I bought a car from them two months ago. Twenty minutes after driving off of the lot, I called them to let them know that something was wrong. They had me come in and kept my car for a couple of days to service it and fix the traction control. I got my car and it was fine for about two weeks before the maintenance light came on. I called, but no answer. Left a message, no returned call. Tried to call again, but the phones were down and when the automated voice directed me to leave a message, the mailbox was full. I took it to another provider to run a diagnostic and the O2 sensor was bad. I decided to call the first service guy I worked with directly. I got a hold of him and was told that they would look at it, but that I could still go out of town as I was planning to do if it s the O2 sensor. I took that advise and an after after leaving my car read transmission failure and started smelling really bad. We pulled off and let the car cool, and then drove it home. Sure enough, after an hour, the light came on again and it was overheating.o brought it to be serviced immediately. After a few days, they called me back and said that they took it to Kelly ford and that it was only the O2 sensor and it would cost me 300 dollars for a car that I JUST bought from them. I didn t believe it was just the O2 sensor, though, because my car was also overheating. The next day, I brought it to another mechanic who brought it over to Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford confirmed that it was internal transmission failure and it would cost me a couple of thousand dollars to fix. This is the same exact company that they said they took it to. Rosner Chevy knew it was a transmission fault. I specifically told them that my car said on the screen transmission failure and that it was smelling really bad. Even the service guy (Branden. He was actually really helpful) commented on the smell. They knew. There s no way to prove that, but they absolutely knew or had a hunch and chose not to look into it. They won t do anything for me so I m stuck with a car that I paid nearly 13k for with a bad transmission. When buying the car, I specifically asked if it had been thoroughly checked over and that it was reliable. I was told that it wouldn t be on the lot if it wasn t reliable. I don t have the money to fix it, not that that s anyone fault, and I don t have a car. Rosner Chevy has not proven to be reliable or trustworthy.

My 2018 Corvette Stingray needed a new A/C compressor. This is a major 8 hour job that requires dropping the front engine subframe cradle. I live about 35 miles away from Boniface Hiers and took my car to them instead of my local in-town dealership because of recommendations to do so from Corvette Forums. I am glad I did. The prompt service began when Jim installed the interior protection in a spotless covered area where you leave and pick up your car. While Jim was doing this, Cliff Eanes who was my assigned service manager and I discussed the repair. My car was assigned to Will White, a top notch Corvette technician who is a master mechanic with all the corvette certifications and 15 years of knowledge. He quickly reported back that a new compressor was needed and it would have to be ordered. Cliff then offered me a loaner car and I left to wait, knowing my car was in Will's good hands. Two days later the compressor came in and Cliff Eanes called me to let me know. He then kept me up to date on how the repair was proceeding, which ended up being completed when promised. William White has my sincere appreciation because his competence is beyond reproach. Being rather obsessive about my Vette, I thoroughly checked his work and it was flawless. There was not one thing to complain about.

I used to have dealership service department fear regarding my Vette, but not any more. Bonfiace Hiers will be my go-to dealership and I intend to spread the word among my local Corvette Club members.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Other dealers should take lessons. We drove several hours to buy from them. We will deal with gain in the future.

I recently needed to bring my Silverado to a Chevy dealership in order to address a recall issue. I just moved here from New Jersey and was not familiar with the local Chevy Dealerships. However, I went to Boniface and my customer service person was Tim. He was excellent and the service was completed successfully.

My car was diagnosed with a broken air compressor and the cost of the repair would be $1000. On the same visit my tire sensor was bad but not noted on my receipt. I had to return to office to ask why the tire warning light remained on after servicing.
I took my car to another garage for confirmation that the compressor was bad. The compressor had a loose wire, it didn t need to be replaced.
Sadly my service experience was not stellar.

I was not offered their veteran offer after being their twice. The cost wasn't what turned me away. It was unwilling to deal with me and communicate efficiently. For a 41000 dollar truck with a sizable amount of rebates with my vehicle having roughly 5k negative equity they wanted 1018.00 a month 48 months. That's more than the non rebate price. I also was eligible for a deal if you were a veteran and took a test drive. I was not offered it the first time. I spoke to the customer service person 2 weeks after my visit and was asked to come back and see what they could do, and assured me the veteran offer would be given to me. I returned on the 27th of March 2019, was never treated to the veteran offer and the location was still not willing to work with me to find a solution. It is ok I found a place deserving my business and happy to get it even with my constraints as a disabled fixed income veteran.

Really not worth even one star. Vehicle I was interested in was misrepresented as new with 10 miles on odometer, when actual mileage was over 5000. Advertised as new when vehicle is more than 350 days old and used as "owner's demo" Thank goodness I discovered this before driving 1hr 30 minutes to buy. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Went in and was explained the procedure and approximate time to complete. Completed less than estimated time. Clifford Eanes, service advisor came to me when it was completed and had additional answers and information for questions I had asked about. Excellent experience with professional advisor.

I just gotta share the experience I had today!! So yesterday my car overheated on the way to work I parked it and walked to work well half way cuz my girl seen me and pulled over and picked me up. Anyway I knew I had warranty left for 4000 miles but wasn t sure what it covered. I called Boniface-Hiers Chevy on US1 and they said bring it in I got it towed there and let me just tell you these people here are AMAZIN!!! They we re so nice to me and went through every aspect of my car to let me know what was wrong and what was covered under my warranty!!! I d been goin to my Chevy dealer in Ky for 2 years and well we ll just say they did NOT take care of my car. This place found and fixed EVERYTHIN wrong with my car and did it in like 4 hours! My water pump went my radiator reservoir was cracked etc they fixed it all!! When I trade in I will go there no doubt!! Just wanted to thank y all in this time of crisis bein so awesome!!

