This is our first experience with Ali (Alexandrine Brisson) and our second purchase from Lexus on the Park. When we were shopping around for a new car, we decided to go back to Lexus on the Park again because of the excellent experience we had the first time and also, we really enjoyed dealing with Ali!

Ali is extremely professional, approachable and brings a much different (and very welcomed) energy that you don't normally experience with other car salespeople. She has exceeded our expectations with her helpfulness and care by literally going the extra mile when she personally delivered some revised documents to our house!

When choosing where to bring our business to, the ultimate decision has always been based on who do we want to deal with; not just during the sale but also the after-care as well. Ali has shown that she is the person we would trust in buying another car from and someone we would recommend.

Also a thumbs-up to Rene for being so patient in orienting us with our new car.

As for Lexus on the Park, everyone there has always been welcoming and never intimidating. The overall purchasing experience was just as great!
