I got an amazing tour by Tiffany through this company. She was so friendly and warm and welcoming it felt like she was a friend. Definitely would come to her if I needed to look at another place. She knew what she was talking about and answered all the questions I had. Definitely would recommend.

The duplexes on 12th street in Oak Grove Mo is the worst place I've lived in. The doors and windows are drafty they also leak water when it rains, bugs are also known to come in under and around doors. The garage is not insulated reaches over 100 degrees during the summer. The mold and termites are horrible pieces of wood are falling off due to the termites. When it snows in the winter they refuse to come plow the drive so people get stuck in the middle and trap others from getting in or out. When you call and report all the issues they will send someone out to look at it then they will give some excuse and leave. Someone needs to get an inspector out there. This is a very nice lawsuit waiting to happen.

I rented a beautiful townhouse through them for the last 3 years. It s my wife, daughter and I, and we never had any issues with them. They bent over backwards several times to help us out with maintenance, when money was tight, and when looking for a new home. Great team, highly recommended.

Requested to see an apartment that was listed. The day off, they told us it was taken off the market but we could see another apartment.

Went to see that apartment, applied the same day. Called several times in regards to my application and a few weeks later when they finally answered the phone the property was already taken off the market a week prior and I hadn't been informed that that had happened

She was very professional and whenever I had any questions she was available to answer them!! The whole application process went so smooth and fast!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They never answer the phone, they don't show up to appointments they schedule, and they are all around rude.
The lawn isn't kept up.
We moved out and painted over the walls, and cleaned everything, patched holes ect. Everything listed on their list of things to do. They are claiming they found almost $500 worth of damages and we are getting 100.00 and some change back, when we paid $150.00 just to have to carpets cleaned per their lease. We lived there two years. We were one day late one month and two another, because of a holiday. Left no trash, like every other person that exits the block. I've lived in 3 different complex's and have always gotten every penny back. Unprofessional and down right rude. I wouldn't refer this company to some desperate.

literally has been the worst time. Said the application would be approved in 48-72 hours, it actually took two weeks. Then said were waiting on the owner to approve us in 48 hours, yet were still waiting and its been a week. They are not responsive and do not get back to you when they say.

My husband and I have been renting with CJ Real Estate for several years now. The agent that showed us the home was very friendly and knowledgeable, and once we were approved moving in was a breeze. Maintenance has always been easy to reach, and we love that there is online bill pay. We're blessed to have found a good company to rent from and love the community we moved into.

Staff here are very unprofessional. We drove 4 hours from out of town to view homes, a fact the agent knew a week before hand. 5 minutes before we're to meet him John calls to cancel due to weather. While I understand safety concerns we should have been notified asap so we could turn around, not 5 minutes before. If you have the option steer clear of this company.

I currently rent from CJ Real Estate after they bought the property from my old landlord. So far they have upgrade my water heater, and provided every maintenance I've requested thus far. I'm grateful for their speedy and friendly service.

I don't really remember the agent's name but me and my wife are extremely happy with the company and maintenance is slow but understandable dew to how many unit they work on the only problem I have is with the lawn Care company they use to cut the grass the company uses weedeaters and leave the clipping all over the street and drive ways and as a Harley rider that is extremely dangerous but not CJ real estate fault but back to the agent that helped us move in was very patient with our previous landlord to finish the paperwork and answered every question we had and made the move from the city to the country and pleasant one

Original leasing agent was very kind and courteous. Subsequent contact was difficult, unfriendly and inconsistent.

Over the last 3 years there has been some significant improvement overall. Thank you!

Cj real estate is the worst company you could ever go through. I rented for 2 years. At move in there were what I'm hoping was spaghetti sauce all over walls in garage and base boards in master bedroom. Broken crack pipe on garage floor. For 3 months of move in our ac did not work finally replaced unit. There washer was bad and leaked through ceiling, it took them 2 months to fix ceiling and bring new washer. Fireplace was an amenity and never worked, they refused to fix saying it would cost more to fix than just replace so they did nothing and no discount was given. Glad we took all the pictures and move in inspection because they were not only trying to take my deposit they were trying to charge me over $400. I disputed with Jackie Bill's and she came back with in turn giving me $22 back of my deposit. I will be filing with the better business bureau and kctv 5 call for action. I urge all who has had issues which I see a lot of previous tenant have had similar problems to report this as well so they can not continue to mistreat and steal from there tenants. I definitely do not recommend anyone to rent through them.

