The sales side of the service is wonderful. They are knowledgable and exceedingly helpful. I had a great sales person - Albert - and he was great. Very patient and able to explain all of the ins and outs of the car and the history quite well. I had arranged a meeting online and that went incredibly well.

I did get taken to the cleaners by the finance department though. It felt like the finance rep that I dealt with was angling for certain lenders with higher rates and restrictions. After going back and forth I was finally aable to get on with Toyata Financial Services and a reasonable rate.

I have been going to the service department regularly for my routine mainteance and I have always been treated respectfully and with a great friendly attitude. Thankfully I have only needed to goin for my routine maintenance and not for anything more servious.
