I was very impressed with all of the properties shown to me by this company. Our leasing agent, Wendy Felten, was amazing. She was very accommodating to our busy schedule, and her communication was excellent. She was aggressive with making sure we quickly got in to see properties we were interested in, and she had amazing follow up. We found a great home thanks to her diligence, patience, and flexibility. We re incredibly happy with her services.
They do not take care of problems. I had to call maintenance 3 different times and then finally the city to get my outlet in my room to work and to get it it to stop sparking, it even caught my lamp on fire. Also the heater has gone out 3 different times if you include today. Its always an off and on problem with something. They also took 4+ YEARS of complaints before they could clean the gutters that had small trees growing in them. They promised us a new tub before we moved in and we never got it so we have been living with the most disgusting shower. No matter how much you scrub and clean the mold and rust will come back within days and they won't fix our leaking tub so we just have to pay a higher water bill, also all the paint and sealing in the tub in completely falling apart and chipping away. We have never missed a payment, we keep our place very clean, these duplexes are just falling apart and they refuse to put the money in to fix them.

Horrible customer service. Signed my lease 4 months ago and already writing my intent to move. Will not come back to CJ. Poor maintenance, unfriendly and unprofessional office staff, rates are cheaper than many other places...you get what you pay for. I will gladly take a rent increase to have a professional landlord and a properly maintained property. At move in AC didn't work, home was filthy, lawn was at least 3ft tall, trash all over the lawn, and office staff was not receptive of our complaints. Took a week to get AC working. AVOID CJ REAL ESTATE!

We lived at one of their properties and really I need to give them less than zero but I don t know how . I cleaned the apartment very well and they gave me half of my deposit back . I was living in unsafe area and I tried to end my lease but they refused until I finish my lease . One star is generous . I m really disappointed.
Everything has been good. My agent was always friendly, accommodating and easy to reach. Thanks Wendy. I recently had my furnace go out in very cold weather and they got it fixed within a couple hours of my call to report the problem. I'm happy with CJ Real Estate.

Cj Real Estate is the most unprofessional company from the agents to their lack of concern for the renters. They failed to inform me that there is a recurring flood issue. Which in result flooded the two bedrooms that did not get fixed for a whole month. I was forced to live in my living room for the whole months time. I highly recommend that you do not rent from their properties.
Can you give negative stars cause I would give them a -3. Nothing ever gets fixed I have to do it my self and when the ac went out 3 times in one summer they tried blaming us instead of the 35yr old unit that never has had its yearly service done. Once I'm out of here in never goin to ever user them again and will not recommend them to my worst enemy.
My leasing agent Dori was so nice, helpful, stayed in constant contact with me, never left me wondering about the process she went beyond to help me find a place that i love. And i Would recommend her to anyone. She really cared about my situation. Thank u so much!!

My lease was up on the 31st of March. I had lived at this location for 8 years. I called CJ Real Estate to notify them that I would be moving and wouldn't be renewing my yearly lease. Couldn't reach a live person so I pressed option 4, which is the moving line and left a detailed message. I also wrote on my rent check for March the same thing. I started getting calls on April 10th that I owed for April. Called them and got a person that said they would take care of it. I then receievd an email today from them that had itemized charges for the April rent, late fees and utility charges. I went into the office to discuss this and the woman was very rude and basically told me that I owed it even though I have my rental agreement showing the lease was up and the previous messages left that I would be moving. I would NEVER recommend this company.
Dori Putnam did and awesome job at working with us and helping us get the place we wanted. She also helped with working around are schedule. She is 100% an awesome realtor.

I have been pleased with CJ Real Estate and their staff for the duration on my tenant management. They are friendly, fast and work with tenants to find solutions.
We have been trying to call for 2 days and there has been no answer and no return phone calls When I did finally contact someone in their leasing office, the person spoke very poor English and there was a lot of static on the line as if they were in a foreign country... The rental units we went to look at, on our own accord were all dirty with garbage scattered all around and mostly unfinished.
CJ properties don t even deserve one start. I ve been renting from CJ Properties for approximately 3 1/2years. Within those three years, there was a carbon monoxide leak in the apartment, which could have killed me and my son, the hot water tank went out, holes in floor where I can see down into the neighbors apartment, the roof leaks, and the list keeps going. They don t fix anything and when they do, it takes weeks/months to fix. Currently, I m 7 months and have been without a working stove for almost 2 months now. I would absolutely NOT recommend renting from this company. They are nothing but slum lords.

