I am a new tenant . We have been rushed by the company to move. All the processes of getting into our unit have been completely rushed. When it was time to do a walk through. All appliances look like they've been worn all the way down. The stove was absolutely filthy. The refrigerator was in terrible shape. The carpets were absolutely terrible smelling like the previous tenants had animals. We already have had to have a carpet cleaning company clean carpets again because the smell is so terrible. They showed a different unit at first then said someone made a deposit first. Understandable. But this unit is a complete downgrade. The appliances are terrible. I am extremely unhappy with how my process so far has gone. Also in what they showed us online. There was a newer stove in the picture. Now we have the most disgusting looking stove I've ever seen.
