Very friendly staff and accommodating people behind the parts counter. Staff notified me that my car may get damaged on the car wash rail due to being lowered, which was nice. Nice waiting area and good selection of coffee.

Although I didn't get my part that I wanted (Lexus' fault and not dealership), still 5 stars for excellent service.
