Kris Portnoy - and the rest of the staff have greatly disappointed me as a long time customer. My Van was broken upon exiting the shop and they charged me 300$. ( I called within 5 minutes of leaving dealership) Girl on the phone from service interrupted and argued with me. - Water under the bridge. - I informed them a few days later, I wanted a new PRIUS. I told them what I wanted, my trade, several questions and when I would be there. They didn't offer to meet me, disregarded all of my questions. (15 emails), then told me 3 days straight they where to busy to deal with me. 5 days I tried to buy a car from them. Never got any offers, any questions answered, or any deals. - I emailed Lou Fusz with my new PRIUS I bought from another dealer with pictures and Lou Fusz asked me when I wanted to come bu a car from them,,,Completely disregarding me email again with a picture of me in my new car. - They have turned into a cherry picking lazy dealership. Nothing like my first experience.
