I unfortunately had to visit the emergency room on Sunday night. Now I know I was having a gallbladder attack. On the way to the hospital I was really dreading the experience. As we entered the waiting room we were surprised to see there were very few people waiting. I did not get the names of the two people I first encountered but they were very helpful and for me through quickly. I was in the triage quickly. My nurse was April she was very pleasant and helpful through my whole time there. It took a little while to get all the test done but they were working very efficiently. I would give five stars but the lady(I didn't get her name) who did my sonagram was not very pleasant. We will just say maybe she was having a bad night. The doctor who gave me the news about my gallbladder was very helpful. I then met my doctor that would do my surgery(Dr Stuart) he was very friendly. The nurse who took me down to the OR was very pleasant. The anthiesieolgist was very sweet and the nurse who prepped me for surgery was also nice. When I woke up in recovery I think the lady was Melissa and she was so sweet and patient. Once I got a room which was about 5:00am the nurses there were also so sweet and patient. I was in room 9119 because that was the only room they had. Everyone on that floor was very helpful and attentive. The only problem was when I was trying to check out that did take a while but I know they have to follow their rules. So overall i had a very pleasant stay at a place none of us really ever want to be.
