If at all possible stay, far far away from this place they are pitiful excuses for a quack unprofessional irresponsible and not very intelligent worst of all rude you'd be better off asking your child to Google your diagnosis than ever wind up in this frankly dirty and unsanitary excuse for a hospital all the ER doctors are pretty much the same the tall middle-aged skinny one with glasses and receding hairline is the very very worst I wouldn't let him diagnose me with a common cold he's damn near killed me in several of my family members if I had a traumatic brain injury I would demand they take 5 more minutes to take me to a different I'm not trying to be mean this is a honest to God representation of all the Dozen experiences I've had in this place over the course of my lifetime I am not exaggerating. then before you even leave they're hounding you for money and act like if you don't have at least $50 on you you are an absolute homeless bum if you have any type of infection in the mouth don't treat you like you shouldn't even be there regardless of time or ability to pay or what dentist you have for insurance or not it's at all possible and I'm on and I 15 minutes to live I would rather risk 5 more minutes to go to a different hospital than ever have to deal with these sad excuses for a quack ever again I would rather a toddler Google how to be a doctor and performed an operation themselves then deal with this pathetic to be frank dangerous Hospital ever ever again and they will never see a single penny of my money I guarantee it. I had a seizure once and they tried to blame it telling me I was overdosing which I've never taken drugs in my life and it was willing to take a urinalysis and they still sat there for an hour trying to get me to admit that I took drugs and I was overdosing after a seizure for God's sake stay away from this Money Pit of an uneducated unprofessional Far From Any Hippocratic Oath establishment they don't care about you or your disease and nine times out of 10. Misdiagnosed you anyway for god sakes fire that ER doctor. I only wish 0 stars was an option, negative stars would be more accurate repusentation of All of experiences here, and I was BORN at this hospital!

They did not even have a flash light to check my throat!! It took them 20 minutes to get the nurses phone to use the flash light.
And then when the nurses phone was ringing she had to pick up the phone call lol.

I recently went to the Forsyth Medical Center ER because I have 3 painful planters warts on the same foot. Normal medication wasn't taking care of them, Dr. Keith Groach saw me and gave me a prescription for Aldara and told me it was affordable. Lmao! I called some pharmacies and the LOWEST price is $148! How is that affordable??? Then I called thinking maybe something was wrong and got thrown in circles on the phone. Needless to say I'm only going to Baptist from now on.

this was the worst place i have ever been to 9 hours in wait room and then i left they do not do anything then they sent me a bill for over $ 1500 just to sit in there wait room to get sick throw up

My mother is in emergency room 10 red wing as I do this review. I called over 30 minutes ago for my mother's bed to be changed because she was laying in a puddle of urine. NO one has been in the room YET to change her or the bedding. How inhumane!

Recently in for surgery on 1/8. Pre op and recovery staff were excellent. The night mare started once I was placed in a room on 4th floor (women s). VERY unprofessional, lack of care or concern for the patients. You are treated truly as a number instead of a person. I was left to take care of all of my needs as well as my visitors stepping up and taking care of my needs. But I m sure they ll send me a nice bill to pay. I will NEVER have surgery here or have anymore dealings with Novant. Have already switched all doctors over to Wake.

Over 5 hour waits!!!! This is my second time being here in 2 weeks and both times ive had to wait in the waiting area for hours. I am LIVID!!!!!! This is unacceptable!!! No health institution should operate like this EVER!!

I have been waiting for 2 days for an induction at the hospital. They called me 2 hours before I was supposed to be there to tell me they were just to full. They haven't called me back since. I've called my doctors office, and they are working to get me in. They are putting me and my baby at risk. 2 lives are in jeopardy. There was a reason I was scheduled to be induced and for them to not even keep in contact is terrible. They aren't out of beds. They are low on staff. This is their problem. We need more competition for birth places in our area!!