Tara Crag was AMAZING! She made me, my wife and our two year old daughter feel so comfortable with the car buying process. Her southern charm and hospitality translate very well in a sales position. This was the first time buying a new car for us so we really appreciated her demeanor and making us feel so at ease. It was like working with a life long friend. Tara is someone you re instantly comfortable with, and someone you meet and would invite into your home for dinner. She s that sweet. Such a great experience!
Not to mention, everyone at the shop said hi to us and smiled or asked how we were doing. The service department were affable and helpful as well! Really makes us look forward to our first service appointment haha.
We got to the financing department and the great customer service didn t stop! Billy Olson continued to help us and ease the process along. Not once was I pressured, worried or having second thoughts. Really a terrific experience!

I was charged more than the agreed price. Noticed it after my card was charged. They finally gave me the price we agreed upon then gave me a refund and re-charged my card. Now I have two charges and have to wait for the refund to post to my account. I was also told I couldn't use the credit that's on my gm account. Very poor communication.

Great experience, so last week I saw a few cars I was interested in, but went to Boniface first. We were recognized for our prior purchase immediately and treated wonderfully. There's 26k miles on the vehicle and it's a 2018. I can't seem to get an answer from anyone there if this is still covered underneath the factory warranty. So I made an appointment and had my husband bring it in today and they tell him our oil changes arent free anymore. That it was 2 years or 24,000 miles... Well we knew nothing about that otherwise we would have been prepared to pay & I wouldnt have made an appt with them! What a waste of our time, gas, and day! I haven't bought a car here but have used the service dept several times and they are excellent. They meet you when you drive in, take you to your service advisor and he takes care of everything else. Cliff is my advisor and he is great. Not sure what else you could ask for from a service dept.
Update, I just bought a new Blazer from Romann Micciche. Both Romann, and Joy in finance, were so patient and helpful, even when I changed my mind about lease vs purchase at least 3 times. I ended up with a fantastic lease on the Blazer. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle, the price or the people at Boniface-Hiers.

Last year I bought a used car from Rosner. I've had to take it in for a couple issues, and both times I've gone in expecting the worst, but getting the best. The employees have talked my warranty company into covering parts not explicitly listed in my warranty, and they've worked with me on maintenance costs for issues not covered by the warranty. Honestly, I just couldn't be happier with how they worked with me last week when my car needed fixed. THANK YOU, ROSNER!!!

Rosner Chevrolet refused to release a Saturn Astra which was under warranty that they could not repair due to non availability of parts. These people are crooks from the top to the bottom. They only reason that they even received one star is due to a conscientious service writer named Kevin.

I highly recommend staying away from this business at all costs. In the end, they basically ended up stealing the vehicle!

Best advice, do not take car off lot until every thing agreed on is done, plates and reg. is on car, specifically if out of state. Going on 2 months and still trying to get car paperwork done right. Will never go with them again. Have been treated rudely just because it was a second hand car, a year older, no brand new. It has been a car deal from hell.

We had been to several dealerships on the day of our purchase and turned away because they wouldnt or couldn't meet our budget. By the time we got to Rosner we were a little discouraged. However, Our salesman Jay pointed us in the right direction and they never hesitated to get us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. It was so nice to have a dealership willing to make the deal and be able to leave happy with the choice we made. Went to Service center again due to power steering going out. Read on internet it was on recall for some issues with that. Also needed actuator circut checked. 3 hours approx later all was done. Aside from the time it took to get this done and the wait in the most uncomfortable waiting area of any Chevy dealership I have been to, (and i've been pretty much all over from coast to coast and in between.) The service staff was GREAT. I will go back again due to the impecable service I was given by Adam and Jimmie Abshire! I felt like I was back in time when being caring, friendly and accomidating to a customer meant everything to an employee. If you need service ask for Adam and ANY problems Jimmie Abshire will take care of you as best he can. Thanks Again Guys! Now just get the waiting area up to par and you'll have overall 5 Stars. Can't rate quality of work since I just got it done. Time will tell.

They post vehicles online for a fair price ,them when you go in to test drive the vehicle they add 3000 on top of the sale price Then add taxes fees and reg. When I ask they say the online price isn t the in store price don t waste your time unless you want to overpay. This is the second time I had to deal with the same situation with the same dealer don t come here.

Dave is a great salesman. He didn't try to rush me into a decision. When the first car I test drove didn't work out he found one that did and I ended up purchasing that one. A lot of sales people could take a lesson from him.

Went in for oil change and (under warranty and had a bulletin on it) blind spot sensor issue. The people in service area were nice but did not communicate well at all. (General phone receptionist was impatient, and acted out to have to even answer the phone or take a message.) It took them 4 hours (might have been longer had I not inquired about status) to only diagnosed the problem the first day, and said I d have to come back or leave the car. They didn t even do the oil change during those 4 hours on the first day!!!! It took 3 days for a simple oil change and a sensor, something that should have taken 1/2 day to one day after getting a part for the sensor.
The waiting area is nice and the separate rooms for different activities make it more comfortable for long periods of waiting. I found out after the first day they had shuttle service. If I have to go back, I will use that service.

However at this point we will probably look for another dealership to take both Chevrolet cars to for future maintenance, etc.

There were 0 interests and letting me test drive or telling me anything about them. This place and the salesman are joke. Both times I was treated unfairly. I feel like I was profiled .
