Steve and Rob are the best computer technicians I have ever dealt with. My HP laptop gave up the ghost after many years. Bottom line was the HP was old, slow and needed replacing. Steve and Rob suggested purchasing an exceptionally priced second-hand Toshiba to meet my meagre budget and transferring the HDD from the HP into the Toshiba. End result... an extremely fast machine, simple to set up and a laptop that is far better than the old clunker I was using previously. Thank you Steve and Rob. I will not hesitate to recommend you to family, friends and colleagues. Extremely happy with the way you resolved the problems I was experiencing. And you did so promptly. Very grateful. Cheers.

Garbage. Have purchased several systems from Tom and every single one has had to be returned with some form of hardware issue.
Latest issue is USB controller issue that means any device connected to USB (i.e Keyboard, Mouse, USB drive, GO PRO etc. has issues) have returned to Tom 3 times, he has been unable (unwilling) to sort out the issue and has left me with "enjoy your computer" (enjoy your problem)

Tom is rude and condescending, interrupts you when trying to describe fault, thinks his opinion is all that matters. I would suggest buying parts online and building your own machine as it is cheaper and has less chance of issues than buying from Tom.
Tom is very happy (friendly) to take your money but beware if your machine has any issues!

Footnote: I am a trained and certified computer technician (10 years trained experience, 21 years experience with computers) who identified and isolated the issue with the machine myself, computer was returned for warranty purposes (i.e faulty parts replacement)

Steve is the new owner, I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my sim card on my wireless router it wasn't working and that was the reason my antivirus wasn't working and I wasn't getting any internet connection as well. When I went to Telstra they couldn't find anything wrong, they told me to go to a computer expert to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and relatives.

Fantastic customer service. Steve and Rob were very helpful and sorted out my broken motherboard for a very reasonable price.

I find Tom to be exceptionally rude and arrogant. I have purchased three machines from him and you get very poor customer service. Computers are temperamental at the best of times and problems will occur but his attitude to resolving issues is a real problem.

Excellent sales, service, advice etc etc. They built my system 3 or 4 years ago and it's great. In there now to update software and get an ssd installed as well as usb ports. Great price. Ready in 2 days. Thoroughly recommended.

They have changed owners and steven is the nicest guy i know. he will fix your computer quickly and has a massive mind!

John re-installed windows 8 over the top of windows 10, and deleted every single photo, document, music, and all other data on the computer. He did this without confirming what would be done, and without taking a backup. Everything is lost! Utterly abysmal service, and flat out wrong. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

A couple of weeks ago my 85YO mum took her tablet to the guys because when she was Skyping, the other party couldn't see her. The guys fixed it for her over a couple of visits and even though it burnt their time ( they had to explain things to an 85YO ethnic lady ) they took their time and didn't charge her for their time and service. These guys rock! Give them your business.

Well that headache is over, just had my computer back from Computer Plus More, and couldn't be happier, every thing is working like new again.
The new owner Steve is more than just a nice guy, but knows is stuff, great service and a quick turnaround time very happy.
Compared to the old bloke, that used to own the place! He was just rude unless you New exactly what you wanted? With that said back to my latest experience , it was a pleasure, keep up the good work.
