An extraordinary experience!
We were looking at our first Lexus hybrid and I contacted my good friend Anthony Trasmundi, New Car Sales Manager because we needed some professional guidance to gather our thoughts for the purchase. Anthony directed us to Sonia Anwari, Sales Consultant, supporting Zafar Sharifi, Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
Subsequently, Sonia supported us all the way starting with providing details about the car, facilitating test drives, providing guidance with information about making our car selection, arranging new winter tires, assistance with contacts for obtaining comparable insurance quotes, competitive payment terms, paperwork, licensing, and much to our amazement, she delivered the car by driving it directly to our home! Indeed very impressive to say the least.
Although somewhat new at the Dealership, we noted that Sonia's customer focus, excellent communication skills, professional attitude, persistence, follow up and persuasive skills are outstanding and these will go a long way to help her prove that she is a precious asset to Lexus on the Park.