By far the worst to ever rent from, the staff is rude, the only staff you can rely on is maintenance. Everyone at CJ real estate is rude I will not recommend renting from this company whatsoever. They are very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Be very cautions.
These people will rob you blind. Charged me unreasonable charges. Tried to get me to fix a leak in the apartment instead of sending maintenance because it was to expensive. Never removed trash and dangerous metal rail road spikes from back yard which was a condition offered by the woman who showed the apartment as a condition of us moving in. When asked to set a meeting to discuss unreasonable charges they declined and said they would send the charges to collections. They are greedy crooks who lie and do not keep their word. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

This place is horrible to rent from they will do everything to take your money! Say things are broken when they were not when you left! Put in a work order for windows 6 months after living there and at the end inspection they charged me for fixing them when they were messed up since we lived there! You don't want to be in debt after you leave this place DO NOT RENT!!!!! I rented a place in Lee's summit mo! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
Two of my sons have been renting an apartment from this company for just under a year. There heat has been broken for almost a month now. It's a building that shares 4 apartments and no one in the building has heat. It's a boiler system. My sons have been getting the run around for almost a month while heating with ventless heaters. They got a letter today stating their apartment complex has been sold to another company. These people suck. It's 5 outside and they still have no heat.
I've dealt with 2 different agent now - Tiffany Abernathy and Ricky Ortiz. Ricky has gone above and beyond with his customer service. He makes a diligent effort to respond quickly to emails and follows up on a timely manner. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to deal with deal on a unit with him because his houses are out of my price range. Which brings me to scattered brained and disorganized Tiffany. I have been chasing her for days trying to schedule a tour of a unit that I think is a good fit for my family. I had a time schedule a week in advance. I hadn't received any feedback except to the texts to confirm the showing. On the day of the showing, I called to confirm the show time. Tiffany is driving during the entire call - I can hear because of the background noise, and she doesn't have any paperwork in front of her and she is asking me to look up specific details on the website to recall which unit I was referring. Also, it was very apparent that she was half way listening to my questions. After going through a mound of confusion, the light turns on for Tiffany. Then Tiffany gives me the spill that my time isn't at 3:50pm and she is showing someone else that unit at 6:45pm (spoiler alert that other person was me and I still do not understand how that happened). I couldn't do 6:45pm due to having to care for 3 small children. Tiffany said she would follow back up with me. I didn't receive any follow up. So then I called her and left a voicemail. No returned call. I scheduled a new time online that day. I didn't get any feedback until the next morning at 8am when I received an automated message to reschedule the showing. I sent a message to Tiffany asking if rescheduling was necessary. She said yes and sent me the link. After looking at the available dates/times and considering the history, I asked Tiffany if there was a time that would be accommodating. Still haven't had any follow up with scattered brain Tiffany.
Its difficult when you genuinely want to see a unit, thinking it's a good fit, but you have to tolerate an agent's terrible customer service and feeling like a after thought to them. It's time to spend my money with a different property manager or at least lean on Ricky if there is anything else CJ Properties can offer.

Renee helped me out tremendously in the process of leasing and attempting to find a new home to rent. Unfortunately, it didn t work out this time, but I ll be contacting her in the future for my leasing and rental needs.
I've been trying to contact this company for a showing of a properties for weeks the only response i get is from the automatic system telling me some one will contact me. Horrible customer service
Tiffany was 100% professional. Made sure that day to confirm the appointment. This is very small for some but for me it was excellent customer service. It's always rough and stressful finding a place to stay. Her support, and personality is very genuine. I definitely would suggest contacting her to help support your search for the right place!!!
Very disappointed in my experience this far as a new tenant. The poor lines of communicate were frustrating before I ever made it in my unit. Being told one thing by my agent then something else by the office side, you definitely will be kept on your toes in finding out what fees are due, having your move date incorrectly entered and almost not having your unit ready on time. Oh it does get worse when after waiting weeks you finally get to see your new home and it looks absolutely nothing like the unit you viewed before committing to lease. Trash outside the unit, front door scratched beyond belief, but one of the worse, you find glass in your carpet that is alleged to have been cleaned!! Then when I brought to my agent's attention she minimized it stating it could have been from a picture the last tenant had up, like really??? My young child could have been seriously hurt! In addition, there were stains and burned candle wax debris in multiple locations of my home, fingernail polish stains on the vanity and bedroom window panes, over all one of the worse cleaning jobs I've ever seen!! Please reconsider renting with this agency and if you are adamant about doing so please see your actual unit before signing ANY paperwork!!

