This is the second Lou Fusz Toyota that Rick Summerfield has sold me this year. Rick is an awesome salesman and he had my wife s new 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road detailed and inside in the shade ready to go when we arrived for our appointment. Rick was very efficient and completed all of our paperwork quickly and did a great job explaining all of the features and settings on the vehicle to my wife while I finalized the finance paperwork with Bill Mckeown (Finance Manager). The General Sales Manager, Chuck Church, was very friendly and he helped expedite the paperwork process during a busy afternoon of sales at Lou Fusz Toyota. Bottomline: My wife and I were out the door in our awesome new 4Runner in ~1.5 hours and able to enjoy most of our Saturday afternoon/evening. I highly recommend Rick Summerfield and Lou Fusz Toyota.
