Great New Car Purchase Experience
Arrived at Lexus on the Park looking for the new RX 350. We had been referred to Thomas Homewood and were pleased with all our dealings. Thomas was knowledgeable, professional, attentive to what we were looking for. He provided us considerable info during the purchase process while not using high pressure tactics. Thomas worked quickly to put the purchase through after bringing in different colours for us to compare on site and choose from. He also worked hard to get us the best trade in price for our older suv. Thomas was great to work with and we'd recommend him to anyone looking for a Lexus. Josie Allen (Delivery Specialist) did an excellent, informative introduction to our car upon pick up.

I just bought a brand new 2021 Lexus IS 300 from Lexus on the park. It was probably the most pleasant and honest experience that I have ever had shopping at a car dealership. My first sales associate was Raj. He helped me get the exact model, colour, trim of the vehicle that I was interested in within hours of me calling. Raj made sure I was able to pick up my car on the only day of the month that I was able to do so. Once Raj left Lexus on the park, my account was transferred over to Yama. Even though my contact at the dealership had changed, I felt like the whole process was handled seamlessly. The staff was extremely prompt with their responses to all of my questions. Even when there seemed to be a minor issue, the whole team came together and helped me sort everything out very quickly.

Fantastic service from the moment we stepped in the dealership! We were greeted by Fadi Zaatar who is a true gentleman. He is very attentive, friendly, intelligent person, took extra miles to please all our inquiries. We couldn't wish for a better service as it was already outstanding from test drive to picking up the vehicle. I recently went to Lexus on the Park and was very impressed by the service of their staff, in particular AJ and his manager Anthony. AJ was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and politely showed my father and I all the features and benefits. The post follow up was also amazing and I would highly recommend working with this dealership.

This June 2017 I went to Lexus on the park dealership to see a used ES 2012 and a GS 2010. Benjamin Momayez the sales rep I would call it the Scammer showed me the ES 2012. I asked him that if any problems or accident on this car, benjamin said no there is no accident. I agreed to pay $27000 total for the car if the car never had any accident repairs. Benjamin brought his sales manager the big scammer Sean Johnson to close the deal. I asked both the scammers that is this car clean and is there any repairs done on this car? Both scammers said no. I said to both the scammers that I am offering $4000 more than the market price because I hope that there is no accident repairs and I trust the Lexus on the park dealership about that one thing "honesty and integrity" but I did not know that these two scammers are dishonest and liers. I paid $3000 deposit and left. I checked the car proof about zero claim. I found out that zero claim means that repairs been done with no claims from the insurance. I called and explained to both scammers that I will take this car to my garage for a final check. Both scammers told me to let us finish the safety and then you take the car to your mechanic. When I went to check the car the second time, that is when I found out that the car had been in an accident and been repaired. Both scammers offered me to lower the price. I said I am very disappointed and I lost my trust with this dealership. I asked them to refund my $3000 deposit. I left the dealership and I did not get my money back. I called mr lier sean so many times but no refund. After 2 weeks I drove all the way to the dealership and asked them for my money. Finally I got my money after 2 weeks. My advice to every one is that do not trust the Lexus on the park dealership about any thing they say or sell. I lost my trust and will not go back to Lexus on the park dealership.

Very friendly staff and accommodating people behind the parts counter. Staff notified me that my car may get damaged on the car wash rail due to being lowered, which was nice. Nice waiting area and good selection of coffee.

Although I didn't get my part that I wanted (Lexus' fault and not dealership), still 5 stars for excellent service.

Great place look for a car and the people are very helpful and polite the salesman by the name of Rene Dhinsa is a great guy he was very helpful

My experience at Lexus on the Park is always great. Their service department is phenomenal. All the staff are very helpful, honest, and respectful. On top of all of those, they have an amazing cafeteria and a peaceful lounge if you want to catch up on some work while your car is being serviced. I'll give this place a 5 out of 5.

Being a return customer, I was treated very unfairly, even though I told the sales person the price I was offered by another Lexus dealership, he still, after 2 hours of waiting, gave me a way higher price, waisting my time .
This is not the way to win customer trust, and help us being satisfied.

Don t recommend Lexus on the park to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle recently at Lexus on the Park. Tom Homewood handled the process for me and made it very easy. What really impressed me was that he was planning to be out of work early on that Friday for a wedding, but stayed late to accommodate my schedule. He followed through with his commitments and was very helpful. Not a high pressure guy! More concerned that I was satisfied with the vehicle more than anything else. I am already thinking about buying a second Lexus when our Toyota van is ready to be traded in and will be sure to work with Thomas again!

