Never work with this company they are a joke. If you do never pay anything online through their third party data provider between all the hidden fees they got an extra $260 dollars out of us trying to pay deposit for 201 Birdie. Their leasing agent and property manager, Dorie do not know how to communicate nothing is the same. Dori showed up to showing and was rushing us out the door like she was in some big hurry and she really didn t have much to say to us. I don t blame my ex sister in law for not working for this company anymore they are rude and a bunch of money grabbers. They don t care about their tenants at all and from what I been reading some of their properties had mold and the maintenance department took forever to clean and get out of house I don t want to be with a company like that with a one year old.
