The good that MercyMed has done for Columbus is outstanding. The staff here are not only knowledgeable and highly competent, but also genuinely care for the good of their patients. This has always been the case, but they ve reached another level in 2020. Their tireless commitment to our community during the COVID-19 pandemic has been beyond heroic.

If you want to see physicians that legitimately care about the good of the whole person, look no further than MercyMed.

Pretty good facility if you have no insurance. Staff is very friendly. The doctors and nurses are very thorough. Wait time on appointment date is usually very long. I would have continued using their service but when I got insurance their co-pays were higher then seeing a specialist. My primary doctors co-pay is less then twice their co-pay with insurance. So if your not insured I recommend this facility but if insured maybe get you a primary physician.

I Donate regularly to United Way ,Who in turn support MerciMed and many other worthwhile Organizations, That support our community in a multitude of ways.

The care one gets more than makes up for the inconveniences with getting someone on the phone during their busy periods . I have yet to meet a employee that wasn't just as nice as you could ask for .

Dr Kim takes extra time with me to listen to all my issues and works extra hard to ensure my needs are taken care of including trying different approaches when I have problems with the standard care methods .
Most important aspect of them all here is they listen even when I tend to roll on and on .
I feel like my needs are important and they will do what it takes to meet them .
As to the complaints over phone issues you have to understand they are a small service with limited assets I have found using the online patient portal works best I put in a request for a appointment and usually get a call back within 24 hours to confirm one .

Much easier than trying to call in .

I see Dr.Oh and she's amazing, really listens to what you have to say and all the employees are very polite and friendly.

Dr. Kim was awesome. She took the time to listen to me and suggest alternates to medications. She is a D.O. so therefore it was great experience.

This place used to be really great. Now I cant get anyone on the phone and if I do they hang up on me. Havent been able to even make an appointment been trying for a week now.

MercyMeds staff is always up to par and very nice at greeting you' taking care of everyone needs.

Piss poor phone service. Disconnected me after 50 minutes on hold after the 3rd time on hold and then again after minute. And again after a few seconds. Is someone just hanging up the phone?

I love this office! I moved to Columbus in 2012 and I was in need of a Dr. for specific health reasons and I was low income at the time and I thank God for letting me find Dr. Scarborough and his team. Everyone at the office has always been nice and I've had no problems. Almost been going there for 6 years and I couldn't ask for better.

The care is wonderful and I would have given them 5 stars but their telephone service sucks! You can never get a live person when you call and it takes them daysssss to respond. There has to be a bettter way.

I was calling to be seen as a new patient in some guy by the name of Jimmy answered the phone in told me that he needed to put me on a brief hold in then when he come back to the phone he tells me to move on boss man in hung up the phone. I hope the rest of this staff isn't as rude as this guy was. I have aniexty, depression, high blood pressure, high sugar levels that spike up and down at times, isomamia, sleep paralylis, osteochondritis desecans in my knees which causes servere knee pain, headaches/mingrines associated with my drepression in high blood pressure but it seems like the facuility doesn't want to help me. I'm at the point were I could lose my home, medical insurance, ssi benefits, because I can not find a dr to follow my case in treat me. I was seeing a dr at the family practice but I felt like he wasn't trying to help me with my problems or follow my case to help me keep my benefits until I'm well enough to start living a normal as a young men. It seems like everywhere I go they don't want to help me including this clinic in they suppose to be christians. This clinic wouldn't even set up a appointment for me. The lady told me when I called back after jimmy hung up on me that they are 6-8 weeks behind in accepting new patients these are the main ones saying on these testimonial vids they don't deny anyone but it seems to me they are giving me the run around. I think if they would stop seeng all of these ppl without medical insurance versus ppl that do have insurance they wouldn't be so behind. I mean I have needs just as well as they do. Columbus is a terrible city to live in especially when you stand in need of help. Everybody for themselves it seem like. Even these so call churches in christian folks shame shame smh... What goes around will come back around.

For the most part I am very happy with the care i receive and would really like to give 5 stars. Last week I received results back from some testing that was done at St. Francis that said needed further screening but I needed another referral from my dr. I have been trying for 4 days to get someone to call me back about this. I will be at their office when they open tomorrow since they won't call me back.

I love the attention Dr. Grant Scarborough gives his patients. In mind, body & SPIRIT.

I am a caregiver for a TBI gentleman and most medical places treat him poorly. This place was great! Very caring!! Thank you for what you do! Your much needed and appreciated.

My doctor is absolutely amazing and the staff in general are extremely nice when I am there but it takes me so long to get ahold of anyone when I call to make an appointment, I always have to call almost 10 times in a day to have it even ring to get to someone otherwise it is always beeping, I m not sure what s going on with their phones but it makes things really hard and if I m able to leave a message I don t get a call back for 3 days. But I will continue to go here as the doctors are amazing.

Probably deserves a 3 but gave it a 4 because the nurses and P.A. I always see there are very kind and knowledgable. I say a 3 mostly because of the wait times and the doctor I have there. Even if you can get an appointment quickly (rare event) and you show up on time, they are always way overbooked and take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours past your appointment time to see you. Never like to answer the phone either. As far as the doctors, I've only seen 1 fully licensed physician there but I fully understand why he doesn't have his own practice or work in a big hospital. Went there for an infection that had to be lanced and I was given an anesthetic, problem was that within seconds he started slicing into me with a scalpel instead of waiting for the meds to take effect. Even yelled at him that I could feel it and he just kept going. Was extraordinarily painful. And before anyone tries to reply and explain the problems away with the ever popular blanket excuse that is Covid-19, the overbooking, wait times, and lack of phone service have all been issues years before any of it happened.

My appointment was at 2:45. I got there at 2:15. I didn't go in the back until 3:45. The Dr. was awkward and didn't help me ONE BIT.
