So twice now have we scheduled an appointment for a showing. It was set up at 2 and they rescheduled it at 2:30. We waited till 2:50 before we left. They did not show up for the viewing!! We called them 3+ times to get an answer but they kept transferring us to the "leasing department" which was just a voicemail over and over. I'm not renting from CJ. How can I trust to rent from them if they can't show up or solve issues over the phone?
