vehicle . had to figure it out myself. i was an inspection sheet never used it,. No orientation of the service center as was written on the inspection sheet.

I've heard many great things about this dealership, so I used their services with high hopes. To date my truck has had to return for service multiple times for the same issues; several of the times I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before realizing the issue was not resolved. My wife recently purchased a vehicle as well and was flat out lied to. For all my military people reading this, if the manager tells you USAA will give you a 0.5% discount to refinance your loan, don't believe him it's not true. You get a 0.5% discount for using USAA car buying service. The manager told us that we could use USAA but it would take a lot of time and it would be much faster if we went with Space Coast Credit, because the dealership does business with them all the time. The manager told us that USAA would honor the 0.5% discount when we refinanced, he even told us he has customers do this all the time. Well I have news for anyone reading this, they DON'T! You can get a 0.25 percent discount for setting up automatic payments and that is it plus you will also have to pay some refinancing fees to the state of Florida and a title transfer fee. For us, this ended up being a $20 per month loss over the course of 72 months finance. That really adds up!! Moral of the story is don't listen to the Manger and do your financing directly through USAA. Next time I buy a vehicle it wont be from Rosner; they have lost my business for sales and service.

First service on your vehicle in the maintenance shop it is best to schedule something a week or more in advance just due to the long waits for drop-in there's times it's taking me two to three hours just to get an oil change. I have a Chevy Volt and they do have somebody there that specializes in the electric car so that's really nice. The only reason I gave them 3 Stars instead of 4 stars was due to the long waits for drop in maintenance.

Mind you I still have not made up my mind but mister Stephen was hands down the best and most respectful car salesman I ve ever had the chance of inquiring with. To Whom It May Concern,
I have always had a pleasant experience when I take my Chevrolet Impala for service at Rosner. My observation is not service related; your service is 150% perfect! You service technicians especially the following employees that go out of their way to answers questions, and understand my concerns for my vehicle; Ms. Kelly Mae Klockenga, Mr. William Dean McCullough aka June, Mr. Bobby Sternberg, and your service managers, especially Mr. William Edward Flood. These individuals are among your best people, and they treat me with the highest respect. They are EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVES OF YOUR COMPANY AND DEDICATION TO SERVICE AND OUR COMMUNITY. My car is a 2011 Chevrolet Impala I bought it from Rosner Chevrolet 09/23/2011. Chronologically it is an old car. To me it is my pride and joy. I have spoken with the people I mention above, and they understand me and my concerns regarding my automobile. I have had my entire car's servicing needs completed at Rosner. I drive 980 miles each week, and I spend 4 hours per day in my car. I have no complaints regarding your employees, and level of service. Your greeters are great, and welcoming. Technicians are informed, and well versed in understanding people that are not mechanically inclined who just put gasoline in the car like me. I like the way the managers, the guys that are overlooking the entire operation on the service floor maintain control. Thank you for being there and providing excellent service which encourages me to return to have my car serviced each time.
One small aesthetic observation: I have notice that smokers ashtray near the exit door located at the exit door of the waiting room lounge is full of old discharged cigarette butts. I remember from my visit in September 2016. I am a non smoker, when you exit the lounge the smell of old ashes slaps you in the face and it seems like they are just sitting there. Your grounds are very clean. When I went over to the sales area I was not bombarded with sales people. I was able to look over the new cars at my leisure. My family and friend have bought several vehicles from your establishment and all of us have the same high opinion and respect for your business. Your service department does not smell like grease, and it is alive with activity, and people all look happy with their work. That makes me feel good about having my car serviced at Rosner, and recommending Rosner Chevrolet to my friends and family throughout Florida, and the Country. When Friends and Family come to Florida, I am proud to say I bought my car from Rosner Chevrolet.

I brought my 07 LTZ in for service for the first t...

I brought my 07 LTZ in for service for the first time under Boniface Hiers Chev, on June 5,2019. I met the service advisor and I informed him my a/c was acting up and he pulled up my extensive service history from the previous dealership. I informed him I was trading it in once the a/c was fixed. He I formed me his dad was the used car manager next door in the new auto side. So he called him over and met me I informed him I dropped around 24,000.00 into my 07 LTZ in the past 1year here with the previous dealership's owner and I wanted to get it appraised for a cash or trade in value. The used car manage I formed me to bring it to him once it was out of the service department. So the service advisor informed me it would cost 1,059.00 to replace the a/c condenser and I said get it done repair took 6 hours and I waited. I also order another 500.00 in parts for some interior replacement items to enhance my I interiors value for trade in. I received my vehicle back as I waited for it and it now blew cold a/c. I thanked the service advisor for taking care of me.....job well done.....well that's were it all went down from here. I went next door to meet the used car manager howerv, he was not there a phone was made and I was sent to Dave Jocobs and Anthony Castle, I informed them clearly I needed and appraisal and unfortunately the used car manager was not there so I sat down and he took my information tried to pull me up in the computer but had no luck, however the service was able to pull me up with no problems and so was parts. So, he write everything down, I requested 2016-18 GMC YUKON XL denali exterior white dark interior with automatic running boards. He asked me what was I looking to spend I replied 46,000.00 cash no financing. He said he would pass it on the the used car manager. Two days later did not here from the manager so I returned to pick up those 500.00 interior parts I ordered came next door new car side asked for the used car manager as he was out again, spoke with a salesman who again took all my information and requested info... 2 more days went by I came back finally the used car manager was there and took my 07 LTZ for a ride came back and he said wow very nice 07, LTZ, however I will have to do to some research on the value I will get back to you probably tomorrow. I said ok great.......never heard back until 4 days I received an email with one 18 Denali without 2 of the options I requested, still no appraisal on my 07 suburban neither, I replied with once again, exterior color interior color and OEM wheels with the automatic running boards. Jacob replied with I will see what I can find........that was the last email I received.....so I returned back to parts and ordered 2 interior push pins as I listed my 07 on autotrader and was getting lots of hits and even a rep from Boniface Heirs Mazda dealership was wanting me to bring it to her for an inspection as they wanted it however here a the Boiface Heirs Chev dealership they were dropping the ball fir the past 2 weeks. While ordering the pin in parts just so happens one of the same reps I was sent to by the used car manager was standing a parts he said Hi hows it going I replied well I listed my 07 online and believe I have it sold tomorrow which now 2 weeks since I came to you for an appraisal in which I still dont have...he then opened his phone and tried to look up my info...but that was the end of the conversation. Until Thursday I attempted to reach out one more time to the used car manager and was told he was looking for my requested vehicle and was waiting on a call back by 5:00 and I would be called again no call no email,....at this point Boniface Heirs Chev failed on many levels, So I sold my 07 LTZ, on that following Tuesday have a family of 5 and need a replacement SUV fast, So I went online found 4 of the exact requested vehicles from Jackson to Miami, I started calling dealership and bought one for cask at 56,000.00 in Tampa on June14th, received email from Jacob stating it was impossible to locate my SUV. I replied bought one in Tampa.

Drove from Osceola County to Brevard to buy a truck. After getting yanked around by Toyota for hours, I dropped by Boniface Hiers Chevy (Which is what i should have done from the beginning .Always been a Chevy guy). I was greeted by Dan Hafer, A salesman, Who wasn't pushy at all, and was as honest as anyone could ask. We were in, out, and driving off with a Colorado within an hour and a half.
I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
