Worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't care about tenants, just the money they can jack from you. They rented us a house before finishing repairs, saying it would be done in the month after our move in, and it took me calling daily for months to get them to install smoke detectors and replace the back patio door that was busted out. Their solution? A thin wood panel, because that will insulate through November, right? There is so much wrong with this place and you can't get someone out for even small stuff. Their emergency line is a joke, you get an operator who has no idea where their single repair guy actually is, just where he's been told to be for the day, so good luck getting prompt service even if your house is 103 degrees. If you do make the mistake of using this company, triple read everything they send you to sign because they will raise your rent without so much as a courtesy note. Should have known this company was a bust when our leasing lady waited till the day of our move, after we were already in the drive with our valuables, to try to reschedule our move date because she "didn't have time for us" on the day she had set for us to arrive. Garbage company, would select 0/10 stars if I could, hope this review saves someone else from our mistake.