I have 4 stars to leave room but actually it s been a positive experience so far, just waiting to move in to our new place

Great company great staff found us the house we wanted great budget.

Screening process was over the top and took forever. They weren t easy to get a hold of and the agent that I had did not return my message I sent her during the application process but when I was approved she was texting me often about paying a deposit. I personally did not like the way the operated and did not like the feeling they gave me so I passed on unit and went with something else.

I am in need of finding a place to live. Most of the apps and places I'm currently looking at are from this particular agency. Now, in order to see one of their properties you have to schedule an appointment with them. Totally fine. Except everytime I scheduled a schowing, it was cancelled. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Now with that being said, I decided to call this agency. I talked to someone once, out of all the times I called. She didn't even know what properties were available and proceeded to tell me that the one I wanted was already rented and the people are moving in mid-march. Which is funny because it's a duplex, and the other side was rented by my friend! The people never even moved in! So not only was I lied to, but this girl had no idea what she was talking about. I urge every single person thinking about getting a place from them to RECONSIDER. I never even rented from them and had a HORRIFIC experience. Please do not go through them, and please write a review. This place is horrible.

Don t bother with this company. An hour before my show time I was sent a very professional text by Ms. Tiffany letting me know the listing was removed from the market. I don t know about you but I don t enjoy playing games. Especially when I took time off work to be there. It s bad business so therefore I d recommend looking elsewhere for a better real estate agency.

Dori Putnam is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I recommended her to all my family & friends that were looking for new houses. She is on top of everything, so nice, friendly & makes moving into a new property so easy & simple. I loved working with her!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't care about tenants, just the money they can jack from you. They rented us a house before finishing repairs, saying it would be done in the month after our move in, and it took me calling daily for months to get them to install smoke detectors and replace the back patio door that was busted out. Their solution? A thin wood panel, because that will insulate through November, right? There is so much wrong with this place and you can't get someone out for even small stuff. Their emergency line is a joke, you get an operator who has no idea where their single repair guy actually is, just where he's been told to be for the day, so good luck getting prompt service even if your house is 103 degrees. If you do make the mistake of using this company, triple read everything they send you to sign because they will raise your rent without so much as a courtesy note. Should have known this company was a bust when our leasing lady waited till the day of our move, after we were already in the drive with our valuables, to try to reschedule our move date because she "didn't have time for us" on the day she had set for us to arrive. Garbage company, would select 0/10 stars if I could, hope this review saves someone else from our mistake.

Hands down The worst realestate company ever I've rented from then now for 2 years and never will again they don't care about the people that pay them they never do what they say they will and they don't deal with The noisy people they don't respond to emails if you don't have to do NOT deal with this company at all!!

I am a new tenant . We have been rushed by the company to move. All the processes of getting into our unit have been completely rushed. When it was time to do a walk through. All appliances look like they've been worn all the way down. The stove was absolutely filthy. The refrigerator was in terrible shape. The carpets were absolutely terrible smelling like the previous tenants had animals. We already have had to have a carpet cleaning company clean carpets again because the smell is so terrible. They showed a different unit at first then said someone made a deposit first. Understandable. But this unit is a complete downgrade. The appliances are terrible. I am extremely unhappy with how my process so far has gone. Also in what they showed us online. There was a newer stove in the picture. Now we have the most disgusting looking stove I've ever seen.

This company denied me a place without even giving me a chance. They never asked for employment verification. I provided all of my income with the phone number my job uses for employment verification and they didn t bother to check. They say I have an eviction on my credit report but no other landlord has pulled that up.
The company didn t even attempt to talk to me. The lady AMBER called me once after I called her and when I tried to call back or email her she responded with a denial letter.

I have worked with many at the company and all are kind and professional. They are helpful and that is so important. I recommend them to others.

Not so mch for the company (not that I had any problem with) but my agent dori Putnam was extremely helpful helped me with the prosses at any hour of the day.

Every house or apartment you move into is going to have its issues. It can be frustrating BUT one thing CJ Properties does is address the issues. I've had to call the office a couple of times and Corby and Michelle have been a pleasure to speak with. The maintenance crew is awesome. They are out within a matter of days. I'm sure I have gotten on their nerves with calling about maintenance issues but they are always nice to us. We've only lived here for 6 months so hopefully we don't need anything else. But for some to say that CJ Properties is rude or maintenance doesn't do anything is hard to believe. We absolutely have enjoyed renting here and hope to remain for many years to come.