Was in a 7 car pile up yesterday on the 40. Went to ER here waited 4.55 hrs to be seen .once I got in the back to a room workers we sitting in halls talking and wasting time. I waited another hr just for a nurse or doctor which never came. I ended up declaring how unprofessional the staff was to them directly and left the hospital unseen. Hopefully baptist hospital will be a better experience today. I was told i waited at Forsyth 5 hrs for a clean room yet when I got to a room it was FILTHY. And to see employees having conversations with coworkers about their personal business while the emergency room is packed and people waiting hours just to be seen...WE DESERVE BETTER

This is not absolutely not ok came in to the emergency station and still had to wait over 4 hours for a room

My experience at this hospital was the worse I have ever received in my life. Dr. Brigitte Dixon was not helpful at all. She did not answer any of my questions, or even seem to care that I was confused about that she was saying. She did not explain anything she diagnosed me with. On the release papers it said my blood pressure was elevated but during the hours I was there (12-4am) no one could tell me that. The hospital was dirty, not well supplied, and the workers seemed to like it that way. The only great experience was the woman who took my blood for the blood test. She made me feel like some one actually cared in that hospital. Also there were more than 3 patients on hospital beds in the hall way. It was just a sad sight in there last night. I hope they do better.

This is the worst hospital every......the staff sit down the whole time while patients are waiting in the waiting room...if you go in the back that worst nurses don't I repeat don't check on you at all...so unprofessional... This place needs to shut down....if you want to stay alive please don't come....I wish I could give this a negative star.....

They helped my Grandpa go from coding 4 times, and almost brain dead to making a full recovery!!!

Not a good place to have a baby if you want any type of natural birth. Went in in labor, they admitted me and then said they wanted to induce me, when I said no they kept me in triage for almost 10 hours, then discharged me at 5cm to labor at a hotel (we had traveled from out of town due to having a high risk pregnancy). When we came back about 12 hours later I agreed to let them break my water but would not let me do any of my pain management techniques I had prepared for other than sitting on a ball because they were unable to read the heartbeat. When shift change came the heartbeat was suddenly not an issue. The dr that delivered was incredibly rude and even argumentative during delivery. The nurse kept apologizing for the doctor and filed a formal grievance against the doctor. Weeks later we received a letter about the grievance saying it was our fault, that labor was often too stressful for us to understand, then why did your nurse start the grievance process? In recovery we had about 20 different people coming in to draw blood and perform tests on baby, we wanted to do all needed testing, but the people couldn t even tell us what tests had been ordered or what they were drawing blood for, when I asked for a print out of what had been ordered they said they couldn t print me anything. I will never have another baby here.

My wife, Linda Meadows, as usual, recieved excellent care from all staff. Linda has told all our family that she ONLY ever wants to go there. Even the food is decent she states. Our thanks to all of you from Linda and her entire family.

I don't know about the rest of the hospital,but the maternity ward is great. All the staff were very friendly and caring for my baby and I.

Worst hospital I've ever been to!!!! 99.9% is rude and inconsiderate!

Have been to this facility ER twice and had surgery. I was cared for compassionately and professionally. I have seen several bad comments...Just because people are not seen as quickly as they think they should be, they complain. I needed to be seen in the ERand waited 4 hours, so what.... . There were ambulances coming in with life threatening issues. They DO NOT see you by who got there first, it's a priority for trauma, etc. ER's are just that - For Emergency's. NOT a take yourself in because you just don't feel well and did not want to miss work. Put yourself in their shoes.... WHO goes first. Life threatening issue or the sniffles..... enough said.

