From the moment we arrived and were greeted by our salesman, RJ Hilms, we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Through the whole sales process we never felt pressure, and never felt uncomfortable. We are grateful to RJ for making us feel that way and gently allowing us to sell ourselves on the vehicle. This is our second vehicle purchased from Rosner Chevrolet. We like the way we are treated like valued customers. A couple of minor cosmetic items needed attention in the service department, and Bobby Sternberg treated us well and called us with updates on when the vehicle would be ready. All in all, this car purchase experience was one of the best my wife and I can recall.
