I purchased my first new car through Patrick McLafferty at Lou Fusz Toyota Scion. It was a great experience. I first asked about the car I thought best fit into my budget but he put me in the car I really wanted at the same price. To top it off I was out of the area and only had a small window of time to make this purchase because of travel. I don't know how he could have done any better of a job. The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful. He will be my go to guy anytime I need a new car.

This is my local Toyota dealer, so I default to here for any issues or maintenance for my Toyota vehicles. I have not needed to purchase a vehicle from here.
That being said, I have always had personable customer service.
When needed, they offer a shuttle to get me to work, so I can drop off in the morning and pick up later.
Pricing is dealer pricing, so I assume I could find less expensive alternatives, but they have all of my history and info in the system, so the convenience is worth it and I trust the Toyota brand in general.
Online scheduling is an easy experience as well - I appreciate that the system allows me to find the appropriate services for my mileage - then that is double-checked once in the shop.

My experience with Lou Fusz Toyota started online. Chelsea Darrow, the internet sales rep and I emailed back and forth for about a month. I wasn't in a hurry to purchase a new 4Runner and she wasn't pushy at all. She answered all of my questions and we were able to get close enough to a price I liked before I ever walked into the dealership. When we decided to go in, Chelsea handed us off to George Hobbs who was very helpful, polite, not pushy and we agreed on a great price for my new 4Runner within about 10-15 minutes. I greatly appreciated that I didn't have to spend hours and hours at a dealership to buy my car. I would recommend Lou Fusz to anyone in the market for a new Toyota.

Hit a curb during a bad ice storm in December. This place was the closest certified dealership to me. It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there. Thank you Jeff and thank you Lou Fusz Toyota Collision crew, you're all heroes in my eyes.

Nancy Schubert helped me buy my new 2014 Toyota Prius yesterday, and I loved everything about the experience. From the way she sat us down and asked questions before jumping straight in, to the way she drove the car first to show us the features, then let me drive, I really appreciated her professional and helpful service. The process was easy, faster than expected, and so helpful! I also loved having someone teach me the ins and outs of my new car so I wouldn't be confused about the many features it has. From setting up my bluetooth to making sure I knew how to jump my hybrid, they made sure I knew everything I might need. I would definitely buy another car at Lou Fusz and would tell me friends to do the same.

We had a great experience buying our 4Runner at this dealership. We live 2 hours away and talked to Chelsea in Internet sales and they were able to give us a rough estimate of trade in value over the phone. Our salesperson Daniel Burrow was very accommodating and the deal went smoothly and they kept their word on price when we got there. It was worth the drive and we will be back to work with Daniel for our next Toyota purchase. The finance department was excellent also. They did not try to sell us extra things we did not want or need. We were buying from out of state and everything was taken care of in regards to taxes and registration. This is the only dealership I have ever been to that did not haggle! It was wonderful.

Rick is so kind, knowledgeable, down to earth, and fun to be around. He's not the pushy, overbearing, take advantage "used car salesman" personality. He made the experience stress free and personable. He even took the time to go over the controls and other mechanisms with me twice.
Rick is a rarity and I feel so lucky and grateful to have had such a pleasant experience.
Truly, the nicest salesman I've encountered and I would recommend him to everyone.

My salesman was cool but this finance department is a nightmare. Didn't buy a car from them. They were far too shady in the finance room then they got a credit approval for the wrong amount and wanted to run more credit checks. How do they screw that up?! The dollar amount was written on every document they had so how do they get an approval for the wrong amount?

Guy blamed someone new guy. If you ask me, Guy screwed it up and tried to get a big down payment from me. Not happening. I got more important stuff to put that money into than a car.

That dude can try someone else. Wasted a lot of time at the place and won't be back here. Won't recommend my friends or family check them out either. Salesman was awesome but the people behind him are up to no good.

Such a shame.

Update: after several calls and shouting matches, I was compensated for my watsed time. I believe they mean well. They're just careless.

Gene Gardner at Lou Fusz Toyota has provided me with excellent customer service on both occasions that I have shopped for vehicles at this dealership.
He is polite, attentive, and quick to alleviate any possibility of inconvenience for me.

Gene is also knowledgeable and helpful in assiting me to make choices that fit my needs. I have now purchased two different vehicles from him (a Toyota FJ in August 2013 and a Honda Accord last week).

I plan on being a customer of Gene's and Lou Fusz with respect to my future vehicle purchases based in large part on the experience I have had there with Gene.

Great Experience with Lou Fusz Toyota. I orginally tried to purchase the vehicle from another area dealer. After many games and lies I walked out and started working with Patrick McLafferty at Lou Fusz.

Patrick was able to transfer the car at a reasonable price. Patrick was very upfront and clear throughout the whole process. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable.

