I had to have my mother transported to the ED Forsyth for a kidney stone, via Stokes County EMS. The service was acceptable, and the staff were kind to me and my family, for the most part. There was one hiccup where my mother's nurse got an attitude with her when she was paged an umpteenth time (I don't remember how many times she had actually gone) to come unhook my mother's IV so that she could go to the restroom. I tried to rationalize the nurse's attitude in my head, but I just couldn't. It was excessive, especially for the situation. I conversated with my mother about the visit after she was discharged that night, and she agreed that the attitude was quite a bit less than necessary. I am not familiar with who it was, and I do not remember the day we visited. I don't have any other complaints, other than the attitude problem we had that visit. I don't feel like one single attitude issue with a single nurse on only one single trip to the ED is a reason to keep us from going back if we ever need to. Will continue to come to Forsyth if any unforseen health issues arise. Overall a positive review.

Was taken to the ER in an ambulance as I suffered a what seemed a bidirectional cluster head ache and blurry vision. According to the EMS they symptoms seemed of enough concern to warrant an emergency visit. After sitting in a wheel chair in a wet bathing suit (was swimming at the gym) with the air conditioning on high I got up and walked myself over to the bathroom where I took my wet clothes off and wrapped myself in the blanket given to me by the EMS team. I was dismissed by one doctor as symptoms that did not need urgent care and was sent to the Triage area. I approached a person wearing a white gown and asked to e helped. She, I found out later, was a doctor and responded with, the nurse is busy and will see you when my turn was up. I requested them to release me and remove the catheter in my right arm vein. Very unprofessional customer/patient service. They became irritated because I could not see the paper releasing them of liability and would not sign it without glasses. I walked away and believe me, I will not return there again.

NEVER.... NEVER.... again!!!! Worst medical experience of my life, and I am 60 yo and have had 6 or 7 hospital stays in different hospitals. Rude staff, wrong meds, lost or stolen items. Dirty rooms, rude to non existent staff (Of course with a few exceptions). Low moral, Nurses and other staff talking about other employees in front of me. Medical records are incorrect of what they did and medicine prescribed... I could go on, but no point now.

I recently had my twin boys at 34 weeks due to preeclampsia. The nurses and doctors were amazing. I wish I could name them all. All the staff including housekeeping and the dining ladies were very friendly during my stay. The NICU team did a wonderful job as well very helpful and kind.

I have a daughter there and i've called six times just to speak to her doctor but i keep getting transferred to no answer or hung up on. This is the absolute worst first experience with this hospital. I will have to travel 2 hours to find out the name of her doctor and the progress of her treatment.

My Fiance was sent to ER this morning by her Internal medicine doctor for swelling in her left abdomen and extreme pain. They sent her there because they felt it was an emergency situation. She has been there since 10.00 am this morning. As I post this at 4.49 pm she has still not been seen. I know life threatening injuries are 1st. But this is ridiculous. The people at the ER desk could care less offering only short answers or no answers. Update its now 6.15 she still hasnt been seen. I called to check on her status and now the staff at the front desk are laughing at her. They were very rude on the phone with me. Hung up on me then will not answer. She has left going to Baptist hospital. This place sucks. I have family and friends both who work there. I will be in touch with Hospital administration.

My husband and I came here on Friday to give birth to our first child. Our stay was perfect. The nurses accommodated for everything we could possibly need. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. By far the best hospital my husband and I have ever stayed in. Huge thankyou to everyone in the L&D unit for everything they done for us during our stay.

One of the worst hospitals we've been. And we have had our good share of ER visits. Not only they will take an absurd amount of time to see you, the service it's in much need of improvement, urgently.
On top of that, they did a CT scan, of the wrong area needed to be scanned, not to mention other tests, make no mistake, they will charge you every over priced dollar, even if the scan/test was wrongfully performed.
We have been given other people's prescription, which the nurse held on her hand and described how to take it, and what was it for, which we realized it wasn't for us when we tried to fill it, so much for consumer privacy.
And to top all of this, I took my wife to this ER with a highly likely cerebral ischemia, which could result in a type of stroke, and we literally waited over three hours to be seen by the nurse, not the doctor, the nurse, to only find out that they put us in the wrong area of the ER. It is unreal. Thanks God, nothing more serious happened, like a stroke, because if it was up to them, I don't know what would be of my wife.
One thing for sure, we won't be coming back to this Hospital.

