I recently had my 2009 corvette shipped from storage in Ohio. There was an issue with the clutch so I brought it in for an evaluation. Jimmie A., the service manager who had only been with the dealership a few weeks, was extremely knowledgeable, identified various options, and scheduled an appointment to repair. Meanwhile, he noticed that there were a few "maintenance bulletins - recall notices" on this vehicle dealing with the passenger air bag, a potential fuel system problem, and lastly, an issue with the hydraulic clutch cylinder. The bottom line is that my clutch problem was fixed and the other issues were resolved. Since these were items covered by GM, these fixes were accomplished for the price of an oil change thanks to Jimmie's knowledge. Hiring individuals of this caliber will ensure the success of this dealership. On another note, I am considering the purchase of a 2019 Grand Sport. After discussing the fixes to my car, Jimmy took me over to the sales office and introduced me to Roman and we have begun the process of locating the car I want. Overall, an extremely positive experience thus far.