Don greeted us as we looked at the lot but once he said hello he left us on our own to browse the cars. We didn't feel any pressure or that someone was breathing down our neck. As we were headed out he checked in again and gave us some helpful hints for looking for a car. He suggested taking a look at the website which is what we did and we found the car we wanted before it was even on the lot. I highly recommend to avoid the used car lot. I bought a truck there last December and it was the worst mistake I've ever made. First of all when filling out credit applications we told them multiple times I had no credit and would not get approved therefore I had my fiance as a CO signer. During conversation with the sales manager he mention submitting my application to see what kind of rate we could get. Again we told him I will not get approved and needs to be ran under my fiance ( Who has really good credit) Well fast forward to the next day the person over financing says he submitted the applications to multiple places they've all been denied or been approved for an extremely high rate. It made no sense to us, because we knew he had good credit. Just for the hell of it on our own we went to a local loan company to see what a rate would be. Right away we got a great rate and approved. This didn't make any sense at the time until later we found out every time they had been running hard credit checks under my name Only. Now on my credit report I have 10 hard credit checks that won't go away for 2 years and my credit score dropped to "poor". Against our better judgment we decided to purchase the truck after they told us because it was a couple 1000 miles over a 100,000 they do not have any type of warranty. Well fast forward to yesterday I find out after having the truck for less than a year my engine has completely gone out due to no fault of my own. It is over $7000 to get a "new" rebuilt one. Stay away from these people!

That's because of lots of wax, car washes, and Lou Fusz service at the recommended intervals. Recently I worked with service manager Mike Wolz for routine service and solution of a minor problem. He and the mechanic handled everything in less time than Mike had estimated, while I got some work done in the comfortable waiting area. I have always had great experiences at Lou Fusz Toyota... From test driving and buying a car to routine maintenance, they are always kind and accommodating. Most recently I had my 1-year check up on my vehicle and not only was it easy to schedule the appointment online, Toyota was offering a service to where I would not even have to take time off of work and wait at the dealership for its completion. They came by my home, picked up my car, and then returned it once the work was complete. I had never heard of this type of service but it was amazing. My service agent Travis called me with an update and to make recommendations which would ultimately save me time and money. This is my second vehicle with Lou Fusz Toyota and I have no plans of going anywhere else.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience ever! I live in Kansas City and drove across the state because they had better deals than the dealers in Kansas City. I emailed with James a few times, we talked on the phone briefly and set a time to sign paperwork. They didn't try to up sale or add things on once I got to the store. I was in and out in under an hour. I had my kids with me and was done signing paperwork before they finished their happy meals! I'll definitely return!

We traveled an hour and half to purchase a 2015 toyota Sienna minivan only to find out the "certified pre-owned" vehicle which had passed a "160 point inspection" was missing a headrest (it was pictured on the internet as in place), a metal track for the 8th seat was broken exposing sharp metal so my kids could cut their feet or trip over the metal, the AC outlet was missing from the back row and there was a big hole in its place and the paint was chipping....I don't understand how it passed inspection. Well they found another minivan which we test drove which was a 2017 toyota sienna xle premium and we fell in love with but they were unwilling to negotiate 1400.00 off the price stating "we're a no haggle dealership." Oh yeah....did I mention our salesperson Joe Gustafson had two other customers he made appointments with at the same time as us. We were ignored after the other two customers showed up and the F&I guy was a total blow hard who would not work with us. We were willing to increase our price by $10,000 but they were still unwilling to work with us. We drove off without a new vehicle and very disappointed. Fast forward four days later and I called to request to speak with the GM of the dealership. After two calls with messages on VM I still haven't received a call back or acknowledgement of our dissatisfaction. We were repeat customers and this business and this not the experience we had the first time around. We will never go back to this dealership again. Jay Wolfe Toyota is working with us and providing wonderful customer service....I'd recommend going to Jay Wolfe Toyota than Lou Fusz

Mark Kleve was the saleman who sold me my car. I was referred to him by a friend after spending a very frustrating and exhausting day shopping for cars and dealing with salespeople. I called Mark on the phone, introduced myself, told him what I was looking for, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND by texting me pics and conversing with me through text message. Not only that, but he stayed until almost 7 pm on a Saturday night to sell me my car. There were 2 other key players in this scenario that I have to boast about. Bob, the finance guy, who also stayed until almost 7 pm to get my paperwork pushed through. He had plans with his wife that evening and still stayed to process the paperwork (Hope you didn't get in too much trouble with the wife!). Lastly, but not least, Linda (the on-site Allstate agent) had offered me insurance through Allstate, but I turned her down, saying my insurance company would handle it. After finding out that my insurance company wouldn't be able to handle it, Linda had already left to go home for the evening, but also left me her cell number. I called her and she TURNED HER CAR AROUND to come help. The professionalism, no pressure sales, honesty, and outgoing friendliness and kindness made the entire experience a joy. I was so excited to get my new car and Mark, Linda and Bob all made my experience that much more fun and enjoyable! I was quite impressed, especially after dealing with all the salespeople throughout the day. I will refer everyone I know to Lou Fusz Toyota and will continue to rave about their dealership.