My son was born here and we had a great experience with both the birth and recovery over the next few days which I spent there in my wife's room. I'm sorry to see the other negative reviews. My experience was great! We drove a half hour to come to this hospital rather than go to one of the hospitals in Greensboro which we have had bad experiences at. My mother-in-law also had surgery here which went very well. I'd give this hospital an A+!

This hospital experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. Laying in my own feces, urine, and no button to push for some help
Totally ignored. To leave and be discharged was a total farce. 2 1/2 hours my family had to wait transported down. to them

It saddens me to give a review of this magnitude. My mom was admitted to a Covid unit, 7NT. This has been the worst hospital stay at FMC. Day#1 in ED, the nurse didnt call to inform me my mom had move to an inpatient bed. This is a policy that was not followed. My mom didnt receive anything to eat after arrival to the floor. She went to sleep and didnt eat. She was on the unit in time to get supper. Day#2. Breakfast cold. coffee cold. The staff gets an attitude when you tell them its cold.
with no offer to bring another hot cup of coffee. Yes, its understood the food cant be reheated due to Covid isolation, but how inhumane to serve patients cold food. There's not enough staff to get the trays out. Dietary needs to be fitted for mask and resume their duties of passing the trays. Novant has had enough time to resolve this problem. Some of the nurses and nurse assistants on the unit didnt show compassion. Mom wasnt getting a bath I had to call the nurse approx 3:30pm to ask her to tell the CNA to give mom a bath. Day#3. Mom still had to ask to get a bath late afternoon. This is basic nursing care. My mom couldnt even get assistance to open a splenda packet on her tray or get set up to eat. This is basic nursing care. She was told " you need to do more for yourself"!!!! My mom has neuropathy in her fingers due to diabetes!!! A male nurse was in my mom room when she needed to have a BM. She told the nurse I need to use the bedpan, even said please hurry! She was ignored. She asked again. He did nothing. She begun to stool on herself. She told him and he said to her, just go ahead and finish. My mom was embarrassed and humiliated. Yes, she was cleaned up, but why would anyone treat a sick patient this way. The room phone hasnt had a ringer since admit. My mom watches for the light on the phone to know when its ringing. A work order was finally put in on Day 3. Why did it take 3 days. Day#4 Mom is still waiting for her phone to be checked. She's still watchinh the light. The majority of care was poor. This was not a remarkable experience.

The front desk was very unprofessional and loud. The front desk yelled loudly our name when it wasn t even our turn. The woman at the end collecting our information and collecting payment also made a false assumption which came of as rude. It was very unprofessional to make assumptions. If you can go to another hospital! Would not recommend.

Last September I was having a miscarriage and went to ER because I was bleeding through a pad every hour, which is not good. The front desk was a bit rude and almost screwed up my insurance which could ve cost me almost 4,000 if we hadn t of fixed it. And the doctor, nurse and my cnas were very very nice. Even when I was at my worst and started shaking uncontrollably because I had to be catheterized (never had it before) and hyperventilated , she was very nice and talked me through the whole thing. I got a warm blanket too which helped when all my tests were done. The wait wasn t so bad, only 5 hours in total and no wait time in the lobby. Just the front desk needs better customer service training. No smiles were given and it made me feel unwelcomed.

I was very, very ( I could type very 1000 times) disappointed with our stay. Let me begin by saying that the nursng staff was very (1000 times again) at making rounds. First nurse always talking about how busy she was. Saw nurse about two hours after shift change. I know report have to be given but two hours. Really! Pain meds that were very much needed, were given around about time scheduled. We almost always had to call for them. And about that. The person answering the call light would sometimes acknowledge that they heard your request and at other times just clicked you off. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Ted hose were requested numerous times and I never received them.(Doctor's orders). When I was visited by the doctor he asked why I didn't have them on. Never was hooked up to the ice pack machine. (Again doctor's orders). I asked that one of my nurses be removed from my care because I had NO confidence in her ability. I was placed on a full liquid diet to begin with. After Dr. changed it, I got one meal according to new order then the very next meal back to original order. Meals were late. But after two bad meals, I really didn't care anymore if they came or not. I couldn't wait to get out of your facility. The only bright spot was my nurse Ben, and my CNA Austin and CNA Rose and the case manager. Under best of circumstances, a hospital stay is stressful, but under the circumstances I found myself in your facility was horrible. I would never recommend your hospital to anyone. My family members found the food in the basement cafe pricey and unappetizing.

