My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Lexus on the park recently, the dealership is really top notch in terms of its pleasant atmosphere and attentive services

Our salesman Stephen is just as impressive :
1. he was very patience, took us on 5 test drivings (different models) during our 2 visits, he was lavish with his time and attention, never rushed but let us get a first hand feeling on different vehicles.

2. he was friendly, approachable, we felt comfortable talking to him about our budget, needs and concerns towards the vehicle or driving.

3. he has over 20 years experience with Lexus/Toyota, which he brought into helping us choose what suits us best in terms of vehicle models and special features, he didn't push us to buy those add on features that we don't really need, but only the ones that are necessary to have for our own protection.

4.he was attentive to our needs, accommodating, regardless of how small or unique the request is, he would do what he can to make customer happy and satisfied.

5.most importantly, and what really sets Stephen apart is that Stephen endeavor to strike the best deal possible for his customer, no back and forth bargaining , no waste of time play game, he gets straight to the point and give us the best deal he can offer, of which me and my husband really appreciate.

we would not hesitate to recommend Stephen or Lexus on the park to anyone!
