I had recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Lou Fusz Toyota.The atmosphere was friendly and the sales staff was flexible and easy to work with. I originally was looking for a used truck but decided to purchase a new one instead. I was working with Roger Heffernan in used car sales originally. Roger was extremely helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to help me I was unable to find anything on the used car lot that fit my criteria so I asked to look at new. He took me over to the new car lot were I found a truck I would consider purchasing. I went for a test drive but told him that I needed to think about it. I came back the next day to let my wife have a look. She liked it so I decided to purchase the truck. Roger was with another customer trying to help him with the purchase of his first car and needed to give him extra attention so he asked if it was ok if another sales person could help us so we could have undivided attention. Of course I said yes and that is were Jim Donohue come in. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and worked with me to get the best price for my trade in and a lower purchase price on the truck. #Bones Donohue gave me all the attention I needed and answered all my questions. When you are in the car business you are really in the people business. Roger and Jim gave me respect as a customer, but did in a friendly way.
