I just bought a brand new Chevrolet equinox and I absolutely love it! My salesman Joel Smith did an excellent job helping me get the vehicle I wanted and worked very hard to get me a price I could afford and ensure that I left happy ..I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Boniface Heirs and be sure to ask for Joel

Great service today, Bobby did a wonderful job helping me figure out what I needed, and to stay within my budget. Very courteous, helpful and professional. My goal is to keep my car in good running order, and Boniface Hiers Service is definitely helping me do exactly that. I've never had a single bad experience since I bought my car there 5 years ago. Thank you!

I have been in and out twice looking at used inventory. They have pleasant, nice, and to the point salemen. I was in and out quickly. When they didn't have the used car I was looking for I was simply told the truth: they didn't have one and I will be getting a call when they get one in a day or two. On another occation, I was allowed to drive cars I was in question about and no pressure. Fantastic experience so far and I will be back for a future need.

The oil change service was provided successfully. I was, however, told that this would be the last of the "Oil Changes for Life" that was provided by the prior owners of the dealership when the car was purchased, unless I agreed to fund the expensive additional "Recommended Services". To the best of my knowledge, none of these services are REQUIRED by the manufacturer or mandated as a condition of regularly scheduled maintenance.

Glenn Harris, Service Manager, is a lousy representation for professionalism and customer service on GM s behalf! Boniface-Hiers should be investigated for swapping out my ignition coil pack (which was in perfect condition when my friend and I changed the sparks plugs just four months ago) for one that is in TERRIBLE condition! We have pictures and we have proof. They swapped out the part as a means to force my hand in purchasing a new one, which was quoted to me at $260. This dealership should be shut down! I m not the only one who feels this way. I do not trust them to ever touch my car again! Several of my friends have Chevrolet vehicles and none of us will ever use this place again. Boniface-Hiers is a poor representation of Chevrolet and their staff is giving Chevrolet a bad name because they re making it seem as if Chevy vehicles are unreliable and of poor quality because of Boniface-Hiers poor workmanship and deceitfulness. Their poor workmanship at my last repair, a P0171 trouble code (valve cover) which was covered under a special warranty letter from GM, led to oil leaking from my car immediately after leaving Boniface-Hiers. My friend and I noticed the oil leak a few minutes after an approximate 12 mile drive from the dealership. The oil leaked all in my friend s garage, his driveway, and my garage. Additionally, oil most likely leaked on the roadways between the time we left and when I took it back the next day; we live beachside, which makes it even worse because of our close proximity to marine life, the ocean, and the Banana River. It should have been checked for problems BEFORE I drove off of the property. Also, Boniface-Hiers told me that the reason the oil leak happened was because the part (valve cover) was warped. I originally took my vehicle in for repair on 9/14/20 & was told that it was warped on 9/15/20, just one day later! I believe the part was warped when they installed it, yet they put it on anyway. The reason I believe it all seems suspicious is because the technician used RTV sealant for a part that has a rubber gasket. When I brought up the issue with Glenn Harris, Service Manager, and proposed a reasonable solution for my trouble, he not only refused, but began using aggressive tone and body language with me. He told me that the conversation was done, attempted to make ME wrong and out of line, and downright refused to assist me. I had to argue with him that the conversation was not over and that it was his job to take care of problems. He did sit down and look at my service history after I refused to leave his office until we came to a resolution. I was very assertive with him and became obviously upset, but I was not threatening. While he was looking at his computer, I told him I needed to walk outside for a breather. I was scared out of my mind and wanted to go outside in order to feel safe. He was very intimidating because of his relative size as compared to mine, as well as his tone and aggressive body postures. He even took steps toward me while using this body language, which I perceive to be threatening. He came outside where I was and told me he d go 50/50 with me on the ignition coil pack. I told him I will think about it, then I went into his office with him to get his card. I had my voice recorder on before I stepped back into his office for safety purposes in case another episode occurred. I did it as a form of protecting myself, however, the encounter was uneventful. There s more, but that s all I am saying for now because I ve already exhausted myself of three days out of my life and one of which I had to reschedule an appointment because I am a disabled military retiree, those appointments are very hard to come by, but I was scared my car s engine was going to be irreparably damaged had I not taken it back on 9/15/20. It has caused a burden and stress in my and my friend s lives. We plan to never return to Boniface-Hiers. I will be taking my vehicle to Bob Steele Chevrolet in Cocoa, FL this Wednesday, who comes highly recommended.

This dealership will not budge on their pricing. They attempt to discredit you for even asking to get a different price. I'm even talking about buying a vehicle cash in hand. They have a 2017 Chevrolet Impala LTZ, 1 owner, with 38,000 + miles on it. In about a month, this vehicle would be 2 years old. They were asking $24,999(?, not sure exact dollar amount). At an average of 12,000 miles a year, this vehicle is approximately 3.16 years old. Remember, the dealership picks your trade apart, why not do it to them. I offered $19,000 cash, expected a counter offer somewhere in the middle. The salesman, chuckles and states, I know my Manager wont even consider this. I had to ask him to get up and ask so I could hear the counter offer. When he return(within 5 minutes). He said his Manager is firm because this car is already a deal and he wont come down. The salesman then had the "man-up" and quoted me the price of the car after tax, tag, etc. and then expected me to sign as if I was receiving a deal. This is not my first experience with this dealership like this. Stay away from this place, it's a waste of your time and hard earned money.

