I recently moved in to one of their townhomes in blue springs. Over a week ago I found mold in my daughters room, the laundry room, living room, and half bath... The fact that it is in so many rooms worried me so my daughter and I have been staying elsewhere until the mold is fixed as she had started coughing and I was getting headaches. After putting a request in to maintenance they contacted me two days later and scheduled to go look at the mold that next day. They never went and they never called. So I called them three days later and had to leave a message. It has now been two days since I left a message with maintenance and have not heard back. You would think this issue would be urgent... I m very irritated and starting to regret moving in.. after all... now I am paying for an apartment I can t live in.
