I dropped off my 2017 volt with multiple issues. I was worried because I know the electric cars are still uncommon, and usually only a few technicians can handle them.

I did not need to worry. I had Bobby as my service manager, and he got right on it. The technician was amazing; fast, super knowledgeable, and was able to quickly tie my multiple issues to the recall and Tex warranties as appropriate. They needed a back ordered part, and it turns out their service manager had stockpiled one for just such an emergency. I had a great experience and am truly impressed they got my car back to me in one day.

I should have mentioned at the beginning: they were able to give me a same day appointment on a holiday week, which was awesome. Saved our holiday a bit. The service center is clean and well staffed. Frankly, I have nothing but good things to say about Boniface Hiers for servicing my Volt EV.