Stephen O steen at Boniface Hiers Chevrolet was a great representative and made the whole process so easy. Not only is he down to Earth and listens to the customer but he makes sure to work with you, makes meaningful recommendations, and makes what is normally an exhausting process of buying a car enjoyable. Definitely ask for him if you re looking for a vehicle. I am extremely happy with my purchase of a 2019 Chevy Malibu and would highly recommend Boniface Hiers Chevrolet for their overall customer service, quality, and team.

I initially went to Boniface Hiers and was told that I needed an appointment. I made my appointment and came back on the date that I was advised to do so. I informed them up front that I needed a rental. When I got there the person who checks out the rental had came to work and left to drop her child off at school. Because of that I was late for work. I believe that is extremely unprofessional. Although I appreciate the dealer providing me a rental. The service manager and advisers there are nice however the work on my car is still not correct. I have a warranty and my vehicle still jerks as if it's going to take off by itself. They did correct the problem with my car cutting off as I drive but everything else has not been corrected. When I picked up my car my gas tank was empty although I took it to them on a full tank of gas and the passenger floor had mud on it as if they were out stumping in mud. On the back seat floor there was a plastic bag. When I take my car in for service regardless of what dealership I expect it to be given to me the way I gave it to them. Will I recommend Boniface Heirs to anyone going forward absolutely not.

Years and purchasing a vehicle was a little overwhelming for me. Mike, Alex, and Brett (just to name a few) were efficient and extremely helpful to work with! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a great experience with a great selection of cars. Thank you Rosner!

I'd like to take a minute to say a big THANK YOU to my team at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet! Without the awesome hard work of; Michael Durkin, Ron Fass, Justin Jarek and Erin Dixon, I wouldn't have driven away in my beautiful 2013 Chevy Malibu!! I had a set budget when I walked through the door and they worked with me the whole way through. I was shown many different cars in my price range, never pressured into something I didn't like. They are so professional and respect the limits their customers set for themselves. I can't wait to send all of my friends looking for vehicles to Michael, they will not be disappointed! So,thank you again team! You've got a customer for life!

If you enjoy the typical annoying and extremely uncomfortable high pressure sales tactics, head in here. I understand that you want to make a sale, but it felt seriously unprofessional how difficult it was made for me to say I needed time to think about it. I understand sales, I even understand this tactic , but this was not done well, at all.. I m not gonna name names or go into too much detail but this was the first place I stopped in and I felt exhausted and upset after leaving. If that s how you want your potential customers to feel that just want to take a moment to think before they make a MAJOR PURCHASE, then you re doing a great job. I won t be back and I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone I meet.

Great experience. Bought a Certified pre owned Cruze after my ford was totaled. We went in late and by the time we were done they were closed. Not one person even looked the slightest bit upset for having to stay. Everyone was polite and helpful. Could not be happier with my new car and have not had any issues.

The price I paid when I picked up my vehicle was h...

The price I paid when I picked up my vehicle was higher than what the advertised price online was when I schedule my services.

Although I paid for a complete detail in and out, my service rep informed me that there was no way to clean the undercarriage of my car. This was an important and necessary step due to the fact I had just taken a road trip up north on roads treated with brine to prevent icing. It's unfortunate that I can have my undercarriage cleaned at a gas station car wash for $7 but not when I get a detail for a significantly higher cost.

There was a razor blade left near by wiper blades/hood/windshield when I picked up my car.

Although I selected the 23,000 mile service, I did not receive a checklist of each items that was reviewed stating if it passed inspection or not.

UPDATE: I dropped off my vehicle for service the morning of 5/1/18 (this was a continuation of service that was not completed in a timely manner during my previous appointment that took place nearly four weeks prior). I requested that I be kept informed of the status of my vehicle throughout the day. By 4:59pm I had not received a call, text, or email from anyone updating me as to the status of my car. I had to make four different calls to the dealership, left multiple voice mails, and even sent a text to my service advisor before I finally got a hold of someone at 5:53pm. I then found out that my car wasn't ready and it would need to be kept over night. I was at least provided with a loaner car but I had to wait for a shuttle to come and get me. If I had not put forth a significant effort to find out the status of my vehicle, I likely would have been stranded at work without having any idea.

TWO DAYS later my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon pickup I learned that an item that was not addressed on my previous visit had still not been addressed (simple fuse/relay test/repair).

This experience has been typical of each service experience I have received from Rosner over the past year and a half. If the dealership wasn't literally next to my neighborhood I would definitely find another dealership to go to.

Work was not started till very late in the day. So we cancelled Service. Managers and advisors are indifferent. And it seems the new owners are now going to not honor valid contracts for life time oil changes. Rest assured we will not recommend Boniface Heirs to any one we know.
