The dealership tricks you into thinking they are giving you a great deal and waste tones of time to appear thorough. If you go on a test drive, there should be gas in the car. They even pitch that their prices will be worth paying because of car washes. The manager and sales staff assumes the customer know nothing about cars and try to push off an expensive deal as the best deal of all time. After wasting few hours, they try to keep you until closing time only to tell you nothing can be done and they are going home. The only positive experience was the receptionist was very professional. Went to another Lexus location and received the same car for close to 200 off monthly lease payment per month with insurance included.