Since the response from management at the company, nothing has been addressed. Maintenance never came to address the cleaning issues like the response suggested. The mold since has been removed but resulted in gutting my bathroom which still has missing cabinets and exposed sheetrock. None of the notes items in my walk through with agent Wendy Felton have been addressed let alone resolved. Renee, from leasing did respond at the time I completed my first review stating the reason my unit was not prepared appropriate meaning, cleaned and move in ready was the owner did not release funds to do so. So why would you allow someone to move in??? It's all about money, you being required to pay up but no responsibility of this management company when they need to invest financially. Like I said before, my experience has been being over promised and underdelivered at almost 30 days in things that should have been resolved are not and seem as though will never be.
If I could rate it no stars I would. This was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a real estate company. Very crooked landlord as well. We were promised one unit and it was rented out from under us. Then they put us in another unit we had not seen until move-in day with the promise that it was renovated and had new carpet. The place was a total dump. Dirty, bug infested and no new carpet. Dishwasher didn't work, kitchen cabinets were falling off and it had not been painted. They promised to fix the things right away but that never happened either. Then when we moved out they tried to charge us for all the things that needed fixed. We told them about the discrepancies and problems we had during the year we lived there and they said they would get back to us. Never heard from them so we didn't pay. Two years later, we received a notice from a collection agency. Can't get anyone to call back or help with this issue. I would avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
Terrible Experience
I've tried on 2 separate occasions to view a property this company has listed. I booked a time in advance and was rescheduled the same day. I was asked to choose a later time. I was super eager to see the property since my husband and I are hoping to expand our family and we need more space. I rescheduled for the later time and received a text asking me to confirm, which I did. We arrived promptly at our scheduled time only to find the current tenants in the driveway. We decided to give it a few minutes but still no one came. After making a few calls I finally got a call from Aaron Brown. He was super nice, he apologized and explained that CJ RE has faulty texting system and that the tenants were unable to allow access to the property on that particular day and we could reschedule for Monday at 6:05. I told him I could meet earlier but he said that's when the tenant will allow us to see it. Here we are Monday, 6:05...outside AGAIN looking awkward and no Aaron in sight. His only response was, "Oh! They can't do it today- did you not get my message?" No message, no email, the only thing I received were the same weird confirmation messages. I've been inconvenienced TWICE and haven't even received an apology. This is such a bummer because I was really looking forward to renting from this company.
After having two prior showings cancelled on us, we finally got a showing on a reasonably priced house. Once we got there, two other couples arrived before us and began to quickly exit the house. The agent there, who did not give us his name, handed us a handout and that was pretty much it. He did not give specific answers to our questions and was on his phone most of the time. His demeanor suggested that he did not want to be there long so we felt rushed. He did not even say hi to my kids! The property was completely trashed. Whoever lived there ruined the carpet and walls with various stains, trash, and pet products. The kitchen appliances were covered in grease and some cracks were seen in the drywall. We were willing to look past all that because it was mostly cosmetic, but the agent there seemed incredibly stuck up and rude. I was looking forward to possibly doing business with them but not after that showing.
They don t even deserve one star. This company is the worst. I would never recommend them to ANYONE. Even someone I hate. They let us live in straight up sewage. They would also never return calls and if you contacted maintenance, they would just schedule appointments and never call you, so people/companies would just show up at your house out of nowhere and had the time since they wouldn t call back, they d send the wrong people. They care nothing about the renters.
Also, they said they d call she show the house towards the end of the lease. Never got calls. Then the one time I did, we were advised not to be there. Took the dogs and drive around. When we returned they were still there, so we waiting in our cars. Finally after 30+ minutes we decided to just go in and they were like can we walk through. They said we had to be there because the agent didn t have a key. Then the agent, in front of the potential new renter, began to talk bad about CJ Real Estate and she was wearing her shirt inside out and talked about how she was just recently homeless.
I had an awesome experience with them, especially Wendy! Wendy was able to make sure that I found a unit that fit what I wanted but also make the process very smooth. She was very understanding and flexible throughout the time I worked with them. I highly recommend working with CJ Real Estate, especially if you get to work with Wendy. Thanks for all the help, Wendy!
Renters take heed! This management company is awful to deal with! Maintenance requests go months, literally MONTHS, before an unqualified tech arrives and band-aides the problem.
Leasing agents never return phone calls or emails regarding leases. And when yours is up, your forced into a month-to-month since they refuse to offer lease extensions.
The place was an absolute hole when we moved in! It had not been cleaned and we were declined the half-off first months rent since we requested the carpet be changed (burn holes, stains, etc.).
PLEASE, PLEASE. PLEASE Avoid CJ Properties if you can.
They have an automated communication system that they don t go by. I had three appointments canceled day of appointment, once while sitting in front of a property. The agent told me that they have autonomy to cancel. This company is very unprofessional. I would have to strongly NOT recommend.

