If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They never answer the phone, they don't show up to appointments they schedule, and they are all around rude.
The lawn isn't kept up.
We moved out and painted over the walls, and cleaned everything, patched holes ect. Everything listed on their list of things to do. They are claiming they found almost $500 worth of damages and we are getting 100.00 and some change back, when we paid $150.00 just to have to carpets cleaned per their lease. We lived there two years. We were one day late one month and two another, because of a holiday. Left no trash, like every other person that exits the block. I've lived in 3 different complex's and have always gotten every penny back. Unprofessional and down right rude. I wouldn't refer this company to some desperate.
