Was taken to the ER in an ambulance as I suffered a what seemed a bidirectional cluster head ache and blurry vision. According to the EMS they symptoms seemed of enough concern to warrant an emergency visit. After sitting in a wheel chair in a wet bathing suit (was swimming at the gym) with the air conditioning on high I got up and walked myself over to the bathroom where I took my wet clothes off and wrapped myself in the blanket given to me by the EMS team. I was dismissed by one doctor as symptoms that did not need urgent care and was sent to the Triage area. I approached a person wearing a white gown and asked to e helped. She, I found out later, was a doctor and responded with, the nurse is busy and will see you when my turn was up. I requested them to release me and remove the catheter in my right arm vein. Very unprofessional customer/patient service. They became irritated because I could not see the paper releasing them of liability and would not sign it without glasses. I walked away and believe me, I will not return there again.