I was a previous renter of a property that was managed by CJ real estates. They have overcharged us for so many things that were incorrect. They charged us $200 for a backyard clean up when the only thing that was in the backyard that belong to us was my football stuck in the tree the other stuff was left there by the owner. They charged us for a housecleaning when we clean the whole house just because the basement was dirty because of what the owner left in the basement when we moved in the house. We offered to help the owner with the house with any damages so we can move in in the first place but CJ real estates is managing everything. They don't care about the agreements that we had with our Realtor. We paid $400 for two dogs pet deposits and they only will apply one pet deposit to the bill. They say we owe them money when the math is wrong. They also charged us $300 for wear and tear that was there before we moved in. We tried contacting them but it just goes straight to voicemail with our numbers. I will never recommend this company to anybody if they are renting to a company or looking for a management team.
What a great group of people to work with. I was in a situation that required me to move very expectantly and immediately. Having been a tenant with CJ for awhile they quickly got to work for me. Within 24 hours they put together a list of 4 properties for me to choose from. We agreed on a property and I have been approved to move by the first of next month.

THE WORST real estate company there could possibly be. We have been having issues with the window wells flooding into the basement, foundation cracks leaking, ceiling leaks, plumbing leaks, and mice for 7 months. We have called and emailed and called and emailed again. To no prevail and to this day. Clothes, family photos and alot of other items have been ruined due to their negligence. They will not return any phone calls. They are even forcing us to pay an addition fee for "insurance" every month, for what good? And then come to find out, all the other tenants in our building are have the same issues. The first time we heard anything back from them was when we put in a maintenance request to have the gutters unclogged which was overfilling and water-falling into the window well which again, caused more flooding. They responded and told us to clean them out ourselves. A 2 story building, and they're telling their tenants to get up there and clean them out themselves. Overall a complete joke of a real estate agency and i warn you, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