As usual the service was great. Even the car wash was outstanding. The only thing detracting from the experience was was the notice I received from Lexus Canada which at first glance appeared to be a coupon for a free oil change. On careful examination the coupon became a mere invitation to an oil change. Although chagrined I was well treated by Marlon and Sarice.

An extraordinary experience!
We were looking at our first Lexus hybrid and I contacted my good friend Anthony Trasmundi, New Car Sales Manager because we needed some professional guidance to gather our thoughts for the purchase. Anthony directed us to Sonia Anwari, Sales Consultant, supporting Zafar Sharifi, Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
Subsequently, Sonia supported us all the way starting with providing details about the car, facilitating test drives, providing guidance with information about making our car selection, arranging new winter tires, assistance with contacts for obtaining comparable insurance quotes, competitive payment terms, paperwork, licensing, and much to our amazement, she delivered the car by driving it directly to our home! Indeed very impressive to say the least.

Gregory Mugford is the reason why LOTP is my favourite dealership for servicing my Lexus. As the face of an excellent team of professionals that work on my car, Greg lets me feel at ease every time I visit the dealership for servicing my Lexus. And I have visited many Lexus dealerships in the GTA.

Mind you, this dealership is not even close to my nearest dealership in terms of commute. What I lose in terms of time to commute there, is more than made up by top quality service at very reasonable price, and service from people like Greg.

Had to bring my car in for recall work and received excellent service as usual. This dealership is farther from where I live, and there is a much closer Lexus to me but it is worth the extra travel to go to this dealership. The service here is much better. Carl helped me out a lot today. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who likes good service.

I took my car in for cosmetic repairs covered under warranty. They agreed to fix some other dings unrelated to what s covered under warranty. In a matter of one day, the price for those extra dings covered had doubled compared to the original estimate. I inquired why and was lied to. Upon return, the repairs were subpar and the touch-up pen used for the smaller scrapes wasn t even the same colour. This is not the level of service or workmanship expected from a dealer.

A friend recommended Lexus on the park and I can see why. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, my sales consultant Andrew Thomas was great as I didn't feel pressured on the test drives or in the sales centre. I highly recommend and do to my friends to check out Lexus on the park.

In the spring of 2015, I walked into Lexus on the Park for the first time, looking for an IS. I met Tom Homewood and had a fantastic experience. Tom took his time to get to know my wife and I, what our budget was and what we would be using the car for. His kind demeanour and incredible knowledge of vehicle made us feel very confident in leasing the vehicle from Tom. I would happily give 5 stars, however, my experience with the service department was dampened during my first scheduled maintenance appointment. Nothing major at all, just a lack of customer care in the fact that I was advised to pay a large sum for something that I found out later could have been done 6 months from that date. A little clarity in their messaging would have been appreciated.

The dealership tricks you into thinking they are giving you a great deal and waste tones of time to appear thorough. If you go on a test drive, there should be gas in the car. They even pitch that their prices will be worth paying because of car washes. The manager and sales staff assumes the customer know nothing about cars and try to push off an expensive deal as the best deal of all time. After wasting few hours, they try to keep you until closing time only to tell you nothing can be done and they are going home. The only positive experience was the receptionist was very professional. Went to another Lexus location and received the same car for close to 200 off monthly lease payment per month with insurance included.

Got a great car at a great deal. My sales rep, Connor, answered any questions and objections to my satisfaction and helped me find the right car; Andrew the finance manager was helpful too.

I recently went to Lexus on the park to get a recall done on my IS. Excellent experience overall. Ben Lin from the service department has superb customer service. He explained to me on how the recall service was done in a very professional manner and ensured that I fully understood the process.

We both are Lexus fonder for many years, love the Lexus vehicles performance and like great sales and service. 1. he was very patience, took us on 5 test drivings (different models) during our 2 visits, he was lavish with his time and attention, never rushed but let us get a first hand feeling on different vehicles.

2. he was friendly, approachable, we felt comfortable talking to him about our budget, needs and concerns towards the vehicle or driving.

3. he has over 20 years experience with Lexus/Toyota, which he brought into helping us choose what suits us best in terms of vehicle models and special features, he didn't push us to buy those add on features that we don't really need, but only the ones that are necessary to have for our own protection.

