After visiting another Lexus dealership, where we were extremely disappointed with customer service and non-disclosure, we went to Lexus on the Park. The dealership was extremely welcoming both in terms of its ambiance and people. Benjamin was our salesperson and we found him very calm and helpful. He determined what we wanted and gave us exactly that within an hour. We never felt compelled to buy. What was more satisfying was his continued service - end to end - from first interaction to delivery. He made us feel extremely valuable as if we were the only customers around. Would also like to mention Rene who gave us a patient and fun demonstration. He shared our excitement and answered all questions with a smile - we never felt rushed. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable and would strongly recommend these two gentlemen to our family and friends.
