Cj real estate is the worst company you could ever go through. I rented for 2 years. At move in there were what I'm hoping was spaghetti sauce all over walls in garage and base boards in master bedroom. Broken crack pipe on garage floor. For 3 months of move in our ac did not work finally replaced unit. There washer was bad and leaked through ceiling, it took them 2 months to fix ceiling and bring new washer. Fireplace was an amenity and never worked, they refused to fix saying it would cost more to fix than just replace so they did nothing and no discount was given. Glad we took all the pictures and move in inspection because they were not only trying to take my deposit they were trying to charge me over $400. I disputed with Jackie Bill's and she came back with in turn giving me $22 back of my deposit. I will be filing with the better business bureau and kctv 5 call for action. I urge all who has had issues which I see a lot of previous tenant have had similar problems to report this as well so they can not continue to mistreat and steal from there tenants. I definitely do not recommend anyone to rent through them.