Wow I was going to try and schedule a showing of a place in Odessa Mo but after reading all the recent horrible reviews I m running away from CJ!

CJ Real estates bought out P&L Properties summer of last year. Before this occurred, we bought out our entire lease, PAID IN FULL amount of what was on our lease agreement (which is legally binding and indisputable). In our final days, we received phone calls telling us to pay the last month of rent, REGARDLESS we already paid it months ago, and informed us we had 14 days to pay. Hang tight to your lease agreement, and keep EACH receipt and prepare to dispute what you allegedly "owe" if you live here. I do NOT recommend this agency to anyone unless you want to get ripped off and potentially conned.

Never work with this company they are a joke. If you do never pay anything online through their third party data provider between all the hidden fees they got an extra $260 dollars out of us trying to pay deposit for 201 Birdie. Their leasing agent and property manager, Dorie do not know how to communicate nothing is the same. Dori showed up to showing and was rushing us out the door like she was in some big hurry and she really didn t have much to say to us. I don t blame my ex sister in law for not working for this company anymore they are rude and a bunch of money grabbers. They don t care about their tenants at all and from what I been reading some of their properties had mold and the maintenance department took forever to clean and get out of house I don t want to be with a company like that with a one year old.

Lived in a former apartment under different management for 2 years and as soon as an issue was reported it was addressed. I mistakenly moved to a townhouse under CJ Real Estate and made a HUGE mistake. When we moved in there was mold in the closet, and were told the mold would be taken care of by the leasing agent and that she wouldn t have rented to us if she knew it was there. SHE wasn t even the one who found the mold because apparently no one checks closets. Nothing was done until I called to check the status. THEY DIDN T EVEN HAVE A WORK ORDER FOR IT! They ll tell you we waited to report it, but I was told it was being taken care of by their employee. Additionally, the carpets smelled of urine and dog hair was everywhere. We had to shampoo the carpet at our own expense.

My AC went out and I was told that it was needing to be replaced. The outside agency tried to place window units in that night, but CJRE wanted to do it the next morning with their own technician. I was told I would get ONE unit for TWO stories because that was all they had for me. When I asked for a second I was told We have several units in the same boat. Seems like a service issue at this point. Meanwhile, I haven t been able to stay in my home for 2 days.
Takes forever to contact anyone. Communication is not a priority.

So twice now have we scheduled an appointment for a showing. It was set up at 2 and they rescheduled it at 2:30. We waited till 2:50 before we left. They did not show up for the viewing!! We called them 3+ times to get an answer but they kept transferring us to the "leasing department" which was just a voicemail over and over. I'm not renting from CJ. How can I trust to rent from them if they can't show up or solve issues over the phone?

I scheduled 3 viewings with this company and only one could be bothered with showing up. I took off work drove over an hour to be at the showings, and was patronized for not checking my e-mail to check to see that they blew me off. Yet I had to confirm the viewings the day before and left my telephone number.

I do not recommend them, they never answer the phone. It takes them weeks to fix anything after u finally get a hold of someone but u gotta leave about 10 messages & hope ur fridge & heat don't go out like mine did.

Not a good one, they lied about being able to move out before the lease came due,I even had a person who needed to find a place tomove in said they couldn't do it, at my walk through in moving out I found out they do it all the time.

This is terrible estate they are rude i am waiting for my garbage disposal unclog noone showed up i been calling calling no one help me to i am at work i have to live to some else house because my water from sink is backing up and also stinks

I couldn t be happier with my overall experience with the staff especially Wendy Felten. She went over and above from meeting with me and my children on my schedule to view the home, to keeping me in the loop on my application status, and then through the approval process.

I am a new tenant of about 6 months. I wouldn't say it was all peaches moving in. And the Google reviews seriously have me on edge about when it's time to move. About owing money on things that need to be fixed and or painted. Keeping all my documents and pictures close in my renter file.

I toured several places with Dori and she made me like I was already at home with each house I was interested in. Originally not from the area so I wasn't sure what realty company to go with. CJ Real Estate has been amazing!

