Toyota contacted me about trading in my RAV4 early. The agent's name is Shajee. From that first call, he never waivered - even when he could tell I was either too busy to take his calls or that I wasn't completely convinced that I shouldn't wait until the lease expired. But he also didn't hound me. His follow-up and then once we met at the dealership, his service, openness, knowledge and approach to moving me towards a decision to upgrade to Lexus was refreshing. Shajee met with us 3 times and each time, he was as professional and respectful of our time as the one before. And as of last weekend, we are in our new Lexus!
Shajee is clearly a rising star at that dealership; he represents them in such a professional and cordial manner that any organization would be proud for him to represent them.