They do a good job of estimating completion time so you can decide whether to wait or leave the vehicle. They also cover for each other when things get busy. Brian was my assigned service advisor but he was away from his desk when I dropped the car off, so Warren covered for him and did the initial paperwork.

We always use Fusz Toyota for servicing our both of our Avalons and both of our Highlanders. We always get great customer service from the service department as well!

Lou Fusz Toyota is a large car dealer company. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Joe is a great agent helps me find my ideal car. I told him that my budget was tight and he still helped me find the cars that best fit my requirements.
After a 5 months driving of the car I purchased, the car battery broke down while I was driving. I had to have it towed to the repair shop. They told me that the battery needed to be changed. It cost me for $200+ to change the battery. And then a week later I went back to had a recalled air bag changed, they said the car's IMA battery was bad as well. It would cost about $2,600 to have it changed. I was so surprised that I bought a $6,400 car for less than half a year, now both batteries had to be changed.

Service Dept. I'm surprised to see so many positive results for this dept. Got an oil change and thanks for the list of suggested services but afterwards my car was running kind of rough, opened my hood to find one of my spark plug wires not pushed all the way down, so it wasn't firing properly. The next day I received a call to ask/follow up on the service I received, I explained what happen. Have you ever had someone ask you something but sound like they really could care less the response?? That was how this caller was, he was dry and told me if I have any other problems I could call to make an appointment for them to take a look at it. Told him, thanks but no thanks. Kind of surprised because the service was much better the time before.

I had routine maintenance done on my Yaris back in '15. I don't live in the area anymore, but called them today to get my maintenance records so I could figure out what kind of maintenance was due. The mechanic I talked to walked me through what kind of maintenance I should be getting at my current mileage, even though there was obviously no financial incentive to do so. Great service! :)

For our vehicle I was told that for the first 36,000 miles, the Oil Changes were all on Toyotas dime. Toyota recommends every 10,000 miles. So simple math that is the first (3) free oil changes are not my worry-which would cover me to 30,000 miles.
Today after the 2nd oil change at 14,000 miles (yes I preemptively got an oil change at 4,000 for some strange reason I can't remember why..) , so that's (2) oil changes total now, they said next one is $85. And to rotate tires (which I thought we had 3 as well, we have 1 more) to use by November 2019..?

Basically was told I would have 3 oil changes & 3 tire rotates and sounds like I'm getting shorted 1 on each. Maybe I misunderstood the original deal and could probably look into old paperwork but I don't have time for that, I'll just post what happened lol. Usually I don't get burned but I at Weber Chevy the same thing happened couple years ago- only at Weber I got 3 on my truck instead of 5 that was promised by salesguy.
Oh well - so that's my experience since Google is asking

He was thorough, really listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction in looking at the perfect car in the Toyota line up. George really knows the Toyota line and was willing to answer any questions we had... even after the sale. HIs follow up call a week later to make sure we were happy was refreshing. This was my third car purchase from Fusz. I live a bit of a distance, but it s worth the drive. Fusz has a great selection and the people working there really make the difference.

When it s time for a new car, I know what I want and am not the type to put up with the BS some places try. This time I got to work with Alex Abramson and he made the process simple and easy. He was very clear with what could be done and followed through.

I would recommend Fusz, and Alex Abramson, to anyone looking for a easy Toyota buying experience.

Will not be going back. Brought my 2018 4Runner in for a front end alignment post a suspension lift installation. Maintenance department was unable to get it to spec. They got it "as close as possible" which led me to driving down the road with it pulling to the right.

I brought it back to have them check it, and they change the cause for the issue from the suspension, to the wheels and tires. None of which helped their case. On the dealership lot is another lifted 4Runner for sale (brand new) with a 1in lift kit. Said vehicle is aligned to stock specifications.

When I brought that up over the phone, they tried to argue that this reasoning couldn't be used, as the two vehicles (with near identical suspension) are completely different.

When I picked up my 4Runner again, the service adviser tried to tell me that the issue was my "aftermarket" wheels and tires. These are the same wheels/tires that are installed on other vehicles on the lot, and are factory TRD wheels.

When I asked for alignment specs (which had never been given to me, standard practice) only the first set were found. No second set of alignment measurements were shown.

4Runner was taken to another shop the next day, and alignment was correct, to spec, without issue.

Would give dealership 0 stars, but that is not an option.
