my experience with this dealership was excellent , grate customer service, especially with sales person benjamin momayes ,he was very knowledgeable and honest person and very patient with client i am so happy i bought the car from there.
It was worth the 2 hours drive this past Saturday to visit a dealership we have heard so much about. We were not disappointed.They greeted us with a big smile and although it was a busy evening, before we could sip through a coffee, we had Ben at our service. What a gentleman he was. Not only he was able to run different options to meet our needs, he was so kind to let us test drive as many as cars as we requested, ran numbers numerous times, provided his honest opinion and helped us close the deal.
We should also mention the courteous service by all supporting staff in the deal. We have never been congratulated by a Manager when the deal was closed. Sean Johnson, a fantastic leader he is. Not only he took the time to come over and meet myself and the family, he had reassured we will be looked after throughout the journey. Ben got us the keys back while he processed our deposit and paperwork and we were back looking at the car again. Exciting times. Finally, we met Lazar, our numbers guy. What a true gentleman. Not only he was patient with my wife and daughter making weird noises munching away on complimentary pop corns (considering it was nearing the end of business day), he took the time in explaining different warranty and financing options. Ben, Sean and Lazar stayed past the business hours and before we know it, vehicle agreement signed and we were on our way back! What an experience!!
It didn't end there. Sunday morning, i woke up with a change of heart and wanted to get a same car in a different color. I sent an email that day and followed up with Sean on Monday morning; without any hesitation, he connected me to Ben who again helped with searching another car that would fit my needs.
I would strongly recommend these folks as they truly take the time in building relations and without forcing, try their best to get what you are looking for.
I will drive again to these folks to get my Lexus as this is truly a fantastic product, backed up by AMAZING customer service at 'Lexus on the Park'

My family purchased a pre-owned 2011 Lexus RX 350 from here recently and we just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who helped us. I use Lexus on the Park for all the service and maintenance for both my cars (both Lexi). The only work done elsewhere is tires. The staff in the Service Department is always pleasant and helpful. They greet you with a smile and are always trying to please. This runs from the Service Advisors right through to the Technicians and Receptionists. Today I was looked after by Greg and when I came to get my car Nicole helped me chrck-out. Both of them did a "top-notch" job.
Brian in service did a great job yesterday afternoon in getting me in and out quickly. I had barely finished my coffee when he announced the minor service was done (including a car wash). He suggested a wiper change, but I had not noticed a need so refused that extra cost, preferring to wait or do it myself when needed. (My antennae are always up on any suggested 'extras.') Then last evening when it was raining and I was driving on the highway in the dark I realized I should have accepted Brian's suggestion of changing the wiper blades. I was pleased to realize that I should not be skeptical of suggested extras and trust the dealer more. Its good to be confident in the messages delivered by the service team. Thanks, Brian.

I recently sold and purchased a car at Lexus on the Park . I drove down from Ottawa to do the transaction and I could not believe how it all went so smoothly. The staff at Lexus on the Park were helpful , friendly , courteous and efficient. It was the easier car transaction I ever did . They changed tires while I ate a free lunch at their restaurant! I went to this place thinking I could trust them since they are Lexus. My IS250 2008 had the check engine and check VSC lights on. These guys came back with a $3k quote and told me that still wouldn t be a guaranteed fix. The 3k included a y pipe replacement, a mass air flow sensor replacement and an oxygen sensor replacement. I could not reason a 3k repair on a 12 year old car so I took it to my mechanic and turns out there was nothing wrong with the y pipe OR the mass air flow sensor. All that was wrong was an oxygen sensor and a fuse - a repair worth no more than $400. Beware of places like these, they rip people off just because they can. Get a second opinion before you spend all your money on these scammers!

I have not yet purchased a vehicle from Ali at Lexus on the Park but I felt like I should leave this here anyways. I have been a loyal Audi customer for years but have recently had a less than stellar experience with them. Ali has not only persuaded me to switch brands but has gone above and beyond figuring out what I need in a car (RC 350). I am looking forward to getting into a Lexus when the time comes but I wanted to thank Ali and the team for the great service I have received so far!

