Review of Lexus On the Park

This June 2017 I went to Lexus on the park dealers...

This June 2017 I went to Lexus on the park dealership to see a used ES 2012 and a GS 2010. Benjamin Momayez the sales rep I would call it the Scammer showed me the ES 2012. I asked him that if any problems or accident on this car, benjamin said no there is no accident. I agreed to pay $27000 total for the car if the car never had any accident repairs. Benjamin brought his sales manager the big scammer Sean Johnson to close the deal. I asked both the scammers that is this car clean and is there any repairs done on this car? Both scammers said no. I said to both the scammers that I am offering $4000 more than the market price because I hope that there is no accident repairs and I trust the Lexus on the park dealership about that one thing "honesty and integrity" but I did not know that these two scammers are dishonest and liers. I paid $3000 deposit and left. I checked the car proof about zero claim. I found out that zero claim means that repairs been done with no claims from the insurance. I called and explained to both scammers that I will take this car to my garage for a final check. Both scammers told me to let us finish the safety and then you take the car to your mechanic. When I went to check the car the second time, that is when I found out that the car had been in an accident and been repaired. Both scammers offered me to lower the price. I said I am very disappointed and I lost my trust with this dealership. I asked them to refund my $3000 deposit. I left the dealership and I did not get my money back. I called mr lier sean so many times but no refund. After 2 weeks I drove all the way to the dealership and asked them for my money. Finally I got my money after 2 weeks. My advice to every one is that do not trust the Lexus on the park dealership about any thing they say or sell. I lost my trust and will not go back to Lexus on the park dealership.
