The duplexes on 12th street in Oak Grove Mo is the worst place I've lived in. The doors and windows are drafty they also leak water when it rains, bugs are also known to come in under and around doors. The garage is not insulated reaches over 100 degrees during the summer. The mold and termites are horrible pieces of wood are falling off due to the termites. When it snows in the winter they refuse to come plow the drive so people get stuck in the middle and trap others from getting in or out. When you call and report all the issues they will send someone out to look at it then they will give some excuse and leave. Someone needs to get an inspector out there. This is a very nice lawsuit waiting to happen.
