I recently lost my keys for my Toyota Matrix. (The keys with the computer chips)
Scott Grismalla in the Lou Fusz Service Department said: "Don't worry about about it...we will take care of it." (and he did)

Additionally Mike Hecht made sure my car was serviced, and repaired. (it had a leaking transfer case seal)
The service department had the car ready by 3pm. The service department vacuumed the car and gave me a Waterway coupon for a free car wash.!

If you choose to wait for your vehicle to be repaired at Lou Fusz, you can wait comfortably in the waiting room and watch TV, drink freshly brewed coffee and eat fresh cookies!

I do not know of a better place to purchase a car and get it serviced!