CJ Real Estate managed my rental property for me. Prior to switching to CJ Real Estate it had sat vacant for several months. They kept me informed on how the tenant search was going. They have an on-line portal that allowed me to see maintenance issues, bills etc....during the month. Once or twice I felt that the communication could have been better between us. But they are very professional and handled business promptly.
Initially I wrote a bad review, but CJ Real Estate came thru for me and made it right on my behalf. I went to the wrong person within the company. Jackie Bills is great and I want to thank her openly for correcting the situation. I would rent again from them.
We have had such a great experience with a CJ - especially Wendy!!! While we were trying to figure out the details of apartment hunting Wendy was ALWAYS available to help. When I went to CJ to finally drop off our deposit every person I talked with was so helpful. I got there early and, even though the leasing agent hadn t arrived yet, every person I talked with was friendly and helped me in any way they could - even though they technically weren t even open yet! If you re apartment hunting I would highly recommend seeking out their properties.
I absolutely love Dori and all the hard work she put in . We wanted a different town home and it got rented before we could get it and Dori busted her butt to make sure we found a new town home . We moved in two days ago and we are in love with it . Dori answered our calls and text no matter day or night and eased our minds with anything we needed. I work for the federal government at home, and I handle classified information daily. C.J.'s real estate did leave a message at my door that inspection and photos will be taken of the property. On the day of the examination, I was completing my daily work in my room as always. I hear a knock on my door, and it is a young lady and man going around my home taking pictures. I informed the young lady that I work with classified information and that she can not just go around taking a picture. I went back into my room, closing my bedroom door to complete my work. As soon as I come out of my room, the young lady takes a picture of my room where I complete my daily work assignments. Afraid I asked the young lady did she take a picture of my computer screen, she stated no. At first, I felt comfortable with the young lady's word but knowing I could be in trouble if any information was breached. I made a drive to C.J. real estate office and asked to speak with a supervisor, I do not remember the supervisor name. I explained to the supervisor what transpired and my worry about a possible breach. Allow me to review the picture taken in my room.
The supervisor tells me, " We have every right to come into the property to take pictures. " I again explained to the supervisor of the seriousness of the situation. The supervisor told me the young woman that took a picture of my room was still out in the field and did not know when she would return to the office. I stressed to the supervisor I need a reply back from her concerning this issue right away. The next day the supervisor that would make contact with me did not, so I made contact with C.J. real estates and spoke with someone else. I explained the situation to the representative she tried to insure me that no information was breach. I stated, " I don't know that for sure, and the only way to know that is for me to view the picture. " She then says, " I can't make them bring me the photo for you to review. " I then told the representative that I will have to report this incident to my supervisor. I was told, " To go ahead and report the incident to your supervisor. " The tone to me from this representative seems as she did not care about the seriousness of the situation, I went ahead a reported the issue to my supervisor as well with the VA police. The VA police made contact with me, stating the C.J real estate would contact me right away. It has been over two weeks, and no one from C.J. real estate has called me, but C.J. real estate has made contact with me about the rent. I find this to be funny. Now I am suffering severe hardship due to C.J.'s real estate lack of non-cooperation with my employer. I am beginning to believe C.J.'s real estate only looks at me as a dollar sign. I seem to me they do not care about the seriousness of the situation. I am at a loss of words. I would advise anyone that is thinking of renting from C.J. real estate to do there homework and ask many questions.
I can't even put into words how angry and frustrated this company has made me... This company is (and I can NOT stress this enough) TERRIBLE!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!! Very poor excuse for a company. I whispered "is this a f'n joKE??!!" to myself at LEAST 29 million times while living in their rental and I only lived there for 6 months!!

Chelsey is the best person perfessionaly and personaly that I could have asked for I'm going through a really hard time right now and without her I would have ended up in a shelter with two little girls. She was able help me the entire way through I hope her boss understands without her I would not have used Cj Real Estate . She more than needs a raise I would have paid her 200 an hour to help me if she was her own boss .

Like many others, I would give this company a zero if it was possible. My wife and I rented for two years from CJ. In those two years we had water damage, mold, sewer gas, and other issues. Their maintenance was lacking, and basically forced you to do it yourself. Our rent included yard maintenance, but our yard was mowed maybe every three weeks, they ran over our flowers when they did mow. When we renewed our lease, they tried charging us another $30 a month for three months, after I had already told them repeatedly that our lease was for such and such amount. They don't communicate, they cheated us out of the unit we wanted and when we wanted to back out they then informed us that we would lose our deposit, basically forcing us to lease the POS duplex that we didn't want. I could go on, but I digress. Run from CJ Real Estate.

They are not polite at all unless you are interested in a property. Our apartment was disgusting when we moved in. The neighbors below us had bed bugs, mice and all of the apartments have cockroaches. The area is high crime and even if you are in danger they will not allow you out of the lease. We deep cleaned the apartment very well; even shampoo'd the carpets but were still charged for carpet cleaning. That apartment was in far better condition when we left; unlike when we moved in.

Months ago I was looking up William Shannon's family on md case search and seen the name of this firm pop up in litigation associated with them, which is strange b cuz once they became aware that I gave Baltimore FBI info on them I began receiving Crank calls from sum 1 where this firm is located!! This company was the most unprofessional company I had ever dealt with before. Avoid renting from them at all costs. The lack of organization and custom service blew my mind. Again, avoid renting from them at all costs. (For reference, I was a great tenant with zero late payments or damage to the property and did receive deposits back.)
Horrible, horrible service! I scheduled an apartment viewing for my brother days in advance. On the same day, after even confirming electronically the appointment, Ricky Ortiz, one of the reps, sent a text and an e-mail saying the appointment needed to be cancelled because there were still tenants living there. Well, my elderly brother had already driven from his current home an hour away and was nearing the area at the time this message was received. Horrible service! Will never do business with them again. I see others have the same issues.
My response to the owner's response: Ridiculous. 2 hour policy? Why then did I receive a confirmation e-mail for the viewing at 11am, 2 hours before it? And why don't you say that he couldn't show the apartment because tenants were currently living there? Why could this not have been explained a week previously or even a day prior before my brother made an over one hour trip to get out there. These are lame excuses and just shows a complete lack of organization.
Worst management company that I have ever rented from. Maintenance is non-existent. The staff is rude, unprofessional & confrontational. The neighbors are a nightmare & the property is not maintained well. When I decided not to renew my lease & move, they refused to give my rental history to my new complex. They also implied that my payment history was bad, even though I never made a late payment once in the three years I lived there. Do not rent from these people. Seriously. They are terrible to deal with.