If I could give them NO stars I would. This is the second experience with a different department which has created a life/death situation unnecessarily. The staff members in the ED lie directly to patients and family, and leave patients in the ED waiting room hemorrhaging without even checking on them.

I unfortunately had to visit the emergency room on Sunday night. Now I know I was having a gallbladder attack. On the way to the hospital I was really dreading the experience. As we entered the waiting room we were surprised to see there were very few people waiting. I did not get the names of the two people I first encountered but they were very helpful and for me through quickly. I was in the triage quickly. My nurse was April she was very pleasant and helpful through my whole time there. It took a little while to get all the test done but they were working very efficiently. I would give five stars but the lady(I didn't get her name) who did my sonagram was not very pleasant. We will just say maybe she was having a bad night. The doctor who gave me the news about my gallbladder was very helpful. I then met my doctor that would do my surgery(Dr Stuart) he was very friendly. The nurse who took me down to the OR was very pleasant. The anthiesieolgist was very sweet and the nurse who prepped me for surgery was also nice. When I woke up in recovery I think the lady was Melissa and she was so sweet and patient. Once I got a room which was about 5:00am the nurses there were also so sweet and patient. I was in room 9119 because that was the only room they had. Everyone on that floor was very helpful and attentive. The only problem was when I was trying to check out that did take a while but I know they have to follow their rules. So overall i had a very pleasant stay at a place none of us really ever want to be.

So far, the service that my husband has received has been far beyond excellent. I thought that JCMC in Johnson City, TN was supposed to have been the best place for my husband to be, BOY WAS I EVER WRONG!!! THEY SENT HIM HOME WITH PNEUMONIA ON MONDAY AND HE WAS RIGHT BACK IN CLINIC VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER ON TUESDAY!! They done more for him there than JCMC ever thought of doing!!! NHFMC in Winston Salem has already found more than JCMC ever thought of finding!!! So thankful for all the Drs and nurses at Clinch Valley Medical Center for being on their toes and finding NHFMC in Winston Salem, NC

Medical staff are awesome. Now for the billing department, not so much. Went in due to a complication after a routine colonoscopy. In the hospital just over 24 hours. I received a bill just over $13,000 before insurance kicked in. Insurance paid roughly half and I am stuck with the rest.

Talk about an overly inflated bill for what wound up being nothing but another colonoscopy with my same doctor. Nothing special was done at all. I was fully mobile and alert.

For a bill to be so high, I should have at least got a massage and a good rub and a free keychain out of it.

This is the prime example of what's wrong in the healthcare industry.

We will make you better, maybe, but it will cost you.

I could not pay the large amount that want each mo the and told them that. I told them I could $50 a month and more if I had it. Which I have been doing.

Then I received my first collection letter. So much for caring for your patients.

I was born in the same hospital many years ago, along with my 3 children. Sadly both my parents passed away there also.

I continued to ask for understanding and patience, yet I have received nothing but added stress.

Thank you Novant At Forsyth Medical.

I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and I am abosutley terrified to give birth at this hospital. I have been referred to this facility because my local delivery unit doesn t do VBACS. But my sister delivered at this hospital and I witnessed the care she received and it was horrifying! She was 7 weeks premature and they were not the slightest bit sympathetic or knowledgeable and treated my niece for HIV when it was in fact another baby in the NICU that was supposed to be treated. My sister was manhandled everytime she had her nurse check her uterus and the nurses seemed like every request was a huge burden! I. Am. Terrified!!!!

I took my wife in for severe head and chest pain. We sat in the waiting room for *6 HOURS* before she was seen. It then took another *4 HOURS* before she was told they didn't see anything wrong. She was given some pain medication and discharged. Even after we told them this is a frequent occurrence, they said it was "just a migraine". The RN was nice, but she was the only one. Everyone else was dismissive and cold. So far any experience I've had with Novant Health in general has been displeasure, dissatisfaction, and utter frustration. I do not see how a Healthcare Company can do everything except care for health.