I am not from this area, so I had absolutely no preconceived ideas in this hospital. Came on Friday night to visit my father in law with my daughter (I was married to his son who passed a long time ago) He was in ICU, but he might as well have been stuck in a hallway somewhere. Call button either wasn't working or the nurses ignored it every time we tried to call a nurse. My daughter and I would take turns going down the hall to try to find someone to help him. No one was around and we never once saw anyone at the nurses station. Every time we asked for water or pain meds, it took over an hour for anyone to respond. We stayed over an hour with him on Friday and came back to visit on Saturday. He was supposed to be bathed and no one had done that or changed his bedsheets when we left 4 hours later. His nurse on Saturday seemed to be in training and incompetant. An IV was removed and the nurse didn't have a bandage to put pressure on it and asked my daughter to press her finger on the artery for him!!! AND- worst of all- the nurse dropped the F bomb while this was going on. In front of a patient and the family!!!!! Unprofessional to say the least. We came in to find him asleep with a sponge left in his mouth used to give him water. He could have choked on it. My daughter and I spent over 4 hours taking turns giving him water with the sponge because the staff couldn't be bothered to give an old man water. Staff did not read his chart and did not give him treatments for his COPD until we insisted on it. He started with terrible cramps in his leg. No one would come help. We started massaging and stretching his legs while he cried out "help! Help!" No one ever came. I've never seen a hospital that allowed a patient to go through such suffering and not respond at all to a patients needs. He naturally became very aggitated because of the poor care he was receiving. The staff still showed no compassion and talked down to him. They treated him as if he was out of his head instead of a suffering human being. We hated to leave him there. He begged us not to go because of the poor care he was receiving. I hope he survives. Never send anyone to this hospital ever!!! No human being should have to beg for water at a hospital.

By far the absolute best experience I have ever had in an Er.I was seen right away and taken care of. The staff were so wonderful and caring. I recommend this ER

There are not enough words to thank these amazing people for my recent Covid stay. I was there 1/21 to 1/26 5th floor, room 5122 and from ER to discharge EVERYONE made me feel like I was priority one. Doctors, NPR, RN, CNA, support staff, these are modern day angels I assure you. They calmed my nerves, aggressively attacked this terrible virus and seen me through. I wish I could embrace and thank each and every one of them individually. But know this patient is forever grateful for what everyone did for me. Thank you all, be blessed and stay strong.

Chaos staff sits behind desk more than on floor. Takes forever for simple request.

I was having chest pains and very high blood pressure. This was during a very stressful time while the covid-19 restrictions were in place. The staff and doctors were very courteous and helpful. I received the best of care and I am very thankful.

My father has been here for nine days. First eight were in the Neuro ICU. Nurses and doctors and everyone was fantastically attentive. Could not ask for anyone to be more friendly and helpful. The same has been true with the Palliative Care floor. Unfortunately, there is a huge lack of communication between nurses and doctors. And when he came to the Palliative Care floor, they did not look through his records to see what has and has not worked. No one is in a hurry to make anyone comfortable. Maybe they are so much more used to seeing it than we are, but damn, give him something.

Very bad. Arrived at 6:30 am and waited 5 hours for a heart procedure. Very disrespectful to the patient.

"Remarkable people, remarkable care" is an understatement. Thanks so much for the wonderful and life saving care I received. I would not be typing this were it not for the talented and compassionate people at this institution. From beginning to end it was a great experience.

Friendly informative seemingly competent staff in prenatal

My husband has been out of surgery for an hour, he's still in recovery because they dont have a room for him. My children and I haven't seen him yet because there are no visitors allowed in recovery. Since the surgery was supposed to be about an hour, and it took 5 hours, not being allowed to see him because they dont have a room for their in patient is unacceptable.

This hospital paid no attention to critical information in my aunt's medical records. I notified Novant Forsyth in writing that my aunt was in Hospice, and no procedures were to be performed without Hospice pre-approval. When she was later transported for a fall, and all kinds of unnecessary and unauthorized procedures performed. All insurance (Medicare and BCBS) refused payment to Forsyth, and five months after I notified Forsyth of her death, I get a bill for balance due ! What an insensitive insult ! This post is just the beginning of my complaints. Joint Commission is next.

Nurses are rude. Emergency room staff are nasty an rude. Eating in triage more concerned with food than they are patients. Worst staff ever will not recommend these people for my dogs. Waited for 3.5 hours for them to come out an ask for pee in a cup then turned around an waited more because the staff rather be on personal cell phones.

