I had a fantastic buying experience at Lexus On the Park thanks to Fadi Zaatar where I purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus IS 350. Fadi was very patient to identify the right vehicle that met my very specific requirements (e.g. price, mileage, car trim, features) and helped me through weeks of engagements to arrive at the right vehicle. He was always very friendly and approachable, corresponding to me after hours and during weekends when opportunities presented themselves. In the end, I was very happy and feel very reassured about my purchase. I highly recommend Fadi and the staff at Lexus On The Park (including Alexandrine aka "Ali", Financial Services Manager, Josie for delivery) for a professional, courteous and enjoyable car shopping experience. I came in today for my first post-sales service and was greeted by Asif who was very courteous and friendly leading to an overall fantastic experience. My first oil change was complimentary in addition to the changing of air filters. I was also given a complimentary voucher for lunch at the Cafe adjacent to the Lexus building (in the Toyota building) where I enjoyed a quiet break and continued to work remotely while waiting. Overall I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism with the staff. Thank you again!
