Loved the Christmas lights. Will come back next year as well. One tip: reach early and get a parking. Spend some time by checking the Christmas decorations at houses, before they turn on the lights.
Trouble place to work. Supervisor have their special friends , and if they don't like you , you work harder. The head bosses don't care or they are to scared to deal with it. Already 6 people have walked out in a week
Treat employees dismally, and surprise surprise extra work for no extra pay. Where's the trickle down Pharr??? And an Easter Egg hunt for little ones with nothing in the eggs??? Are you the devil? Don't support this company. They treat employees like third world slaves!

Machines always mess up and you work hard and do your best to keep them running but the Supervisor tells you that they work fine for the previous shift that was on as if you are incompetent to do a simple no brainier job when in fact it's not you but the machines that constantly stay malfunctioning improperly every time you turn around. Was grateful they gave me the opportunity to work here even though it's not something I can deal with everyday. Benefits are good but the pay will always be the same and working double shifts just to make ends meet isn't something I can do. It's a reason they need help all the time. The people here were nice and friendly but the equipment and constant running around all the time wasn't worth the pay. I'm not saying this is a bad place to work but it wasn't for me.
If they fire you .They will not give you your last check, you have to go to eeoc and the new owners .bac.mannington@ajg.com