The worst my best friend had her baby here , she was born at 2:50am its now 7:49pm and the baby still hasn't been bathed since she left the womb ! She still has the white thick stuff on her skin and all in her hair ! My friend hasn't washed up either ! I've asked the nurses what's taking so long and they keep saying we're gonna tell her CNA and we haven't seen the CNA since we first got Intl the room awful service ! One of them need to come bathe this baby !

Didn't even deserve a !! WORST hospital I been to in many years! 6hrs and still not seen! Even approached them NUMEROUS times to tell them how uncomfortable I was bc of the pain. So I sat there the whole time in EXTREME pain! Finally left and went to another hospital.
NEVER going back there even if I was having a heart attack!!

I visited a friend of mine who had a baby. While in the waiting room, Stormy, employee in the waiting room was very rude to me and other people. During the week, I witnessed her and the security Guard, who I assume she has a relationship with, taking about personal stuff and arguing, later. In front of the hospital, away from camera view, they were flirting and and getting close to each other. Most of the night, she was on a break instead of doing her job. While she was in the waiting room, she was talking on the phone, having long personal conversations about her boyfriend and talking about violent, inappropriate stuff in the waiting room. I do not want to repeat what she said.

I was there 3 days ago in the er, they sent me home sick as I came in sick, Forsyth hospital use to care about people's but they don't care nomore, I have been short breath my chest still tight my treatment is not working, and I'm on day 3 taking flu medicine, nothing has changed, this is the reason why I don't go to the hospital cause of the lack of care they have... My BP was so high that they say it was ok for it to be high" they didn't give me a gown or blanket, I had to literally ask for a blanket at least, Thats when I really gave up and came home to sufferer when they discharge me!!!

Jan 16 2017, I've been sitting in the emergency room area since 445pm, this doesn't make any since at all. They charge you a whole lot but u can't get seen at a descent or respectable time, and the sad part is it didn't seem like they was all that busy we we first entered into the area. I'm pissed agitated and disgusted all at the same time worst hospital ever. And it's now 8:34pm what a joke.

My experience is awlful m here now and cannot stand it any longer um recording these nurses talking and gossiping about the patients in other rooms and its pathetic the way they are going at it and making fun if some WOW one lady has been here for 7 hours and just wanted some crackers but NOOOO they had to sit here n talk bout it and laugh n say the woman wasn't as suck as she claimed I'm in a room rite beside the nurses station so I hear it all The only good one here is my doctor she's a female and very caring but the nurses hell nahhh y'all betta go somewhere else

Talk about nickel and dime. Just had to drive up here to pay $ 15 so Jeff could keep his job. Had to pay yes pay more money to have them fill out paper work for his fmla papers. Wow like the thousands of Dollars we just payed for his surgery wasn't enough. People stay away...will never be back. Thats a fact. Yes you got this 15 $ from us but it will be the last......

My mother was recently sent to Forsyth, first to the Neuro ICU and then transferred to a regular floor. This is the most amazing staff and facility I've seen throughout the care of both elderly parents. The thoroughness, rooms and attentiveness is unsurpassed compared to any health care setting they've experienced. Thank you to all who have made our entire family your fans.

This was by far the best emergency room visit I've ever experienced anywhere, and I've been to a lot. Within two minutes of arriving, I was taken to triage and straight back to a bed where I was given a gown and a wonderful warm blanket to cover up with. The nurses and PA's that treated me were unforgettable and gave me hope and joy at a time where I didn't think it was possible. They were punctual and strict about scheduling, and after all tests were ran, they treated me and scheduled a specialist appointment for me so I wouldn't have to myself. Overall, I was so pleased and am truly thankful to have been treated with such kindness and respect. If I could give all of them a million dollars, I totally would but since I can't, I'll just leave the five star rating here for everyone to see.

