Every house or apartment you move into is going to have its issues. It can be frustrating BUT one thing CJ Properties does is address the issues. I've had to call the office a couple of times and Corby and Michelle have been a pleasure to speak with. The maintenance crew is awesome. They are out within a matter of days. I'm sure I have gotten on their nerves with calling about maintenance issues but they are always nice to us. We've only lived here for 6 months so hopefully we don't need anything else. But for some to say that CJ Properties is rude or maintenance doesn't do anything is hard to believe. We absolutely have enjoyed renting here and hope to remain for many years to come.
