Experience had, has been terrific. Clearly there is a "culture" here of courtesy by all; which is a "throwback" to respectful service. From the staff at front desk to the General Manager Alistair, to the Sales Manager Sean, to the Financial Manager Stefani and to Andrew Thomas whom I've dealt with for several months.

Andrews' willingness to listen and attention to details 'stood out for me'.