They were right on top of my medical problem and were very concerned about my health and comfort and everyone's privacy

Do NOT go to this hospital. I went in for pain in my side, worst pain I ve ever been in. They made me wait 10 HOURS in the waiting room with only 1 update of what was going on. They refused to give me any pain medication except for Tylenol. They did x-rays, blood work, urine sample, and a CT scan. Came back and told me absolutely nothing was wrong with my body. I specifically asked if each organ was okay and they said everything was in perfect health and told me it was probably PERIOD CRAMPS. After crying in front of the nurse they agreed to prescribe me a pain pill and discharged me in a rush. I looked at the prescription later and it was NOT for a pain pill it was for a supplement I told them I take for my skin!!! I checked my online results the next day and the results literally said I had MULTIPLE GALLSTONES and possible cystitis on my bladder. They did not tell me any of this. And since they messed up the prescription I had to pass the rest of the stones without anything. I tried to get the bill dropped by risk management and they denied the request, saying they handled everything properly. Now I have to go spend more money at a gastroenterologist just to get PROPER treatment. Every single person except the woman who took my blood, was insanely rude to me and treated me like a drug seeker. How can you know that your patient is in there for good reason and you look me in my eyes and tell me it s period cramps?? Now I am stuck with a huge bill that I don t have money for. I will tell every person I know that this hospital does not care about it s patients and their health.

This is the worst hospital in the world. If your not dying do go there they will not help anyone.

The staff was rude and nowhere near friendly people are sick and in pain and they come to the hospital for help and all the staff could do is give them the worst attitude ever that is unacceptable for nurses doctors and everybody else that works in that hospital I will never go back to that hospital I will go to baptist before I go to Forsyth....

Went to the emergency room for flu symptoms was there over 5 hours. Had xrays, labs and all done in the first 2 hours and placed back in the waiting room. No results had my
vitald done twice in tge lobby no results.

Update#2: No call today.
Update: left message and sent email. Response within one hour. Very apologetic. Assured me she would take care of my dad. She also called him right after me and he is in much better spirits though he is still in a lot of pain.
Original comment: There should be a listing for horrendous. My father was sent here from Kernersville Hospital ER. He had to wait 2 hours before even being seen and 14 hours overall without any resolution of his problem.
There were no pillows or blankets.
No food or drinks.
No oxygen for over 12 hours (COPD).
Could not find records at their own hospital (other hospitals and doctors sent info immediately).
Put IV in for sedative for MRI but did not sedate. MRI did not get completed. Did not make appt for MRI and radiologist very rude and uncompassionate before release.

i came in by ambulance suffering from feeling lost on my whole right side i couldn't barely walk blurred vision and light headedness i was only there for one hour and the doctor only ran one test it seemed that once i told them that i use to have a opioid addiction they just didn't care so the doctor just sent me home saying it was just a migraine so a few days of not getting any better i went to Baptist hospital and was took back right away and admitted so they could run all the test they needed so they could know what was going on so come to find out i suffered from a left PCA Stroke and if Forsyth hospital would've did there job i could've gotten an shot to reverse the effects but now i will suffer from a lifetime of effects that all could've been avoided by proper care

My ER visit was wonderful they were all so nice but the Nurse By the Name of Kelly Key stood out to me the most I felt like my mom was here with me I even ignored my mom when she called my phone she is truly beautiful as a person inside and out and If I could get her every time I came here I would run my hospital bill up Thank you all to the staff

Amen J staff at least a couple of them are rude and uncaring. Especially 2nd shift who were taking requests from patients for assistance. If nursing is Not a calling in your life Please don't do it just for the money!

I have an ongoing issue with excruciating pain that keeps up at night and non-functional with normal activities. This time, I could not do anything to relieve the pain at all. The staff was so rude and snotty. One even made the comment "this is an emergency today?". I got up, walked out and went to Hugh Chatham. I have never been so offended by medical staff!

There are no words that would adequately describe my gratitude and appreciation to the ER and ICU staff of this medical institution. Thank you for the enormous care and effort you did to save a loved one's life. The care I saw on your faces and the long relentless effort you did to save your patient was absolutely amazing.

