Our second experience with Lexus on the Park was amazing! We ordered our Lexus RX 450h back in March 2020, but due to Covid-19 the production line was shut down. We just picked it up this past week. Cedric kept us updated and let us know when we could expect the delivery. We can't say enough about the exceptional service we received. Everyone was top notch. Josie Allen took her time to explain all the important functions in detail. We did not feel rushed and that was relaxing. She also gave us various options to educate ourselves further. She also stated we could call anytime with concerns or questions. Thank you so much, Josie and please let your Amazing Team know that we are very Happy with our experience at Lexus on the Park.
