Great service from Shelby Parker. I appreciate his kindness. This is probably my last visit with Lou Fusz. I found a closer Toyota Dealership. I have always had good repair service here. But, I would never purchase a car. I tried once about 10 years ago and even today, when I am waiting on my car for repair. I get this leery feeling. A salesperson told me that they didn't help people with challenged credit and she was so cold. I felt awful. It was the second Toyota Dealership to make me feel this way. Seeger Toyota was the other. Only here, I had good credit. But, I was Black. Sometimes you just can't win. It okay I found places to purchase my next Toyota. Weis , Bommarito or Ackerman Toyota dealerships. I will purchase in a few months and I will have better outcomes. Thank you Shelby Parker for doing your best to offer me good service. Best of luck.
