We had a wonderful experience at Lou Fusz. I contacted them through their website and heard back from them quickly. My salesman was John Sanchez. He was FANTASTIC. He was very knowledgeable about the car (which is something many salesman just aren't) and answered all of our questions. He was very easy to work with and get a hold of....even emailing me back with answers on his days off and over Christmas. John was also fantastic when we took delivery. He went through the car with us, and got us all setup and explained all the functions of the car and how to use them.

They matched a price I got from another dealer. The negotiations process was amazingly simple compared to what I've had in the past at other dealers. Also, the finance office wasn't pushy (extended warranties, etc) like other dealers I've had in the past.

Overall, I was very impressed with Lou Fusz and I would definitely go back again. Just an all around great buying experience.
