In the spring of 2015, I walked into Lexus on the Park for the first time, looking for an IS. I met Tom Homewood and had a fantastic experience. Tom took his time to get to know my wife and I, what our budget was and what we would be using the car for. His kind demeanour and incredible knowledge of vehicle made us feel very confident in leasing the vehicle from Tom. I would happily give 5 stars, however, my experience with the service department was dampened during my first scheduled maintenance appointment. Nothing major at all, just a lack of customer care in the fact that I was advised to pay a large sum for something that I found out later could have been done 6 months from that date. A little clarity in their messaging would have been appreciated.