It has been my privilege to work with representative Gelyn Mercado. Our Lexus RX 350 was in for a tire change to summer tires and also to ask about a mystery problem concerning the battery. Gelyn enlisted the Service Manager and a technician to work on our mystery battery, and together they solved the problem which really was not a Lexus problem. She is impressive and provides excellent service, in our case, to search out and resolve the troublesome mystery in our car. I highly recommend Gelyn!!
Be careful. This warranty only covers the tires itself. My tire blew up and caused damage to the light gauge and felt undercover and NONE OF THAT IS COVERED> Lexus DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. MY CAR IS NEW AND STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY STILL WON'T COVER THIS. THERE IS NO BODY DAMAGE.
My wife and I went to Lexus on Park one day to just look at some cars. We were lucky enough to work with Tom there. He is a great sales person. He is not too pushy like a lot of sales people but yet he would do whatever he can to get you what you need. We ended up signing a contract the same day. It's been a few weeks and we are very happy with our purchase and the service at Lexus on Park. I would definitely recommend this dealership and more specifically Tom.

I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle over the weekend and I was interested in going to Lexus so I found the closest one to my address which is Lexus on the park at 1075 Leslie st in North York, upon arrival I was hesitant to go inside as I saw 5 people standing by the front desk 2 of the lady s were not wearing masks... I came inside to speak w a salesperson but wasn t greeted for over 20 minutes by this point I saw that they were NOT practicing social distancing or safe workplace rules and regulations which forced me to leave asap, very unprofessional.
Very recently, I leased my first NX 200t F sport. Ali was so helpful and patient with me. She gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision. I absolutely love my car! Anthony the manager was very kind, he welcomed me and my family when we entered the store and answered my questions via email so promptly. I brought my car in to the service dept without an appointment to get a problem with my right side mirror assessed. The mirror was wobbling after a bump. Advisor Benson and Technician Greg looked over the problem and put the mirror back in place, saving me close to $1500 in fees to replace the whole assembly. Thanks guys!

We came to Lexus on the Park to purchase a car for my cousin. We met with Fadi. I previous bought a car last March, told my friend who also bought a car from Fadi, and my cousin. We sat with Fadi and he provided all the information about the vehicle and also told about all the promotions. Fadi also provided us a great discount on top of the price. I would recommend the dealership and I would highly recommend anything to meet with Fadi to get the best deal.
It was a fantastic experience from start to end. Mark was a wonderful salesman, not too pushy, but firm and he had a lot of information for me, which I liked. Mark walked me through everything and was very helpful throughout the process. I visited a couple of other Lexus dealerships and he was very cool with that. When I picked up the car, Rene gave me an amazing tutorial on how to operate my new "starship" :) He took all the time in the world to show me how things worked and has been really helpful with follow up emails, asking if I needed anything. My recent experience concerned two issues for a damaged windshield and Bluetooth issue. Benson Lin with Lexus Service took great care in troubleshooting a complex Bluetooth issue that was actually a phone hardware issue versus a Lexus system problem. He followed up to resolution even though it was not vehicle related. Benson also facilitated a windshield repair versus a replacement (I did not believe a crack of that size could be repaired) instead of sending me to another service provider. In today's fast paced world, it is refreshing to have quality people like Benson, take the time to go above and beyond to help customers. Much appreciated service excellence!
What a great car experience I had today at Lexus on the Park and all due to a great sales person named Yama. He did not try to sell me on anything or direct me on to anything I did not want. but kindness. We have just bought our RX 350 2015 and cannot imagine a better sales and service experience than Lexus on the Park offerings. Once again Billy Kim, salesperson(We made a decision in 30min!) and of course, finance services Alexandrina Brisson (wonderful experience) were highly professional and courteous at every stage; Staff such as Bill and Ali seem to epitomize the close attention to customers that Lexus on the Park is so known for and one of the reasons I'd recommend it to others.

