Most unprofessional people ive ever been on phone ...

Most unprofessional people ive ever been on phone with. I called to speak with a nurse or doctor. First the phone hung up 3 times. Then w2hen they finally answered, i explained i was having an allergic reaction. The women laughed at me . im crying and in pain from a antibiotic there doctor gave. Me and she thinks its funny..