One of the worst experiences in my life! I went in last night for bad stomach and back pain! The front staff were friendly. I got there at 9:50 pm and waited for hours to be seen. Once I got into the back my nurse was horrible. She was rude and would not listen to me. The Doctor was suppose to give me some Medicine for my pain and nausea which my pain was a 9!! My nurses phone rang while she was suppose to be doing her job she answered the her phone and was talking about non related work issues I told her to go get my Medicine she walked out of the room and I did not see her again until I was discharged at 4:39 am still in pain! The lady who took me for my CT scan was the one who gave me a blanket when she noticed I had chills. My nurse checked on all her white patients as I could see her through the door she made sure they got their Medicine and what they needed but she did not acknowledge I was even there! I feel I was discriminated against by the nurse because I was not white! As of today I am still in pain and plan on going to a Hospital that is not associated with Novant Health care seeing they do not really care about their patients! Do not waste your time going here unless you are White! Find a Cone Health facility stay away from Novant Health care! One of the worst Hospitals yet!!!!!

In June last year I had an appendectomy. Everything went well but I hurt all over which made me an ill BILLY goat. I was rude to some off those precious 4and a half foot tall girls who were only trying introduce theirselves and I'm sure I made one of them cry. I will have to live with that the rest of my life. March 9 of this year I had emergency operation on my foot and I made sure I would never talk bad to those ANGELS I went through some alcohol DTs but I want someone to tell those precious little ladies that they make the world go round.they have my blessings and apologize for my rudeness. How ever you do have some male nurses. Who did not make the cut and it was dreadful. But that hospital has ANGELS in it. May God bless them.

Use to hate Baptist Hospital because of the la de da attitude they had toward the care of patients. So I would come to Forsyth where I felt cared for and attended to properly. And maybe it's just in the ER but there seems to be a complete switch from Baptist to Forsyth in bad BAD attitude problems with the staff down here especially if you are alone. Having someone with you is like having a witness to how you are treated here or at any hospital for that matter and trust me when I tell you they are aware if you are here alone or with someone and you are treated accordingly. When I come with someone the way I am treated goes from two stars to ten. It's been my experience anyway. So take a friend or run the risk of being treated as a second class citizen. Just saying. And please Forsyth go back to the way you used to be when you treated everyone with care no matter what.

I am a disabled veteran. Early this year, I was a patient in the ICU and on the renal floor about 3 months in total. Through surgical malpractice I almost died. While I would rate the actual care around 3 stars, I am very disappointed in what has happened after discharge. On admission, I always tell the billing people to bill VA as primary, Medicare secondary. Because the VA is so slow to pay, this institution won t bill them. They bill to Medicare which only pays 80%. With such a long, complicated hospital stay, the bills are astronomical. This leads to constant harassment via phone and mail from collection companies and damage to my credit. I have spent countless hours on hold with the VA hotline only to find that Forsyth Hospital never submitted the bills for payment. So, the VA says, tell them to bill the VA, then, the hospital says, we did when I know they didn t b/c I checked. The last time I called hospital billing, the woman told me that I need to get the VA on 3 way to handle it. There s always at least 30-40 min wait on hold to the VA hotline, and there s normally at least a 10 min wait to get the billing people at Forsyth Hospital, so how the hell am I to get them on 3 way? I asked to speak to a supervisor the last time I called hospital billing last week, but of course have not received a return call, what a surprise. This putting me in the middle is very stressful and frustrating. I sacrificed too much to be treated this way; especially considering the hospital stay was through no fault of mine.

I love he experience in Forsyth medical center everyone was so nice and helpful . Would definitely go there again !

Great staff in the labor/delivery and mother/newborn units.

This is an outstanding care facility. From the birth of our child to various family medical emergencies, we ve encountered so many people that espouse values of compassion, inclusion and excellent care.