Absolute monsters work in the ER. Psychiatric Chad was heard shouting at the top of his lungs at patients and it was completely unacceptable. When confronted about it he said if the patient is going to be rude, hes going to yell at them. The fact that he says that to a concerned family is mind boggling. They give more run around than a baseball player and their snide, rude behavior brings a significant amount of worry and stress too families. I can't say it enough, absolute monsters.

Was in the ER this morning as a patient and received excellent service from every.single.staff member that assisted. I have spent many hours in an ER( at a hospital in another area) with my mom before she passed. This is by fair the best experience ever. They immediately followed protocol for the symptoms I was exhibiting and the doctor took the time to fully explain what I was experiencing and what to expect going forward. I just can't say enough nice things about them. I hesitate to use names here but should I get a Novant survey they will be praised individually for expertise as well as attitude and compassion. Thank you!

I was there for labor and delivery. It wasn't all bad, but I just wanted a better experience. I was an employee at the time and wanted to be an anonymous patient. They said they would take care of it. Couple hours later my sister came back from the outside and went to the desk to test it out. They told her right where I was! She told them that I was supposed to be anonymous and I guess after that, they did fix the situation. The other issue a had was that they put us on the small side of the maternity unit ( needs updating it's just too small for such occasions). The guess chair was so small and uncomfortable for a 3 day stay. My husband is over 6ft and never left my side and I felt so bad for him for those 3 days. I ask them could we be moved the first day, but they said they where full which was not true ( saw empty beds on the other side). Staff where pretty nice in labor and delivery and on the regular maternity unit. I just hope to be more comfortable this time around now that I'm pregnant again. It does give my anxiety.

Well....i have sat here and read the reviews.........

Well....i have sat here and read the reviews......I usually read the bad reviews more than the good ones...because the good ones often seem so invented...and sadly....there are a lot of bad reviews.. a lot....I can hardly believe what I am reading.....by looking at the dates..it seems that this hospital is decompensating rapidly. .... ADministrator ! Where are you? do yo not read these reviews? The moral in this hospital must be terrible for people to act like this! ....and you are responsible for turning this place around....I hope that this is not an indication of where our society is headed ! I have been in Baptist Hospital and it has always been wonderful. I encourage the employees that might read this... please, show a little pride in your work. try to excel..... it costs nothing to do your very best and remember that people's lives are at stake....your's or the life of someone you love may be in jeopardy if they come to this hospital.... I say this with no joke... God help this hospital to clean their act up...and may their minds be renewed... Mother Teresa said that we don't have to long to do great things...but that we can do little things with great love... Please, folks at the hospital... put some love into what you are doing.... . it is too bad for those people that do good work here...that are probably swimming against the tide. May the Lord help them too....Truly ... with all due respect... please, let's work together to get this place back to where it used to be.... a great hospital ! you can do it! .................................and while you are at it.......it doesn't cost to be a little kinder...not at all...As a matter of fact...you will have a better day at work....so Smile and save a life...one life at a time....: ) you can do it! God bless you all.

Had a great first time experience. Staff was extremely accommodating and everyone was so friendly and personable. They are extremely baby centric and provide a ton of support around breastfeeding. We did use Novant midwifery for delivery, which I think made all of the difference when it came to my experience vs. some of the other reviews. If you want to have a supportive team that will be patient with you during birth, get yourself a midwife and a doula. You won t regret it.

Your mental ward staff sucked. Some of the nurses were rude as hell, for no reason, and the doctors only cared about what pills to shove down your throat. Three nurses were fantastic and very kind, but overall the staff is poor. The meals you HAVE to eat were undercooked. Each nurse can follow their own policy when it comes to certain meds or stuff like nicotine gum/patches instead of the actual policy. Phone privileges shut off at 9? Locked up for days/weeks with no sunlight or anything? It's funny how you people claim to "make people better."

Do NOT believe the ER wait times ("know before you...

