Came in to have my car looked at because last year they fixed a recall and the problem began again. Mike was very rude and told me that I would have to pay for them to just look at it even though it s part of a recall and he told me over the phone it would be free. He began talking to me very sternly and rude. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and I warn you that you shouldn t go here unless you re willing to pay for them to even glance at your car. Not to mention that the workers will do anything they can to squeeze money out of you, as I walked into the waiting room I witnessed another salesman trying to convince an older woman to fix everything in her car instead of what was needed. These people are money hungry and rude and I wouldn t send my worst enemy here.