4.he was attentive to our needs, accommodating, regardless of how small or unique the request is, he would do what he can to make customer happy and satisfied.

5.most importantly, and what really sets Stephen apart is that Stephen endeavor to strike the best deal possible for his customer, no back and forth bargaining , no waste of time play game, he gets straight to the point and give us the best deal he can offer, of which me and my husband really appreciate.

I met Tom at the December event of 2015 during the introduction of the 2016 RX 350. He allowed me to talk his ear off and answered all my questions. I kept in touch with Tom and his seemingly genuine interest in our conversation at the December event is what got me to come back to Lexus on The Park and to trade in my 2014 RX 350 for the 2016 RX 350. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Lexus on The Park which is mainly due to Tom. I cannot say enough about Tom Homewood who works at Lexus on the Park. He is an incredible salesperson who provides excellent service that goes above and beyond expectations. He goes out of his way to help you out. He is quite exceptional!!! He treated me so well that my sister, brother-in-law, and one of my best friends got cars through Tom due to my recommendation. I personally will definitely be getting my next RX 350 through Tom. I recommend Tom to anybody who is interested in getting a new car.

I CAME IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP EARLY ON A MONDAY MORNING (7:30AM) TO TAKE OVER A LEASE FROM A PRIVATE PARTY. I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE SERVED UNTIL 9 AM AS THE SALES SIDE WAS NOT OPEN AS OF YET. LUCKILY ENOUGH JOHN HAD COME IN EARLY AND I DECIDED TO ASK HIM A FEW QUESTIONS PRIOR TO THE OTHER PARTY ARRIVING. I WAS CURIOUS TO HOW A LEASE WORKED AND WHETHER I WOULD BE SAVING AS COMPARED TO NEW. JOHN HELPED PULL OUT SEVERAL FIGURES AND WORKED WITH ME TO EXPLAIN THE LEASE PROCESS AND THE PROS AND CONS OF THE LEASE I WAS TAKING OVER AS WELL HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO DISCUSS THE VEHICLE I WAS BUYING AND ALL THE ADVANTAGES OF THE NEW HYBRID SYSTEM. ALL ALONG I WAS THINKING IN MY HEAD EVENTUALLY HE WILL BRUSH ME OFF AS I WAS NOT MAKING $ FOR HIM AS THIS WAS ONLY A LEASE TAKE OVER. HOWEVER, HE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME AND GUIDED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS SMOOTHLY. DUE TO THE FACT I GOT SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I HAD EXPECTED, I DECIDED TO CALL HIM BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND ASK HIM WHETHER HE COULD WORK OUT A DEAL ON A NEW LEXUS AND POSSIBLY PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE FOR A NEW ONE AS I WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE OF HIS HELP MY LAST VISIT IN WHICH HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY ONE OF THE DEALERS CARS RATHER HE SAID HE WANTED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MY FUTURE BUSINESS AT THE END OF THE LEASE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALING WITH JOHN LEE IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. SHOUT OUT TO ANTHONY AS WELL FOR THE EXCELLENT TURN AROUND TIME. I WAS ABLE TO TAKE OVER THE LEASE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS AND PICKED UP THE CAR THAT EVENING.

My experience with Fadi was amazing. I told him what I was looking for prior to my visit, during my actual visit he was ready, and already had couple of options lining up for me. He was very patient, and showed them to me for 3 hours during which he tried to find the best option for me, considering both my needs and my budget. He then took me on multiple test drives. I told him my concerns and he was extremely helpful, followed up and made sure I was happy with my choice.

I have been to multiple dealerships, and I can say my experience at lexus on the park was the best by far. Can t be any happier for my new car.

I visited Lexus on the park dealership based on my friend's recommendation. They keep very clean used vehicle stock, no accidents,low kms and great condition . LOTP is a high volume dealership and I did not feel sales pressure visiting this dealership although negotiating a price is a different story. I dealt with Ricky who was a very patient man in-spite of weekend shoppers test driving cars. He was persistent and got us the best deal and I am appreciative of his efforts. Before, i used to go to lexus of richmondhill . Then i came here... WOW... stunning dealership, with great staff and a very nice showroom. Came in to check out a vehicle, and test drove it. Our sales asociate Sean shalchian such a gentleman , was very helpful and was very nice and management team they are amazing great and reception see great welcome .