Is it possible for me to give 0 stars? DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. We rented from them for a full year, paid a $750 deposit when we moved in to the townhome. They claimed we left over $1,500 in damage when we moved out (the place was immaculate when we left and better than when we moved in. The lady that did our final walk through even asked my husband to have me send them pictures to use as the model for the website!! We repainted, got carpets professionally cleaned and provided the receipt, filled in nail holes, scrubbed base boards, etc.) You would think that if we had $1,500 in damage they would want us to pay them what our deposit didn t cover, but they didn t. Why? Because they kept our security deposit when nothing was wrong with the home. Never provided receipts for purchases replacing the things they claimed were broken.
We moved out of the townhome because we bought a home. CJ Real Estate was notified of this and was told they could show the townhome whenever they wanted since it was clean and now vacant (even though we were still paying rent for the next month). They had a key to the townhome but I was still called on quite a few occasions asking if I could meet them at the house in 10 minutes because they needed to show it...in the middle of the work week. Then when I asked them about the spare key they should have to the home, they had nothing to say. But it was being shown quite often somehow and I wasn t letting them in. I had to call more than 5 times to tell them to stop calling me at work to meet them when they forgot the key at their office.
I paid the last months rent and was told there was a couple who wanted to move in before my lease date was up. I was asked if I would be ok with that. In return, i asked them if I d be refunded the prorated amount of rent I had already paid for the month since other people would be moving in early. Answer: no, of course not.
Majority of the employees even think this company scams people but they get in trouble for speaking up. Sad. This company takes people s money and I hope every potential renter reads this before allowing them to do so. There are better places to rent from.

I only gave them one star because it won t let you give them zero. I am a current tenant and I will not recommend this company to anyone. I turned in 4 maintenance request on the furnace with no improvement in the problem. They changed the thermostat and it did not fix the problem. We had no heat for the wonder. Now we have no air conditioning. Their HVAC guy told me that the unit needs to be replaced but the owner won t do it because the place is fir sake. I will make sure that when the next prospective buyer comes for a tour we will be here and will point out everything wrong here even down to the shingles that come off the roof everytime the winds blows. Do not rent from this company. You should not have to put in 5 request for one problem.
5/21/2020 I needed to add more because this is the worst company ever. In 5/5/20 we put in a call because we had no central air. A technician was sent out and found that the coil in the unit had several leaks and Freon needed to added. He said he would put in a request for the unit to be fixed. On 5/15/20 my husband called to see the status of the unit being repaired. He was told that it would be a few days and they would get back with us. Well it is 5/21/20 and it is not fixed yet. I have screen shot all the maintance request we have made. Please if you are looking for a place to rent, do not rent a place in Kalebs Place in Warrensburg. The owner is cheap and has the units for sale and won t put money into the repairs. I will be sure to be home when any potential buyer comes through and hope they ask me questions. I will be honest

I wish I could give no stars. DO NOT go with this company. It s been a nightmare and others in our investment company have had the same experience since many hired them at the same time.
This company is so big no one knows what anyone is doing. Communication is monumentally poor. The apathy continually displayed about getting our empty unit rented prompted us to contact the CEO to cancel our fairly new contract.
Without trying to understand how they had failed us or showing concern with having an unhappy client, he simply demanded 1400 to get out of the contract.
That right there folks tells you what kind of people your dealing with. It goes top down. Can you imagine running a company and not caring that a new client is having issues? It s because they are too big and do not care.
PS: I found an amazing PM there charging 30% less who heard my story and went over that night and started taking care of my units. Look around!