Do NOT believe the ER wait times ("know before you go"), advertised as "the average estimated length of time from registration to seeing a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant". Time posted was 23 min. In the 5+ hours I've been sitting NO ONE in the received treatment in that time. I saw many moaning, crying, and vomiting wait 3-4 hours. 3 staff members told me the "wait times" posted online and on signs were meaningless. People were waiting on triage while two nurses in triage room sat talking, one with their feet up in a chair blowing up a rubber glove (seriously). When a patient shouted "IS TRIAGE WORKING?" they wrapped up and called a patient. Twice people vomited all over while staff acted unaware, then handed the person a bag when they'd finished. Some one from housekeeping came to clean up the mess later. I know triage is complicated and it's not first-come first-served, but I saw people walking around, talking on the phone, and going back and forth outside get called back while people vomiting, bent over panting in pain, etc waited hours. When we decided to LEAVE after 5 hours to at least be more comfortable and have access to meds at home, 3 people were staring at their phones in triage and 3 staff members laughing and talking at front desk. Most unprofessional medical environment I've ever witnessed.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH. Their practices are a one-size-fits-all disaster. The staff do not care about you whatsoever. They will put anxious individuals who had a random outburst and need comforting in a toxic environment alongside paranoid schizophrenic and other violent mentally ill individuals. They do not set clear expectations of what treatment will look like and a timeframe. I was there for two days before I even saw a psychiatrist. The staff will take forever to ever assist you with any accommodation you request. Also, the food is horrible.

This place is horrible , the staff is very rude & talks about patients acts as if they are not willing to assist, in addition I went to ER at 12a one night & didn't get back home until 9. Only good thing I can say is that the doctor prescribed me with some meds & the pharmacy was confused & she was able to help. The place is dirty as well not clean at all.

Waited at this emergency room for over 3 hours with about 4 other people in the waiting area. First of all let me say that I don't go to the ER unless I have an emergency. My reason for going was an acute onset of severe abdominal pain. After seeing that there was no real concern from the staff about my level of pain, I felt it was probably in my best interest to leave and seek help at another facility. At the other facility I was in a bed in about 10 minutes and had emergency surgery shortly thereafter. Best part of all, they sent me a bill! I will pay it and hope they put it towards triage training. Emergency rooms are not first come, first served. They should be in order of medical priority!

My adult daughter went to the ER this past Thursday evening with symptoms of appendicitis. We endured the usual hours in the ER waiting for tests, waiting for results, waiting for a surgeon, etc. Despite those frustrations, I can honestly say this was the most amazing group of medical professionals and support staff I have ever encountered. Everyone was pleasant, patient, cheerful and kind. This includes the surgeon who was called in the middle of the night to remove her appendix, all of the nurses who cared for her, the attendant who wheeled her from the ER to the OR (and gave me a warm blanket without me asking), the woman who delivered her food, and the woman working the exit booth in the parking deck. Regardless of their position, every single person was a delight and I wish I could thank each one personally.

We had excellent service from the staff in Labor & delivery and mother baby. Carmella, RN guided us through the delivery process, kept us informed and truly cared for every need. The other staff Laura, Hanna, Dr. Mims and the others working on 1/24, night shift. AMAZING. Forever thankful

I have been so pleased with the extensive care that I have received from several doctors and many other medical staff at this hospital. I think this facility and organization is doing wonderful. I experienced healing from doctors, nurses, and other medical staff. This took time and ultimately I returned to this hospital for successful heart valve surgery by the wonderful surgeon Dr. Bret Borchelt. I am excited to go home today from this hospital with the prospect of many active and wonderful years. I am thankful for these good healers.

I was in the emergency room at Forsyth Hospital on Sunday, June 12, 2016. I waited for 3 hours and was never seen by anyone. I had fractured, chipped and dislocated my toe. While in the waiting room we met a man who had been trampled by a cow. His face was swelling. He told us that he had been there 4 hours. They finally took him back to x-ray and then sent him back to the crowded waiting room. Another person was vomiting non-stop, it took about 20 minutes for a volunteer to give him a bucket to puke in.
Prior to going to Forsyth Hospital we looked up the "wait time". It stated 15 minutes. We checked it after waiting 3 hours and it still said 15 minutes. We finally left Forsyth without seeing anyone and went to another hospital. I will never go back to Forsyth!!!!

Came in at 215pm with chest pain and my left arm hurting. I dont expect to be first but it is now 5pm and I have yet to be seen, talked to, or given a time frame. The wait in this hospital is way to long and the lack of communication is even worse. Not saying the people that work here are bad but the process seems to be broken and needs to be fixed. And judging by the reviews that I see I'm not the only one who thinks this. Take a good look Forsyth hospital. I'll be more than happy if you contact me about my visit and not hide behind the paper survey you send out.