My husband and I were referred to Fadi and Lexus on the Park by our mechanic. We contacted Fadi and he arranged for us to come in and test drive three different types of Lexus vehicles (Hybrid; SUV; and Sedan) as we were not sure which type of vehicle we wanted. Fadi went above and beyond and we decided during this visit to purchase a used Lexus sedan (IS300) in impeccable condition. We couldn't be happier with our choice and we picked up the vehicle a week later. All of the staff at the Dealer are extremely professional and willing to assist and answer any questions. They even have a staff person dedicated to providing a vehicle 'overview' prior to leaving the lot. How cool is that!! We will defiantly recommend Fadi and the Team to our friends and family!!
From start to finish, this was an amazing experience. Fadi Zaatar was our guy, and he was there to answer any questions we had about our new CT-200h, he brought the car to our home for a test drive, and at no point in the process did we feel rushed, pressured, or ignored. He was honest, and transparent with any questions we had, and we really felt like it was a personal transaction. Signing our papers was quick and easy, the people preparing our vehicle did an excellent job, and Christine showed us everything about our new car, and even helped us set up our phones and satellite radio.

My Lexus RX350 was delivered to me yesterday. Stephen De Silva was the sales person that I have used his services since 2010 to obtain my previous SUV's at this dealership. As usual he was very professional and tried to make it a quick and straight forward transaction.
The delivery specialist, Josie Allen was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail, all the features of the new SUV in a very short time. She installed the Lexus mobile app on my phone and showed me how to use its features and followed up by an email to ensure that everything was working fine.

RE: Thomas Homewood I met this salesperson few years back and was amazed by his professionalism, mild manners and never pushy like "used car salesman". I introduced him to a colleague and he bought an SUV. later when my existing Lexus was 4 years old I went back to Thomas Homewood and had an amazing deal. He was as usual very courteous. Last week, after waiting almost a year, I finally landed the car I had hoped for. It s a pre-owned Lexus. I had very specific wants even though I wanted a pre-owned car. Lexus on the Park was mostly ok to deal with but the real shining star for me was Catherine Park. She was outstanding to deal with and I would rate her a 5 . Even though she sells new cars, she took over my account from a rep who left the company in March and didn t tell me and she treated me like a special client. I declined many cars and I think I would have ended up in the bottom of the list for most salespeople. Catherine remembered me, was patient, polite and called me whenever a car she thought I would like arrived and was never pushy if I turned it down. She was always professional and cared that I would be happy and she was as happy as I was when we finally found me my car! She even answered my questions after the sale
I bought a demo coupe in this store. The day I picked up the car, I found some paint work on my bumper. But the lexus sales didn't tell me about it at all, or they didn't even check the car very carefully. They told me the car was in perfect condition I believe Lexus is a good brand. But I was disappointed by the store's concealment. When I read the reviews of this store, I found that Joel Bunag has exactly the same experience as mine. This happened more than once.

Recently bought a 2016 Lexus RX450H F-Sport. Our sale rep was Yama Fazli and he was great!! You have your typical sale rep pushing you and want to make a commission but not Yama. Yama explained everything in details, discuss our options and there was no feeling of urgency or pushing of purchasing the vehicle. After everything has been finalize, we were supposed to get the RX a couple a days later, service Ontario is closed during the long weekend. But that didn't stop Yama, they went to Georgetown service Ontario the next day!! I was able to get the RX that same day!! I was extremely happy and grateful they did that so I can enjoy the RX. Yama provides great customer service, he goes the extra mile. Anytime I had questions or concerns he responds fast or call you within a min or two. This is my first Lexus purchase, Yama made the whole process easy. If you plan to purchase a Lexus, I would highly recommend to go and see Yama!! Thank you Lexus on the Park. A big thanks to Yama!! I had an excellent experience when I bought my RX 350 at Lexus on the park. My experience with the sales associate Fadi Zaatar was remarkable. Lexus was one of the options when I decided to buy a new car but know very little about the car. Fadi took time to explain the various models and the features it contains. He listens and answers all the questions I had with lots of patience which facilitated my decision process.

