Lived in a former apartment under different manage...

Lived in a former apartment under different management for 2 years and as soon as an issue was reported it was addressed. I mistakenly moved to a townhouse under CJ Real Estate and made a HUGE mistake. When we moved in there was mold in the closet, and were told the mold would be taken care of by the leasing agent and that she wouldn t have rented to us if she knew it was there. SHE wasn t even the one who found the mold because apparently no one checks closets. Nothing was done until I called to check the status. THEY DIDN T EVEN HAVE A WORK ORDER FOR IT! They ll tell you we waited to report it, but I was told it was being taken care of by their employee. Additionally, the carpets smelled of urine and dog hair was everywhere. We had to shampoo the carpet at our own expense.

My AC went out and I was told that it was needing to be replaced. The outside agency tried to place window units in that night, but CJRE wanted to do it the next morning with their own technician. I was told I would get ONE unit for TWO stories because that was all they had for me. When I asked for a second I was told We have several units in the same boat. Seems like a service issue at this point. Meanwhile, I haven t been able to stay in my home for 2 days.
Takes forever to contact anyone. Communication is not a priority.