Terrible place. Horrible service. Staff that sit in the front by the emergency entrance are by far the worst I've ever encountered in a professional medical setting. They walked around on cellphones, spoke improperly and unprofessional, the janitor (woman) had tattoos showing and they were on her chest which means she could have buttoned
her uniform shirt to cover it. One guy didn't even have his hair combed. I'm not sure when this place took a turn for the worse, but it definitely has. I would'nt recommend going to Baptist or somewhere else.

I have a family member at this hospital at this very moment. This has been the absolute worst experience with a hospital that i have ever encountered in my entire existence on this earth!! The bedside manner of one doctor has been horrible to say the least....absolutely horrible! The staff all needs to be fired!! When you have large families that are faced with death, the last thing that they need is to have to deal with uncompassionate people. My family has been treated like we are a nuisance. If we would have listened to this doctor who said there was nothing else that could be done - we would be planning a funeral right now. Thank goodness that we are a family of medical professionals who happens to be knowledgeable in this area. I would advise people to take there love ones anywhere but here. I would not take a wounded dog to this hospital.

DO NOT GO TO THE PALLIATIVE CARE UNIT

95% of the staff is HORRIBLE!

My mother recently got sick, and had to go to the hospital, come to find out she was in worse shape then what we had thought. We were transferred to the Palliative unit (8th floor). I am unsure what the deal with this unit is. I witnessed none of the staff working together, Nurses chewing out other staff members for whoever knows what. I walked by the nurses station several times, and the nurses were doing nothing. The nurses do nothing, when i would walk by they would be sitting their chatting. Other times when i had walked by the desk nurses talking junk about i believe another employee. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! The CNA's are unbelievable, out of the whole stay, we had one CNA that actually did her job, and did it well. The rest of the CNA's would come in look around and simply walk out! WALK OUT! didn't ask if we needed anything or even ask if mother needed to be turned. The CNA didn't even check her to make sure she was clean. I seen the CNA about 2 times the whole night shift. I was under the impression this hospital provided remarkable patient care. This unit sure doesn't. The staff is rude, they do not care about the patient, they sure did not care about us while we were their and mother was sickly. Out of all the hospitals this has to be the worse ever hospital.

For the most part of our stay, the staff was rude, dishonest, disrespectful, and down right hateful. They would come into the room look around see nothing was out of place an leave. They simply did not do their job at all. Do they even care about their patients? This unit sure does not create a remarkable patient experience. When we were leaving, the department manager her assistant came around to wish us well and to wish us on our way, or so we thought. They were both withdrawn, and seemed like they did not care at all. It was not even worth our time saying how bad our experience was. The unit as a whole is Pathetic. Their are more crappy employees then their is good ones.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT EVEN IF IT WAS A LAST RESORT! Go to Baptist. They actually care about their patients!

I had called and the most immature woman I have ever spoken to was on the other line. She had the worst attitude as soon as she answers the phone. I already heard that said individual likes to laugh at and mock people when they call. I might actually take this up with someone over her.

Nursing staff have been wonderful from the emergency room to ICU to the regular floor staff. Dealt with a case worker who was incredibly cold, curt and insensitive and was more worried about her time I was taking up. Kept looking at the clock while I was asking questions. I was told on Friday my dad could go home on Saturday. It's now almost 12:00 noon on Monday and still no word when my dad is going home. The nurse said they needed the names of the nursing homes my family came up with to transfer my dad to. I had already given them the list yesterday. We just want my father home. My dad is so frustrated after being told he was going home two days ago and is still having to just sit and wait in the hospital room. Such a frustrating and helpless feeling.

Terrible birth experience here 2016. Had to beg the nurses for water the entire stay after a cesarean. Didn't receive stool softeners until day 3 so needless to say I didn't have a BM for a week! Most uncomfortable bed. People coming in every hour for days even after I placed a DND sign on the door, so I got insomnia. It was the worst 5 nights, 6 days of my life. Only 1 nurse at a time, so thank God I had my spouse and MIL to hold each leg. The list goes on...

Extremely long ER wait. Nurses in ER rarely come to check on you and offer no information. ICCU was great. Excellent nurses who explained everything...now on general medicine floor and it is as bad as the ER. No confidence in the care that we are receiving.