Just finished a service with my wife's car. As always, we always feel that we are valued and that things are dealt with in a very professional and fair manner. It is why we have just purchased our 5th Lexus (and our 4th from Lexus on the Park. They weren't around for our first purchase
First off I have to say WOW!!! Lexus On The Park is a fabulous, Beautiful, and well maintained building!
Andrew Thomas was equally as fabulous, beautiful, and well maintained! He was very professional and was not pushy at all! He did not seem like a sales man, but more so a friend! I can say that I'm one happy customer with my new vehicle, but also with my new friend Andrew!
What a great team of professionals. From the time I walked in till I left I was at ease. No high pressure sales tactics or dishonesty. Raj listened to what I was looking for and with there ample inventory had a great match. Negotiations went very smooth with Raj bringing multiple offers to the table for me to choose. Trust me ask for Raj. Josie the delivery specialist sat with us in the vehicle and showed us all about it set up the satellite radio and phone pairing. Josie was great. Great team at lexus on the park.
"Lexus On The Park" Exceeded my expectations in everything!
I was in the market to buy a pre-owned RX350 due to its 5-star safety ratings. I looked into Autotrader.ca and I chose a RX350 at my local Lexus dealer (Don Valley North Lexus). I didn't like the way those guys treated me. I also felt pressure to buy the RX350 that I just test drove. I left that dealer disappointed. While surfing the web, I came across Dealerrater.ca and based on the ratings here, I decided to test drive another RX350 at Lexus on the Park. What a positive experience!!! I quickly noticed this is the dealer I would like to do business with. I am quite positive you will agree with me to choose this Lexus dealer after reading my review below:
- Yin Chan was my sales consultant. Very nice, knowledgeable and polite person. I test drove a pre-owned RX350 that I had chosen from Autotrader.ca. During the test drive I noticed a rattling noise coming somewhere from the dash area and the steering column. Yin offered me to drive another RX350 to compare. When I couldn't tell where the noise source was from, Yin himself drove the car and asked me to listen to the noise. He drove the car aggressively into every pot holes he could find to see where the noise was coming from! This clearly shows that Yin wanted to make sure I would buy a good car that doesn't have any problems. It also tells me they had nothing to hide. You often don't see such attitude from other car dealers, at least the ones I had experience with. Anyways, I agreed that the noise was coming from the the booklet and the manuals in the glove box.
-Now its offer time: I really felt that Yin did his best to get a good deal on the RX350. It took me less than 10 minutes to sign the papers! because they accepted my 14-year-old Toyota Camry at a very fair price and they also gave me additional discount on the RX350. I was going to finance the car and I agreed at the rate of 4.8% for 60 months.
- Kim Shum was the financial administrator. She pushed my financing application to get 3.98% rate! Come on! I had already agreed to go ahead with 4.8%! But as you can see, these guys are professionals! They do EVERYTHING possible to help the customer happy and save the customer money.
-On the delivery day: The car was ready when I arrived. It was even cleaner than before. There were few scratches on the rear passenger door when I test drove the car. On the delivery day, the scratch were gone! I think they removed it by polishing it. However, I didn't ask them to remove the scratches! I had prepared myself to live with them!
Josie Allen was my delivery specialists. She is a wonderful and knowledgeable person. She patiently walks you through all the bells and the whistles of the car so that you don't have to read the operation manual yourself. In my past car buying experience, when if I purchased any car, even a new vehicle, the dealers didn't provide such a service before. I had to read the manuals myself that is very boring and time consuming.
-They stand behind their cars: 2-3 days after I bought my Pre-owned RX350, I felt that the rattling noise was more noticeable from the steering wheel column. I contacted Yin and he quickly replied me back and offered his help to take a quick look. When he was convinced that the noise was from the steering wheel, he himself set up a service appointment for me. Long story short, they offered me a FREE Lexus loaner while they were working on my RX350. Guess what? They completely replaced the steering wheel column free of charge! I just got my RX350 back and what a difference! My RX350 is 2010 but now it drives like brand new!
Now, don't you think Lexus on the Park and the team that I worked with deserve a 5-star rating? Where else would you get such a service and positive experience in every level of your car-buying experience?!