A friend of mine was not treated for an infection in a 3rd degree burn wound, and was sent home with just burn ointment applied. No one in the hospital seems to have actually passed medical school.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible experience. Boyfriend went in for Occipito cervical fusion surgery, woke up in horrible pain, terrible headache, blood pressure high. The staff was even worse. They could care less about your well being. If I could write some of the things I heard the nurses say without getting in trouble I would post it. Would not recommend any love one to go to this hospital. Never felt so helpless to have to leave him in their care. Worst feeling ever. They won't even give you updates on them. Been trying all day, excuse after excuse. How hard is it to find out how there doing? Really

Mom was admitted to 7 floor nurse yesterday and cna staff where awesome. Today diffrent people very rude cna moms personal care worker from home went to visit when she left she called me and said cna very rude and hateful didnt want to help mom get on poty chair acted like she hates her job. I am very angry right now and taking matters higher.

My husband was transfered to Forsyth Medical (4 months) ago due to a stroke along with lack of Neurology doctor not being on call or available at our local hospital Rowan Memorial Medical, he was immediately care for by Nuerio Science Nuerology team very grateful for well dedicated staff, doctors follow by several office visits Cardiology Sam Turner he was able to do several minor testing pin point his heart condition scheduled surgery to fix husband PFO'S (2 - holes in the heart) 3 weeks ago his body feels stronger, energy level amazing he says something that could have been prevented 12 years earlier after his TIA, Stroke started throw local Cardiology in Rowan. Forsyth his stepped in guide him through & given him a rebirth to life you can say, sincere thanks Dr. Turner & V. Brady

My knee was locked could not move either way worse pain I have ever been in.I don't remember the dr name but he didn't seem to be concern but I would like to thank the nurse I had she was great and did everything she could to ease my pain,was there all night before they were able to straighten out my knee to ease pain.No one has been able to tell me what or why it happened,very disappointed

Came by ambulance got a room for about an hour then was put into a hall and we are still here almost 7 hours later go somewhere else .

When i worked there, a medical doctor grabbed me on my boob. Nurses would complain the same doctor was grabbing their asses in the supply closet. I verbally reported it one if the heads of hospital. That gropping doctor kept his job and kept grabbing workers. He sure as heck remembers my defense to his grope... Typical attitutude of doesn't matter who you know, but if you are willing to blow to have a job. I'm glad I am outta that misogynistic hell hole.... And there was the bullcrap where the black workers refused to call code blue on elderly white woman and the NAACP came in with all sorts of threats. Can you imagine if some whitey refused to call code blue on a black person? Point is, what is wrong is wrong and don't matter which colour you are, in my opinion.

I Didn't Like Anything About It ! I Sat There For 5+ Hours , They Had Forgotten What I Came For And Everything!

Recommend NOT delivering here. The whole experience was awful. Literally cried tears of relief when we were cleared to discharge. Also, after examining my bill, found we are being charged for something my doctor says he did not bill. Novant has stopped replying to me via MyChart.

Very disappointed in the staff that lost my mothers necklace after she ask them not to take it off. I realize it was a procedure that required it to be off. But after she ask them not to loose it they assured her it would not be lost. I guess someone needed her gold necklace with a cross I just hope they realize God is watching you as you wear it. It was so sentimental to her. She let the nurses know immediately after her procedure she told them it was gone as soon as she woke up. They didn t loose her false teeth guess they didn t fit anyone there. Lol. As I said before very disappointing.

Forsyth contacted me and are willing to right the wrong. We are very satisfied with their response and cooperation thank you for your help. Sorry for the bad review hope this fixes any issues. Also the care there was wonderful just one issue with the necklace.

Recently, I was a patient at Forsyth for 20 days. The staff on the pulmonary floor (7th floor) was excellent. From answering my call bell to administration of IV medications a staff member responded in a timely manner!

Terrible. And i mean ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. If you dying? Do NOT COME HERE ! Cause you gone die right in the waiting room .