I have just started to rent from CJ Real Estate DBA Results Real Estate and have been pleased with the experience. I have found mold in the house that must have been overlooked and have contacted the company. I am confident they will show prompt attention to the matter and hope to have a great relationship going forward. As an accountant for commercial real estate I understand hesitance to take care of TTs maintenance request, but also the importance of regular maintenance to ensure that losses and liability are not incurred. I have high hopes for Results Real Estate and their concern for the health and safety of their tenants.

I recently moved in to one of their townhomes in blue springs. Over a week ago I found mold in my daughters room, the laundry room, living room, and half bath... The fact that it is in so many rooms worried me so my daughter and I have been staying elsewhere until the mold is fixed as she had started coughing and I was getting headaches. After putting a request in to maintenance they contacted me two days later and scheduled to go look at the mold that next day. They never went and they never called. So I called them three days later and had to leave a message. It has now been two days since I left a message with maintenance and have not heard back. You would think this issue would be urgent... I m very irritated and starting to regret moving in.. after all... now I am paying for an apartment I can t live in.

Very un-timely. Knowledgeable during showing, very distant after showing. Ricardo "our relator" turned off his phone during the date to receive the keys.

If a 0 could be given.... what has occurred with us has been beyond words, beyond comprehension and all I can say is steer very clear. CJ Realty has taken a $1,400.00 deposit on a house that has previous tenant or owner utility bills overdue, they didn't know who the utilities were through, they never gave us any documentation upon making a deposit, then tell us we need to have utilities turned on in or name BEFORE the day we sign the lease and do the walk thru. We tried to do so but we're told we could not because of previous bad standing accounts. We notified them and specifically Wendy and Krystal Long (who by the way you see have 5 star review on her own company, so if they have people from the company giving reviews to bump their ratings then you know it's bad). They gave us the runaround again telling us that it isn't due to that it is probably due to us. We have great credit, we have nothing in collections, we are 100% on time with our bills and she thinks that because we are renting we are a stereotype--well we are renting to give us more time to find a house to buy after recently relocating to Missouri from Ohio. I tell them we need a lease to show utility company and I work 3 days a week and explain that I don't have many days off during the week until the date of move in to have off to go to the water, Light company to get utilities on. She told me she wasn't going to get a lease in that amount of time and if we didn't have utilities at time of signing we couldn't take possession of property, mind you THIS is their debt, their screw up. No water on in the house during 20 degree temps and lower double digits. Yeah pipes will be an issue. After dealing with her on this for almost a solid week, no progress has been made and Wendy Felten is verbally aggressive and unprofessional her response to all this was "I don't know MAN". Well then it's not our problem. I said we will need our deposit back and we will not be moving into property next week. She said she will not give our deposit back. Of course we aren't a family that are unable to do anything about it FORTUNATELY because God blesses us to be able to do so, we have an attorney that is working on this case and several other people that have strong connections within Real Estate. It's a shame that these type of people exist and all we can do is pray for them. I would not use this company. Who knows the owner may be an awesome guy! But the agent we dealt with and office staff are absolutely terrible. Good thing we were able to back out when we could. Jesus will protect!

Honestly the biggest joke of a company to work with. I scheduled to view a property and got rescheduled two or three times over the course of two weeks only to be cancelled because it went off the market. Scheduled a viewing at another property and received requests to reschedule FOUR different times. One of the reschedules was requested 45 minutes before I was supposed to see the home. The last reschedule was requested because the agent didn't want to go back to the home to show it after already confirming the time. If this is what it's like just to be able to view homes, then I'd hate to see what it would be like being a tenant. *Edited to add* Your words were "I will already be at that address four times today and I'd like to leave that time available to show a different property". So not only are you interested in scheduling but also perfectly okay with lying to save your butt. I will make sure to never use your company. And for the record, the last time I was shown a property by your company was in 2015-2016. Tell me again how I was shown two properties recently? This company is a joke. I'm shocked with this kind of service that they're still in business.

This place did not clean anything before move in, it was noted, and they tried to charge us for it. They also tried withholding all + $100 of our deposit for things that were broken before move in that were documented as well. Any time we needed maintenance, it took forever, and they just did bandaid fixes. I do not recommend renting from this company.

Overall really good. All maintenance issues taken care of n time. Rent is fair priced. Close to my kids school. Highly recommend to others.

Unless you're section 8 they don't fix squat in their properties and the only reason the section 8 units are fixed is because they're required to do it. I wouldn't rent from these people. Unprofessional and not at all trustworthy.
