CJ Real estates bought out P&L Properties summer of last year. Before this occurred, we bought out our entire lease, PAID IN FULL amount of what was on our lease agreement (which is legally binding and indisputable). In our final days, we received phone calls telling us to pay the last month of rent, REGARDLESS we already paid it months ago, and informed us we had 14 days to pay. Hang tight to your lease agreement, and keep EACH receipt and prepare to dispute what you allegedly "owe" if you live here. I do NOT recommend this agency to anyone unless you want to get ripped off and potentially conned.