The only reason I gave it two stars is because my daughter is in NICU and they have a great staff and quality doctors although a couple nurses don't seem to enjoy their work. The reason I wanted to give just one star is the ER my gf has stayed in NICU with our daughter feeding every 3 hrs for the past week she started feeling bad as far as sinuses n such , took forever to get in then when she did she tried to tell them how she was feeling and our situation with NICU and feeding but they cut her off mid sentence multiple times also she said there was blood in the floor of the room they had her sitting in also blood on the pillow they had on the bed extremely rude nurses in ER. Such a horrible place but let me repeat NICU staff is mostly pretty amazing although they could use more than 4 parenting rooms

My over all experience with the nurses and cnas were great... but the doctors in charge of orders and explaining things were awful. And then you come wake me up and be rude . I was given to Options for two different types of procedures with the same out come and chose one and they made the decision that they weren't gunna do either and decided pain management... and to send me home... that is not the way it works or how you should go about your job. and then starve me on top of that when I'm not even gunna have a procedure. Great job Forsyth. Bravo .

The staff here have always been good to my family Down throughout the years, I just wanted to come on here and specifically mention Faith, she is a strong and faithful Christian, which in itself is admirable and wonderful!! But my Mamaw was in here and she couldn t even read her bible or pray, but God worked through Faith to be an encouragement to our family and to speak to my Mamaw! I mean I had chills from her testimony and what God has done for her!! She is such a blessing!!! I seriously appreciate all of y all and all that you ve done! You ve taken care of my mom as well in the past and were nothing but kind and patient!! I love all y all! You re in my prayers!! Dr Hiller and all them did an amazing job as well and they re so sweet!! Thank you again!!

Whenever I have had a medical need, the folks at Novant have always gladly risen to the occasion. Doctor Andersen is a skilled professional that I would trust for future surgery. The entire operating team were happy to serve you and I felt comfortable in their care. Thank you folks.

The wait time is trouble, I have no plans on ever returning to this ER!!!!! A person can die waiting to get seen! 4hrs is outrageous !!!!! #theworsterinnorthcarolina

wait forever! call for nurse,never come, mom could have fallen or anything!

My mother in law passed away on Christmas Eve in the ICU. There was not much they could do for her since she was in such bad shape when she arrived. The staff as well as the doctors were kind and thoughtful. We were up for over 30 hours and had left to get something to eat when she made a turn for the worse. They did everything they could to help her until we got back to the ICU so we could be there when she passed.

Terrible staff. Why work here if yu dont like what yu do? Find another career. Forsyth is a joke. Dont come here. Ur better off goin to baptist. If yu dont hav insurance yur gettin foot in the ass. I thought hospitals were here to help people?

Greedy selfish people will milk you for every dollar they can get out of you and give you substandard care and terrible food in a dirty, outdated facility. You've been warned.

Someone will be dead before the nurse can get to them for the simple fact if you call a nurse you will be waiting for about 10 to 20 minutes. Not only that but a lot of the nurses are rude and have a attitude all the time. I wouldn't even take my cat to this hospital. No wonder why they have so many cases against them. Someone should shut this hospital down

Labor and delivery was horrible. Very unprofessional. I would never again deliver here. I should have left!!!!

It makes absolutely no sense for you to be at this place for an entire work shift, no matter what time you come on or how many people(or lack there of) are in the waiting area. The nurses are also rude and treat you as if you emergency is of no importance to them...

I wish I could give Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center more stars but since five is the max amount, it must suffice. The care that my mother has received during her open heart surgery, and the copious amount of procedures leading up to the surgery, have been "remarkable". From the precious volunteer coordinators that take pride in what they do and being the frontline of communication for the families to the absolutely outstanding CNA's and nursing staff. The level of care and expertise that we have received is unmatched thus far as it relates to receiving healthcare across my lifespan. And I work in healthcare.I Every nurse, doctor and hospital staff member was pleasant and you could tell they have a passion for caring people. We were never a nuisance and our questions were always answered with smiles. Nurses didn't rush through information and never acted like they had other things to do. I felt like my mom was their priority, a long with her family. I wish I could hug each care giver that made a lasting impact on us and thank them for not only moms new heart function but for remembering the people behind their job and the equal importance that serves. Thank you, Novant Health, for not only caring for my moms condition but first caring for the person. You are second to none as it relates to communication, level of care and employee/organization culture.
